Abstract

This developing area provides a very wide potential in the development as an area that has excellent products or development projects in Bandung. Cigondewah area has the potential to become this area as a creative industrial area that can support the income of the people and the city of Bandung. Cigondewah is one of the areas known as the Cigondewah environment and surrounding areas as a creative industrial area about the utilization of textile industry waste that sells the rest of cloth from factories around the city of Bandung. The area of Cigondewah grows and develops with the uniqueness of the community itself that will take advantage of opportunities from the textile industry, homes along the road corridor that turns into the shelter, the community into warehouses and shops to sell fabrics.It is also the aim of the government to promote and develop tourist areas Cigondewah for the future to be better again to enhance the identity of the area Cigondewah as a tourist area fabric shopping in the city of Bandung. This study aims to determine the development of creative industries in Cigondewah. Cigondewah Textile Tourism Area of Bandung City, especially Capacity Building, to show the identity and image of Cigondewah area as a textile tourism area in Bandung City. The identity of Cigondewah area which is currently called Cigondewah as Tourism Shopping Area Cloth. From this research is expected to give an idea that the environment is in the corridor Cigondewah road.

Abstract

Abstract: The needs of the board is one of the primary needs for human to be able to live, therefore created the settlement. As a space that embodies the life of human settlements develop not only as a collection of home buildings but also equipped with facilities and infrastructure supporting human activities in it. In addition to be able to meet the needs of human life, there are also building means of supporting facilities in residential areas. All of these activities often occur in the same area, because they need to be reviewed where the developments are in the applicable regulations. Keywords: settlement, facilities and infrastructure, environmental road. Abstrak: Kebutuhan papan adalah salah satu kebututuhan primer untuk manusia agar dapat bisa hidup, oleh karena itu terciptalah permukiman.  Sebagai ruang yang mewadahi kehidupan manusia permukiman berkembang bukan hanya sebagai kumpulan bangunan rumah namun juga di lengkapi dengan sarana dan prasarana penunjang kegiatan manusia yang ada di dalamnya. Selain itu untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan hidup manusia, juga terdapat bangunan sarana sarana penunjang di area permukiman. Seluruh kegiatan tersebut seringkali terjadi di satu area yang sama, oleh karena perlu di tinjau bangai mana perkembangan tersebut pada peraturan yang berlaku.Kata Kunci: permukiman, sarana dan prasarana, jalan lingkungan.

Abstract

A city through the years is always growing and developing along with the development of a variety of urban activities. One of the triggers of the development is the city residents. The increase in population resulted in increasingly high demand for settlement. Moreover, the surge in population also occurred in Bandung city, where one of the changes in the use of space is visible in Taman Hewan Balubur-Tamansari. This area is growing and changing from being a compact place to a solid kampong with an extensive use of space. The purpose of this research basically was to reveal the configuration and the visibility of the changes that occurred as well as examine what factors that caused the occurrence of a change in the use of space function in Taman Hewan Balubur-Tamansari in Bandung. Research used a descriptive approach. As for data collection, this study used questionnaire and analysis with LoS (Logic of Space) theory.This study addressed the thought (value system) of the community based on empirical phenomena in the education area of the settlements that are located in the major cities of Indonesia, which was then analyzed in inductive and qualitative ways. Through a qualitative research method using grounded theory, the study was expected to contribute to the vocabulary knowledge of space theory in addressing the urban density of the urban space as the impact of urbanization and student migration. Moreover, research aimed to enrich the theory about the local cultural values settled in the area of education in major cities of Indonesia, where the findings of the local theory eventually provide the realization that the value spaces for people living in the neighborhoods of the city is not only for quantitative aspects, but also for the concept of the basis theory of spaces in the city. All this time, the architectural space theory is always used to the idea of space based on the theory from the West.

