Abstract

ABSTRAKKulit sukun merupakan sumber pati yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi sirup glukosa. Kulit buah sukun merupakan limbah dari pengolahan buah sukun mengandung pati sebesar 39.56%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan konsentrasi α-amilase yang berbeda terhadap kualitas sirup glukosa. Parameter yang diukur yaitu kadar glukosa, kadar air, rendemen dan warna sirup glukosa yang dihasilkan. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 1 faktor perlakuan yaitu penambahan konsetrasi enzim yang berbeda α-amilase (A) yang terdiri dari 5 level yakni, A1= 0.1%, A2= 0.3%, A3= 0.5%, A4= 0.7%, dan A5= 0.9% dengan ulangan sebanyak 5 kali. Hasil penelitian yaitu penambahan konsentrasi enzim α-amilase yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil rendemen, kadar glukosa, kadar gula reduksi, dan warna sirup glukosa kulit sukun. Pada penambahan enzim dengan konsentrasi 0.3% didapat hasil yang paling baik untuk kualitas sirup glukosa yaitu kadar glukosa 8.24%, rendemen 77.96%, gula reduksi 6.04%, kadar air 82.65%, warna L=33.52%, a=1.6, b=3.26 ABSTRACTBreadfruit is potentially starch source that can be developed into glucose syrup. The peel of bread-fruit is waste from fruit processing which contains starch 39.56%. The aim of this research is find out the the effect of adding different α-amilase consentration toward the quality of glucose syrup. Parameters measured are glucose level, water level, rendemen, and the colour of glucose syrup. Experiment design used is randomized block design with 1 treatment factor realised by adding enzime concentration with different α-amilase enzime which consist of 5 levels namely, A1= 0.1%, A2= 0.3%, A3= 0.5%, A4= 0.7%, and A5= 0.9% with 5 times repetition. The result shows that the addition of different α-amilase enzime concentration on liquification phase significantly affects yield, glucose level, reduction sugar, and color of breadfruit glucose syrup. In the 0.3% enzyme addition obtained the best results for quality glucose syrup such as glucose content 8.24%, rendemen 77.96%, reduction sugar 6.04%, water content 82.65%, color L=33.52%, a=1.6, b=3.26

Abstract

This study analyzes the potential of agricultural processed products based on local food developed by the MSME Cokelat Raddina in Jember Regency. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a single case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Results show the MSME utilizes local cocoa as the main ingredient and develops innovative products such as spicy chocolate and shredded chocolate. Branding strategies and digital marketing through Instagram and TikTok are key to promotion. The SWOT analysis reveals strengths in raw materials and innovation, weaknesses in capital access and digital marketing, opportunities from growing demand for local products, and threats from price fluctuations and import competition. The study concludes that optimizing local food programs and product innovation can enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in the region.

Abstract

Background: Hallucinations are symptoms of mental disorders that affect sensory perception and impair thought control, often leading to risky behaviors if not supported by family or friends. Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of occupational drawing therapy in reducing auditory hallucinations in patients with schizophrenia. Method: A qualitative case study aimed to examine changes in hallucinatory symptoms and the ability to control them through drawing occupational therapy. The intervention was conducted from January 25 to February 1, 2025, involving one patient who received daily sessions lasting 20–30 minutes. Instruments used included the Drawing Therapy SOP, Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale (AHRS), and a symptom observation sheet. Results: Before therapy, the patient's AHRS score was 19, and symptom observation was 12. After therapy, the scores decreased to 9 and 4, respectively. Conclusion: Drawing therapy helped divert attention from hallucinations, encouraged emotional expression, and reduced symptom intensity. Abstract

This community service program aims to increase understanding and knowledge of Arabic vocabulary through singing and provide innovation to teachers in the application of Arabic learning media at TPA ar-rohmah in Karanganyar village, Paiton district, Probolinggo district. Activities are carried out using several methods such as singing while playing and singing using movement and singing using learning media. The benefits of this activity are; (1) Through singing delivered using the playing method, namely singing with movement, preschool age children can easily recognize Arabic vocabularies, (2) Preschool age children have a high interest in knowing Arabic. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the children when singing Arabic songs that are taught, and (3) The contents of the short songs and the language used are easy so that students can easily digest and pronounce Arabic vocabulary.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is an education that aims to building the personality of students with Islamic Values, such as faith, Aqidah, and good morals. Hadrah instructors have an important role to educate, guide and provide examples to students to implement these Islamic values in everyday life. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative approach, data obtained by the researcher through observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis. The result of the study indicate that the role of hadrah instructors at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Wuluhan is very important in the formation of religious character of students. Hadrah instructors convey the values of Islamic Religious Education to students in an interesting and creative way, and provide exemplary examples through hadrah poetry. Guidance and motivation from hadrah instructors provide enthusiasm for students to develop their creativity, so that they can channel their interest and talents well. However, environmental factors from both the family and social environment also influence the success of this process, synergy between education at school, family support, and the social environment is needed to achieve optimal desired results in the formation of religious character of students.
