Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini, penulis bertujuan untuk mendukung UPTD pemanfaatan aset daerah di kota metro dengan mengevaluasi pegawai terbaik ASN menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Empat kriteria yang digunakan penulis adalah kehadiran, kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim, dan kedisiplinan. Sampai saat ini belum ada metode khusus yang digunakan untuk menilai pegawai ASN sehingga pengambilan keputusan masih sepihak dan belum ada transparansi dalam proses penilaian kinerjanya.Berdasarkan kriteria - kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode SAW, Survey dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot dari masing-masing atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses scoring dan ranking untuk menentukan pegawai ASN terbaik yang hasilnya dipaparkan oleh Reny Handayani S.Sos., M.Sc. Sebagai Karyawan Terbaik 1.

Abstract

The internet technology has a great influence in human's life, including in the education field. In educational institutions, internet technology can be used to support teaching-learning process but also can be a distraction for students. Implementation of internet access blocking in educational institutions has become an important topic in the education world today. Access blocking can be used to control students' internet activities during class hours, reducing distractions and improving learning. In this research, we implement the internet access blocking using Mikrotik Router-based Scheduler in SMK Ma'arif Purbolinggo. We evaluate the effectiveness of the blocking by measuring students' internet access level before and after implementation and conducting surveys to the students and teachers to get feedback on this implementation. The results show that the internet access blocking using Mikrotik can effectively control students' internet activities and improve learning at SMK Ma'arif Purbolinggo.

Abstract

Mustard is a type of vegetable that is easy to cultivate. Mustard plants also include plants that are susceptible to diseases, such as earthworms, armyworms, leaf destroyers, club roots, and leaf spots. The limited knowledge of farmers about the types of diseases that attack the mustard plant causes mishandling which results in crop failure. The purpose of this research is to build an expert system that can help farmers diagnose the types of diseases that attack the mustard plant. The method used in building this expert system is the Certainty Factor which can find out certainty based on the evidence and judgment of an expert. The system is built on a website basis, which in its development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The results of the research will provide output in the form of types of diseases that attack mustard plants based on the diagnoses entered by the user and provide ways of handling them.

Abstract

Lada merupakan sebuah tanaman yang kaya akan kandungan kimia, seperti minyak lada, minyak lemak juga pati. Lada bersifat sedikit pahit, pedas, hangat, dan antipiretik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Object Oriented Software Engineering (OOSE) yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, analisis, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian. Metode Defth First Search (DFS) ini dipilih karena metode ini menentukan cara atau obat apa yang sangat penting dibutuhkan ketika tanaman lada terserang hama penyakit, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses pertanyaan (fakta-fakta) dengan gejala–gejala yang akan menyeleksi solusi terbaik dari sejumlah solusi. Dengan adanya sistem pakar berbasis website ini, bisa mempermudah petani mendapatkan pelayanan informasi diagnosa penyakit pada tanaman lada untuk pencegahan awal sebelum petani mendatangkan penyuluh dari dinas pertanian, serta lebih efisien waktu.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistik di Lampung Tengah mengelola beberapa tupoksi kerja diantaranya adalah : Layanan nama Domain, sub Domain bagi lembaga, Layanan Pengembangan Intranet dan Penggunaan akses Internet, Layanan manajemen data dan informasi E-Government, PPID, Kliping Surat Kabar Harian dan layanan Informasi Kerja sama Media Massa. Dalam penelitian ini sistem yang akan dibuat adalah sistem informasi Data Media Massa pada Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistik di Lampung Tengah dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan proses pengajuan administrasi dan perpanjangan kerjasama berbasis digital, sistem ini akan digunakan pada Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistik di Lampung Tengah untuk melihat seberapa cepat dalam proses pengajuan administrasi dan kerjasama antar media massa. User pada sistem yang dibuat terdiri dari bagian Pegawai sebagai admin Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Statistik di Lampung Tengah dan Media Massa sebagai rekan kerjasama/MoU.