Abstract

Abstract: The rate of population growth in Indonesia is growing very rapidly, but this is not accompanied by the availability of adequate decent housing. Limited land in urban areas in Indonesia is one of the important issues behind the unavailability of decent housing for all groups. The decent housing that has been built offers prices that are not affordable for most people. This certainly needs to find a solution so that all people can still get decent housing by utilizing limited urban land, especially for people with middle to lower economic levels or Low Income Communities (MBR). Land efficiency by making residential terraces up or vertical can be a low-cost housing solution for MBR. Through the role of architecture in creating vertical settlements in the form of flats that meet standards, the concept of Pragmatic Architecture which prioritizes aspects of function over aesthetics is considered capable of answering the findings of certain problems that are real and measurable such as population density, limited land, allocation of funds, supporting facilities for the needs of daily residents. day, structure & construction and various other aspects. It is hoped that this functional design will be effective in improving the quality of life for the occupants of the flats in order to provide decent housing in limited urban land.Abstrak: Laju pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia berkembang sangat pesat namun hal ini tidak diiringi dengan ketersediaan hunian layak yang memadai. Keterbatasan lahan di perkotaan di Indonesia menjadi salah satu isu penting dibalik tidak tersedianya hunian layak bagi semua kalangan. Adapun hunian layak yang terbangun menawarkan harga yang tidak terjangkau bagi sebagian besar masyarakat. Hal ini tentu perlu dicari solusi agar seluruh kalangan masyarakat tetap mendapatkan hunian layak dengan memanfaatkan lahan perkotaan yang terbatas terkhusus bagi masyarakat dengan tingkat ekonomi menengah kebawah atau Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR). Efisiensi lahan dengan membuat hunian bersusun keatas atau vertikal dapat menjadi solusi hunian murah bagi MBR. Melalui peran arsitektur guna menciptakan pemukiman vertikal berupa rumah susun yang memenuhi standar, konsep Arsitektur Pragmatik yang memprioritaskan aspek fungsi diatas estetika dinilai mampu menjawab temuan permasalahan tertentu yang nyata adanya serta dapat diukur seperti kepadatan penduduk, keterbatasan lahan, pengalokasian dana, fasilitas penunjang kebutuhan penghuni sehari hari, struktur & konstuksi dan berbagai aspek lainnya. Harapan dari desain yang fungsional ini dapat efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup penghuni rumah susun dalam rangka memberikan hunian layak di keterbatasan lahan perkotaan.

Abstract

The existence of the Jami Al Taqwa Minomartani mosque is a public building which is a place of worship as well as various other activities related to the mental, cultural and social development of the Islamic community living in the Minomartani housing area. In accordance with government regulations regarding accessibility requirements, including for disabled worshipers, the building's supporting facilities must support these conditions.  This research aims to find out how much facilities exist that support this accessibility in order to provide constructive input that is beneficial for the mosque's prosperity program. The method used is observation and analysis of existing data, then interpretation is carried out using the criteria for accessibility requirements. Research findings show that this mosque can be categorized as a mosque that is aware of its congregation with disabilities by providing facilities to support this accessibility. However, regarding the level of usability, it still needs to be improved in relation to the requirements so that it has an optimal level of effectiveness.

Abstract

The development of urban farming on green open space land in the Cipageran Asri Housing neighborhood RT 04 RW 18 Cipageran Village, North Cimahi District, Cimahi City, West Java, is based on the problem of limited water supply, which causes green open space (RTH) to be neglected and dry up, as well as the need to support circular economic activities. The aim of community service activities in spatial planning from the PKM team is to plan green open spaces as an urban farming development area for the Independent Economic Movement (GEMI) 0418 Cimahi. The results obtained by the architectural team for the development of urban farming consisted of 3 zones, namely the open planting area zone in the south and terraces on the east edge, the greenhouse zone with verticulture in the middle, and the gazebo zone in the north part of the RTH. It is hoped that this green open space planning will attract more visits from people outside the region to learn about implementing a circular green economy and improve GEMI 0418 management and innovation performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The city of Bandung has always been a tourist attraction with various activities every year. Bandung population growth rate in the last 5 years reached 0.89% per year and in the expansion area reached 6.79% per year. With an area of only about 17,000 ha, Bandung is now inhabited by ± 2.481.901 inhabitants. The rate of population growth above the average growth rate of the population of West Java province. No wonder the average population density is 145 people / ha. Though ideally the population density of Bandung is 50-60 people / Ha. There are 657 districts and 57,687 homes that experience environmental degradation and 67 areas identified as urban slums. The implication of the high urbanization of Bandung City in Metropolitan scale to the scale of the region emerged the problem of integration of settlements with surrounding functions. The problem of settlement of Bandung City also includes segmentation of residential objects such as Low Income Community (MBR), non MBR, immigrants, local residents, students and workers of various Sectors. Thus the problems of the settlement of Bandung City include low level of fulfillment of adequate housing needs, limited access of Low Income Community to housing resources, unfinished system of financing and housing market, decreasing the quality of housing and settlement environment and not yet integrated development of area Housing and settlements with the construction of housing and settlement infrastructure, facilities and utilities. This research method to find out how far the level of slum settlement contained in Cihampelas Bandung Settlement and recommendations that can be done for the improvement of the settlement of the kampong. Keyword:Urbanization, Integration, Human settlement, Metropolitan Abstrak: Kota Bandung selalu menjadi daya tarik pendatang dengan berbagai aktivitas setiap tahunnya. Laju pertumbuhan penduduk Kota Bandung dalam 5 tahun terakhir mencapai 0,89% per tahun dan di wilayah perluasan mencapai 6,79% per tahun. Dengan luas wilayah hanya sekitar 17.000 Ha, Bandung kini dihuni oleh ± 2.481.901 jiwa. Laju pertambahan penduduknya diatas laju pertumbuhan rata-rata penduduk provinsi Jawa Barat. Tidak heran jika tingkat kepadatan penduduk rata-rata 145 jiwa/Ha. Padahal idealnya tingkat kepadatan penduduk Kota Bandung adalah 50-60 jiwa/Ha. Terdapat 657 kawasan dan 57.687 rumah yang mengalami penurunan kualitas lingkungan dan 67 kawasan diidentifikasi sebagai kawasan kumuh perkotaan. Impilikasi dari tingginya urbanisasi Kota Bandung dalam skala Metropolitan hingga skala kawasan muncul masalah integrasi permukiman dengan fungsi sekitarnya. Permasalahan permukiman Kota Bandung juga meliputi segmentasi objek hunian seperti masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR), non MBR, pendatang, penduduk lokal, mahasiswa dan pekerja berbagai sektor. Dengan demikian masalah-masalah yang permukiman Kota Bandung meliputi rendahnya tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan perumahan yang layak, terbatasnya akses Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) terhadap sumber daya perumahan, belum mantapnya sistem pembiayaan dan pasar perumahan, menurunnya kualitas lingkungan perumahan dan permukiman dan belum terintegrasinya pengembangan kawasan perumahan dan permukiman dengan pembangunan prasarana, sarana, dan utilitas perumahan dan permukiman. Metode penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kekumuhan pemukiman yang terdapat di Permukiman Cihampelas Bandung dan rekomendasi yang dapat dilakukan demi perbaikan pemukiman kampung tersebut. Abstract

