Abstract

Kawasan mangrove dapat memproduksi bahan organik dari proses dekomposisi serasah yang jatuh yang menjadi penyuplai nuterien ke lingkungannya. Proses tersebut menggunakan oksigen terlarut yang apabila oksigen terlarut habis maka proses tersebut beralih ke proses dekomposisi secara anaerob yang menyebabkan terbentuknya senyawa H2S. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kandungan bahan organik sedimen dan kadar H2S air di dalam dan di luar kawasan mangrove serta untuk mengetahui hubungan kandungan kadar H2S air dengan bahan organik sedimen dan oksigen terlarut di kawasan mangrove desa Bedono. Metode penelitian adalah metode survey. Penelitian ini dilakasanakn pada bulan Mei- Juni 2017 di lokasi yang mewakili kawasan mangrove dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Data yang diukur adalah suhu air, kecerahan, kedalaman, kecepatan arus, oksigen terlarut, pH, bahan organik sedimen dan H2S air yang dilaksanakan empat kali dengan selang pengukuran dua minggu. Hasil yang didapat yaitu suhu air 28-31oC, kecerahan 14,5-68 cm, kedalaman 33-165 cm, kecepatan arus 0-0,1 m/s, oksigen terlarut , pH 5-6, bahan organik sedimen 7,73-20,27%, H2S air 0,003-0,037 mg/l. Kandungan bahan organik sedimen dan kadar H2S air tertinggi di dalam kawasan mangrove dengan rata-rata 16,36% dan 0,031 mg/l, dan terendah di luar kawasan mangrove dengan rata-rata 9,78% dan 0,01 mg/l. Kadar H2S tinggi di dalam kawasan mangrove dan lebih rendah di luar kawasan mangrove. Kadar H2S air dengan bahan organik sedimen dan oksigen terlarut berhubungan linier dengan persamaan H2S= 0,027 + 0,001BOS- 0,006 DO (r= 0,7246, BOS= Bahan Organik Sedimen, DO= Dissolved Oxygen). Mangroves produce organic matter from the decomposition of falling leaves, twigs etc, which supply nutrient to the environment. The process uses dissolved oxygen; when dissolved oxygen exhausted, it switches into anaerobic decomposition which causes the formation of H2S compounds. This study aims to knowing differences in sediment organic materials and H2S within and adjacent of mangrove areas and to determine the relation of H2S with sediment organic materials and dissolved oxygen in the mangrove areas of Bedono. Survey method is refered, and the study was conducted in May - June 2017 on locations representing mangrove areas and the surrounding environment. The data measured are water temperature, brightness, depth, current speed, dissolved oxygen, pH, sediment organic materials and H2S in the water. Sampling was conducted four times every fortnight. The result of the water temperature is  28-31 ° C, brightness 14.5 to 68 cm, 33-165 cm depth, current speed 0-0.1 m/s, dissolved oxygen 2-5,2 mg/l, pH 5-6, sediment organic material 7,73 to 20.27%, H2S 0.003 to 0.037 mg/l. Sediment organic materials and H2S were highest within the mangrove area, with an average 16.36% and 0.031 mg/l, and the lowest outside of mangrove area with an average 9.78% and 0.01 mg/l. H2S higher in the inside of  the mangrove areas compared to the outside of it. The relation of H2S with sediment organic materials and dissolved oxygen is linearly related according to the equation H2S= 0.027+ 0.001SOM- 0.006DO (r= 0.7246, SOM= Sediment Organic Materials, DO= Dissolved Oxygen).

Abstract

This study describes the connection between communication strategies of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and private companies in Indonesia with its local culture. Contructivism was applied to explore qualitative data, involving the practitioners from BUMN and private companies. The research finds two propositions, i.e. the more local wisdoms are understood, the easier to create communication strategy of public relations that builds good relations with the public; communication strategy based on local wisdoms is used by both BUMN and private companies. The research contributes to enrich public relations study within Indonesian local perspectives.

Abstract

Dalam rangka melibatkan masyarakat desa dalam pengembangan ekonomi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, Pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui Peraturan Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2015 tentang Pendirian, Pengurusan dan Pengelolaan, dan Pembubaran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, BUMDes Sesaot sudah mengelola ekowisata Sesaot tetapi belum optimal antara lain karena belum memiliki business plan yang memungkinkan BUMDes untuk memaksimalkan peluang keberhasilan dari pengelolaan ekowisata berkelanjutan ke depan. Dengan adanya business plan tersebut  sekaligus juga sebagai alat untuk bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga dalam hal pendanaan, pembinaan, dam pengembangannya agar usaha yang dijalankan dengan kelayakan ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Melalui program pengabdian pada masyarakat kapasitas BUMDES dan stakeholders dalam penyusunan business plan ditingkatkan melalui penyuluhan dan fasilitasi. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini telah dilaksanakan di desa Sesaot Kecamatan Narmada Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan melibatkan 31 orang partisipan yang terdiri dari pengelola BUMDes serta pelaku usaha lain, serta instansi/lembaga lain yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan kawasan ekowisata serta petani pesanggem yang ikut memanfaatkan kawasan hutan sekitar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui tahap-tahap persiapan, koordinasi dengan BUMDes dan pihat terkait di lapangan, sosialisasi dan penyuluhan, serta fasilitasi penyusunan, dan evaluasi kegiatan sehingga mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peserta tentang teknik penyusunan business plan, serta menghasilkan draft business plan pengelolaan kawasan ekowisata Sesaot oleh BUMDes Desa Sesaot Kecamatan Narmada, Kabupaten Lombok Barat.