Abstract

The conventional air conditioning (AC) system utilized in the Dharma Wacana Campus building results in high operational costs. Therefore, this study intends to develop and execute an IoT-based Smart Air Conditioner System to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational expenses. The research methodology comprises three main stages: (1) System Design, where both hardware and software are developed to monitor and control room temperature and humidity; (2) System Implementation, which involves the installation of sensors and actuators, as well as integration with an IoT platform for remote control; and (3) System Evaluation, where the system's performance is assessed through energy consumption data analysis and user satisfaction surveys. The findings indicate that the IoT-based Smart Air Conditioner System can improve energy efficiency by 15% and reduce operational costs by 20%. The analysis reveals that this system offers advantages regarding energy efficiency and cost savings. However, it also presents challenges, including the need for more complex maintenance and higher initial costs. Abstract

Network traffic congestion is a major challenge in computer network management, especially in campus environments with a growing number of users and increasing internet access needs. The use of the network for various academic and operational activities often causes congestion, which impacts the quality of service and user performance in accessing information and collaborating online. Issues such as high data volume, network performance instability, inefficient bandwidth allocation, and lack of congestion prediction systems are the main contributing factors. This research aims to predict network congestion using the Random Forest algorithm. The data used was obtained from MikroTik devices and packet analysis using Wireshark, including information about active users, jitter, and bandwidth. The research methods include data collection, preprocessing, model training, and model performance evaluation. The research results show that the Random Forest algorithm is capable of predicting network congestion. This can provide important insights for network managers in taking steps to optimize network performance and reduce congestion. By providing a quantitative data-based approach, this research is expected to be an effective solution for addressing network congestion issues, particularly in complex environments such as campuses.   Keywords: Network congestion, Random Forest, MikroTik, Wireshark, prediction.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang "Klasifikasi Jenis Bunga dengan Algoritma Convolutional Neural Network" bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dan Region-BasedConvolutional Neural Network (R-CNN) untuk mengklasifikasikan berbagai jenis bunga anggrek. Dataset terdiri dari gambar-gambar tiga kelas utama anggrek: Anggrek Bulan (Phalaenopsis), Anggrek Dendrobium, dan Anggrek Tanah (Paphiopedilum), dengan sekitar 40 gambar per kelas. Gambar-gambar tersebut dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber yang tepercaya seperti diperoleh di Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Lampung serta Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Metro dan para UMKM toko bunga di Provinsi Lampung serta berbagai sumber  termasuk database publik, situs web hortikultura, dan koleksi pribadi, untuk mencakup variasi visual dalam setiap kelas. Proses pengumpulan data melibatkan pengambilan dan pengunduhan gambar beresolusi tinggi, pengkategorian dan pelabelan, serta pra-pemrosesan untuk meningkatkan kualitas gambar. Dataset kemudian dibagi menjadi data pelatihan dan pengujian dalam rasio 70:30 untuk melatih dan mengevaluasi performa model. Dengan memanfaatkan teknik lanjutan dalam pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan, dan analisis, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model yang tangguh mampu mengklasifikasikan spesies bunga anggrek secara akurat berdasarkan karakteristik visualnya.

Abstract

Metro City, as one of the urban areas in Indonesia, faces big challenges in managing and maintaining the balance of the urban ecosystem. Green Open Space (RTH) and City Forests have a strategic role in supporting ecosystem sustainability through ecological, aesthetic and social functions. Increasingly rapid urbanization often causes a decline in the quality of the environment, one of which is a reduction in green areas. Therefore, optimal planning and management of green open space is very necessary to support sustainable urban spatial planning. Providing green open space of at least 30% of the area of ​​a city is mandated in government regulations as a form of mitigating the impact of urbanization. City Forests and Green Open Space (RTH) have a vital role in maintaining the balance of urban ecosystems, however the distribution of RTH in Metro Cities has not been well documented. This research aims to map the distribution of green open space and urban forests using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to increase the effectiveness of green area management. The methods used include collecting spatial and non-spatial data from related agencies, data processing using Quantum GIS (QGIS) software, and thematic analysis of green open space distribution. The research results show that GIS is effective in visualizing green open space distribution patterns in Metro Cities, so that it can support the government in sustainable spatial planning. This research recommends optimizing the use of GIS for routine monitoring of RTH, accompanied by training for related parties to improve spatial data management capabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automated electrical control system integrated with a digital prayer schedule to enhance energy efficiency and time management in mosques. Using IoT devices, electronic equipment such as air conditioners, lights, and loudspeakers can be automatically controlled according to prayer times, reducing energy waste and minimizing fire risks due to negligence in operating electrical devices. The study employs a prototyping method, where a system prototype is tested to evaluate its performance and effectiveness. A machine-to-machine bridge communication model is implemented to integrate the digital prayer schedule with mosque electrical devices. The research results are expected to provide an environmentally friendly technological solution while improving mosque operational efficiency. However, technical challenges, such as integrating the system with older electrical infrastructure, limited internet connectivity, and user readiness to operate new technology, must be addressed. Thus, this study contributes not only to energy efficiency but also to improving mosque management quality through digital technology.