Abstract: The house is one of the primary needs of man, so planning the construction of houses should be careful and consider many things. Some of them, namely the potential physical and socio-cultural potential. Physical potential is considered to be the building materials, the local climate and geological conditions. Mean while, social and cultural potential consists of local architecture and way of life. Related to the issue of global warming that occurred in modern times, the climate becomes a major consideration that needs to be resolved.Energy waste is also caused by the design of the buildings are not well integrated and not even one responsive to aspects of functionality, wet tropical climate of Indonesia. This is compounded designers are more concerned with aesthetic aspects (the prevailing trend). Issues green concept and the efficiency of energy consumption through the program Net-Zero Energy Buildings (NZE-Bs) of the housing sector as respon to tackle global heating-an already familiar in Indonesia, although its application can not be found significantly. Green concept by houses an developers often only as a mere trick and not realized and grown the responsibility of residents. Key word: socio-culture, Net-Zero Energy Buildings, energy consumption. Abstrak: Rumah merupakan salah satu kebutuhan utama manusia, sehingga perencanaan pembangunan rumah harus cermat dan mempertimbangkan banyak hal. Beberapa di antaranya, yaitu potensi fisik dan potensi sosial budaya. Potensi fisik adalah pertimbangan akan bahan bangunan, kondisi geologis dan iklim setempat. Sedangkan, potensi sosial budaya terdiri atas arsitektur lokal dan cara hidup. Terkait dengan isu pemanasan global yang terjadi pada masa modern ini, iklim menjadi sebuah pertimbangan utama yang perlu diselesaikan.Pemborosan energi disebabkan oleh desain bangunan yang tidak terintegrasi dengan baik bahkan salah dan tidak tanggap terhadap aspek fungsi, iklim tropis basah Indonesia. Hal tersebut diperparah kecende­rungan para perancang yang lebih mementingkan aspek estetis (tren yang berlaku). Isu-isu konsep hijau dan efisiensi konsumsi energi melalui program Net Zero-Energy Buildings (NZE-Bs) dari sektor perumahan sebagai res­pon untuk menanggulangi pemanas­an global sudah tidak asing di Indo­nesia, walaupun penerapannya ma­sih belum dapat ditemukan secara signifikan. Konsep hijau yang dita­warkan oleh pengembang perumah­an seringkali hanya sebagai trik pe­masaran belaka dan tidak diwujudkan serta ditumbuhkan tanggung jawab para penghuni untuk menja­ganya. Akibat minimnya pemaham­an mengenai konsep hijau tersebut, para pengembang perumahan cen­derung lebih banyak menawarkan lingkungan perumahan yang asri dan hijau, bukan konsep hijau yang sebenarnya. Kata Kunci: Sosial budaya, Net-Zero Energy Buildings, Konsumsi Energi

