Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence HR Training and Competency has on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Lubuk Sikarah District Head Office, Solok City. The sample used was a saturated sample, because the entire population was sampled, namely 60 respondents. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to test the hypothesis in this research using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of training on job satisfaction, a negative and insignificant influence of HR competency on job satisfaction, a negative and insignificant influence of training on employee performance, a positive and significant influence of human resource competency on employee performance, a positive and significant influence of satisfaction. Work on Employee Performance, Positive and significant influence of Training on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, negative and insignificant influence of HR Competency on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Contribution of Training and HR Competency variables through Job Satisfaction which is 0.464 or 46.4%, the contribution of the HR Training and Competency variable to Employee Performance is 0.629 or 62.9%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ada untuk menguji determinan Pengaruh Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 98 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat: Perencanaan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja Pada PT. aura mandiri sejahtera, Kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja Pada PT. aura mandiri sejahtera, Perencanaan sumber daya manusia berpengruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pada PT. aura mandiri sejahtera, Kualitas sumber daya manusia positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan Pada PT. aura mandiri sejahtera, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada Pada PT. aura mandiri sejahtera, Perencanaan sumber daya manusia berpengeruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja Pada PT. aura mandiri sejahtera, Perencanaan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja pada Pada PT. aura mandiri sejahtera.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Capital Structure, Company Size, Sales Growth and Good Corporate Governance on Company Value with Profitability as an Intervening variable in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2023. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic factors on Islamic bank savings funds in Indonesia. Macroeconomic variables used; economic growth, government debt, exchange rates, trade balance, money supply (M2), and foreign direct investment. Macroeconomic data is obtained from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Depositors' fund data is obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The population consists of all Islamic commercial banks and Islamic business units. The sampling technique used total sampling, and data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. Observation data from January 2005 to December 2019 used quarterly data. The results show that government debt and money supply (M2) positively and significantly affect depositors of Islamic banks in Indonesia. In contrast, economic growth, exchange rates, trade balance, and foreign investment do not significantly affect Islamic bank deposit funds in Indonesia.