Abstract

This research presents about building satripreneur through strengthening the pesantren curriculum based on local wisdom in the disruptive era. Along with the changing times which are getting faster the disruptive era gives new meaning and new challenges to plural society, not the exception of adolescents whose existence is very influential in the dynamics of the civilization of the times. The method presented is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis technique used is content analysis by collecting data in the form of interviews and observations. The results show that the Pesantren Nurul Jadid as an institution in the formation of entrepreneurship cadres in the country. Mentality of production is able to build the spirit of fighting spirit of students to build and print a productive society in the economic field. Santripreneur is able to be a general solution in forming the entrepreneurial spirit of a plural society. In connection with that, the results of the researchers are the existence of a thirty five curriculum (five santri awareness), collaboration with pesantren stakeholders, empowering santri life skill studies in pesantren, build educational institutions that nuanced entrepreneurship, and knowledge of classical books. In this regard, students have absolute entrepreneurial potential so that they are not competent in the field of religion alone but in economic independence. So that's when formed personal superior in mentality, mind and employment when plunging essentially in the world of society.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the program of extracurricular activities of scientific papers to develop the talents of IPS students in MA del Bojonegoro, (2) Describe Implementation of extracurricular activities of scientific papers to develop the talents of IPS students in MAN Model Bojonegoro, (3) Knowing the obstacles and solutions in extracurricular activities of scientific papers to develop the talents of IPS students in MAN Model Bojonegoro. The type of research is field research (field research) and using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. Data is analyzed using the following scheme: data collection, reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research show as follows: (1) The program of extracurricular activity of scientific writing is a prominent activity, this activity is presented so that students can develop talents in the field of IPS in terms of writing and research, extracurricular activities of scientific papers have been running well with the enthusiasm of students in following the activities (2) Implementation of extracurricular activities of scientific papers the field of IPS include: (a) The material is choosing learning materials according to the conditions and circumstances surrounding the students (b) The method used  includes lecture, discussion, question and answer and assignment. (c) Media, include media of view and view of hearings such as, laptops, LCD and loudspeakers; (d) Evaluation include: the techniques of evaluation of assignments, practices, and comparing the quality of scientific papers students from year to year. (3) Obstacles in extracurricular activities of scientific papers to develop the talents of IPS students in MAN Model Bojonegoro namely the constraints of facilities and infrastructure and time constraints. The solution of the school is by the addition of adequate infrastructure, especially internet access and additional reading and addition of time allocation.Keywords: implementation, extracurricular, activities of scientific writing, IPS.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase understanding and knowledge of Arabic vocabulary through singing and provide innovation to teachers in the application of Arabic learning media at TPA ar-rohmah in Karanganyar village, Paiton district, Probolinggo district. Activities are carried out using several methods such as singing while playing and singing using movement and singing using learning media. The benefits of this activity are; (1) Through singing delivered using the playing method, namely singing with movement, preschool age children can easily recognize Arabic vocabularies, (2) Preschool age children have a high interest in knowing Arabic. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the children when singing Arabic songs that are taught, and (3) The contents of the short songs and the language used are easy so that students can easily digest and pronounce Arabic vocabulary.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan produktivitas  kentang selain ditanam di dataran tinggi, maka penanaman diarahkan ke dataran medium untuk menunjang program diversifikasi pangan. Pengembangan tanaman kentang di dataran medium masih kurang diminati petani karena produktivitas masih rendah dan biaya perawatan tinggi. Penggunaan varietas dan agen hayati merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan varietas kentang yang tumbuh lebih baik pada dataran medium di Bumiaji, Batu, dan mendapatkan pengaruh agen hayati pada pertumbuhan tanaman kentang pada dataran medium. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-Juli 2015 di Desa Pandanrejo Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan petak terbagi yang diulang tiga kali. Faktor pertama, agen hayati sebagai petak utama terdiri dari tanpa agen hayati dan agen hayati (Trichoderma viride, Pseudomonas fluoresens, dan Streptomyces sp.). Faktor kedua, varietas kentang sebagai anak petak terdiri dari  varietas Desiree, DTO 28, Granola Lembang UB, Granola Kembang UB, dan Nadiya. Hasil penelitian perlakuan agen hayati dan lima varietas kentang menunjukkan terjadi interaksi pada pengamatan tinggi tanaman umur 35 dan 42 hst, jumlah daun pada umur 28 dan 42 hst, intensitas serangan Phythoptora infestan pada umur 28 hst, dan hasil umbi per tanaman. Perlakuan agen hayati berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah daun pada umur 63 hst dan jumlah umbi per tanaman. Varietas DTO 28 dan Nadiya memiliki hasil umbi per petak dan hasil umbi per hektar lebih tinggi dari varietas Desiree, Granola Lembang UB, dan Granola Kembang UB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1. Penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam membangun moral peserta didik di lembaga pendidikan di sekolah, 2. Penerapan Nilai-Nilai Pancasila Dalam Membangun Moral Staf/Pegawai Di Lingkungan Lembaga Pendidikan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Penerapan nilai nilai yang terkandung pada Pancasila, mulai dari penerapan sila pertama hingga sila kelima di lembaga pendidikan di sekolah yaitu peserta didik tidak hanya mengembangkan daya intelektualnya namun juga sikap dan perilakunya. 2. Peran pancasila dalam mengembangkan moral guru sangatlah membantu, hal ini bertujuan untuk menunjang keberhasilan peserta didik dalam proses belajar mengajar, untuk itu guru di haruskan memiliki 5 karakter untuk memfasilitasi belajar mengajar terhadap peserta didik.Application Of Pancasila Values In Education Institutions.