Abstract:. Cigondewah road corridor is an area that has wide potential especially in the development of tourism trade of Bandung, especially in the leading product sector of textile industri. Home-based economic activities of the industri that has been done since the 1960s has contributed income, especially for residents of Cigondewah area, because labor comes from the residents of the three villages themselves. In early 1997 the Cigondewah area was able to serve as a fabric trading center. This center serves buyers who come from Bandung and surrounding areas. This area in RTRW Bandung City 2013 is environmentally friendly industrial area. The development of this area provides a wide potential especially in its development as an area that has excellent products within the scope of Bandung tourism development plan. This study aims to provide an overview of the facts and phenomena that occur in the Cigondewah Area Bandung. Thus the research method used is qualitative descriptive research. This research is intended to describe or describe the phenomena that exist in the field such as shape, activity, characteristics, changes, relationships, similarities and differences of phenomena so that in this study is not done manipulation only describe according to reality or an existing condition location.Keyword: The changes of Built Environment Function, Corridor Development, EnvironmentAbstrak: Koridor jalan Cigondewah adalah kawasan yang memiliki potensi yang luas terutama dalam pengembanga pariwisata perdaganagn Kota Bandung khususnya pada sektor produk unggulan industri tekstil. Kegiatan ekonomi berbasis home industri yang telah dilakukan sejak tahun 1960-an ini telah memberikan kontribusi pendapatan khususnya bagi penduduk kawasan Cigondewah, karena tenaga kerja berasal dari penduduk ketiga kelurahan itu sendiri. Pada awal 1997 kawasan Cigondewah mampu berperan sebagai sentra perdagangan kain. Sentra ini melayani pembeli-pembeli yang berasal dari Bandung dan sekitarnya. Kawasan ini dalam RTRW Kota Bandung 2013 adalah kawasan industri berwawasan lingkungan. Perkembangan kawasan ini memberikan potensi yang luas terutama dalam pengembangannya sebagai sebuah kawasan yang memiliki produk unggulan dalam cakupan rencana pengembangan pariwisata Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai fakta dan fenomena yang terjadi di Kawasan Cigondewah Kota Bandung. Dengan demikian metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriftif kualitatif. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada di lapangan seperti bentuk, aktivitas, karakteristik, perubahan, hubungan, kesamaan dan perbedaan fenomena sehingga dalam penelitian ini tidak dilakukan manipulasi hanya menggambarkan sesuai kenyataan atau suatu kondisi eksisting dilokasi.Kata Kunci: Perubahan fungsi lingkungan terbanguan, Perkembangan Koridor, Lingkungan

Abstract:. Cibaduyut Shoe Industry Center (KSISC), especially the corridor of Jalan Cibaduyut Raya is one of shoe shopping center in Bandung. The key to the success of the commercial corridor area to be profitable from the economic aspect is the attractiveness of the space / space of the commercial corridor. Sustainable streetscape plays an important role in shaping the visual image of sustainable cities, as this is one of the most important factors that help the success of cities, and tourist spots. this study aims to see the existing physical quality in the corridor of Jalan Cibaduyut Raya as the center of the activities of shopping area of leather shoes in Bandung. Then examine the elements and principles of sustainable streetscape that can be applied to the corridor of Jalan Cibaduyut Raya so that it impacts on the social, economic and visual image of the city. The method used is qualitative method by focusing on problem solving. The results show that KSISC corridor is not sustainable enough so as to build sustainable streetscape, the principles of sustainable streetscape should be applied thoroughly. Keyword: corridor, sustainable, streetscape Abstrak: Kawasan Sentra Industri Sepatu Cibaduyut (KSISC) khususnya bagian koridor Jalan Cibaduyut Raya merupakan salah satu pusat kegiatan wisata belanja sepatu di Kota Bandung. Kunci kesuksesan kawasan koridor komersial agar menjadi menguntungkan dari aspek ekonomi adalah daya tarik tempat/ruang kawasan koridor komersial tersebut. Sustainable streetscape memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk citra visual kota-kota yang berkelanjutan, karena ini adalah salah satu faktor terpenting yang membantu keberhasilan kota, dan tempat-tempat wisata. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kualitas fisik existing pada koridor Jalan Cibaduyut Raya sebagai pusat kegiatan area belanja sepatu kulit di Kota Bandung. Lalu mengkaji elemen dan prinsip sustainable streetscape yang nantinya dapat diterapkan pada koridor Jalan Cibaduyut Raya sehingga berdampak pada sosial, ekonomi dan citra visual kota. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan berfokus pada pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koridor KSISC belum cukup berkelanjutan sehingga untuk membangun streetscape yang berkelanjutan, prinsip-prinsip sustainable streetscape harus diterapkan secara menyeluruh. Kata Kunci: koridor, sustainable, streetscape
