Abstract

Teknologi informasi semakin memainkan peran yang penting dalam dunia digital saat ini. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah dan mengefisienkan kerja kita, semakin mudah kita mengakses informasi yang kita butuhkan, semakin mudah kita mempublikasih semua kegiatan unit kita di Internet agar semua mayarakat bisa mengetahuinya.Sarana dan Prasarana umum yang ada dilingkungan kelurahan kita begitu banyak, banyak juga sarana dan prasarana umum itu yang tidak terawat. Sesuai dengan PERGUB no 169 tahun 2015 tentang penanganan sarana dan prasana umum, maka di bentuklah Petugas Pemelihara Sarana dan Prasarana Umum (PPSU).Tugas dari PPSU ini adalah mememlihara sarana dan prasarana umum yang ada di tingkat kelurahan dan berfungsi dan terpelihara dengan baik.Banyak kegiatan yang sudah di lakukan oleh PPSU ini, tapi banyak juga warga sekitar kelurahan yang tidak mengetahui adanya PPSU ini, maka untuk mempublikasikan dan memonitoring kegiatan PPSU ini dibuatlah aplikasi berbasis Website yang bisa digunakan untuk mempublikasikan kegiatan PPSU, warga juga bisa melaporkan bila ada sarana dan prasarana yang belum terawat

Abstract

Learning or material on processing waste to produce electricity is needed because demand for electricity increases, while uncontrolled trash. Uncontrolled increase in litter causes uncontrolled pollution in the air anyway. Coupled with the fossil fuel emissions that are contributing to pollution and environmental pollution are greatest. Processing environmentally friendly fuels such as waste must be developed. Learning about the waste that exists today only still lacking and is still text-based or in book form. This leads to a lack of public interest to learn the material on waste management. The existence of this application, a solution to these problems. This application is designed in the form of exciting multimedia learning so as to increase public interest in the field of waste management. In addition in the form of multimedia, this application is also easy to operate, because the location and navigation menu uncomplicated. Waste processing in this application refers to the existing landfill gas systems in Power Plant Waste (PLTSa) Bantargebang.

Abstract

Instructor is the main aspect that exists in the implementation of the training. The increasing number of instructors and the need for training is also increasing every year there is no system that can help the process of determining quickly and precisely. In need of a method that can classify the instructor data in accordance with the title of training materials and can be assigned instructor each of the training materials and do not ignore aspects of assessment of the instructor. In this study data mining techniques are used to help recommend instructors for each subject matter of the training based on the cluster data group approach. So it can be used in determining the instructor's assignment per training materials in the future. K-Means clustering method is used to group data into clusters by looking at the centroid value that has been determined. And the Topsis method is used to assign one instructor's name through the rankings of preference values. In this research CRISP-DM method is used as software engineering method system work done in sequence or linearly. In the testing process has been generated if the manual data and data processing if the application system is the same. This application to facilitate the Supervisor and Learning Development staff in setting instructors per training materials.

Abstract

At a college lecturer supplied lockers are often used for collecting student assignments.However, the faculty locker was not locked so that everyone can open lockers at any time because itis the students often do not collect duties in accordance with the specified time, and there is even amissing student assignments.The method used to solve the problem by using the prototype method, steps done is to identifythe problems that exist in the lockers, analyze the system and tools used, data collection, systemdesign and manufacturing tools and programs. In the android-based monitoring access lockers withembedded wireless system can choose who can access the lockers, the android-based devices areused as an interface for access to open the locker using the username and password at login time.Since the number of Android users and can also be used in a mobile while accessing the lockerandroid chosen as support for accessing the lockers.The results obtained so that lecturers lockers can be opened at any time and can find out whoopened the locker lecturer on history report contained in the application server admin locker accessmethod using embedded systems with android interface can be implemented on the problemslocker lecturer

Abstract

Trash has been a serious problem. All this time, people is used to just throw away theirgarbage to garbage cans and leave the res of the process to instances that are responsible fortaking care the daily waste of human's lives. In real life, garbage problems extend to the point ofhealth and environment issues. Garbage also affects the cleanliness of a room, in which the morehousehold consumption the more garbage is being created. The purpose of this writing is to designa controlling system model and a garbage robot automation. The result of this design is expected tohelp humans to carry their garbage out of their rooms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to predict HbA1c in diabetics. The obstacles behind the prediction of HbA1c is the limitations in the laboratory to provide services for diabetics regarding HbA1 check-up. HbA1c prediction is made by a combination of K-Means and C4.5 methods. K-Means is used to classify continuous data. From the results of the K-Means classification will be used by C4.5 to create a rule (decision tree). The prediction results obtained will be carried out as a validation process to determine the level of accuracy by using K-Fold Cross-Validation. The accuracy value obtained is 72%. The resulting benefit from the prediction of HbA1c can be used as an alternative solution to overcome limitations in the laboratory in terms of HbA1c check-up servicing and the results of HbA1c prediction can also be used as a recommendation by doctor in determining the medical decision for diabetics.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini membuat prototype sistem SCADA dalam proses sistem kendali dan model logika Fuzzy Mamdani pada pembebanan trafo gardu distribusi berbasis mikrokontroller. Sistem kendali dan pemantauan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang dapat memudahkan. Fungsi utama SCADA yang diterapkan yaitu Penerapan metode logika Fuzzy Mamdani dengan fungsi implikasi menggunakan metode MIN pada Segi Telemetering dengan pengukuran nilai arus dan tegangan, Sedangkan Segi Telekontrolling terdapat pada proses recovery atau menghidupkan dan mematikan pada gardu distribusi saat terjadi gangguan adapun Segi Telesignaling yaitu saat pengiriman sinyal notifikasi untuk mengaktifkan proses recovery gardu saat gangguan. Adapun Akuisisi Data terdapat pada saat penyimpanan data SAIDI SAIFI dan penyimpanan hasil monitoring perangkat. Dari hasil pengujian perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, terutama dalam pengujian sistem ketika gardu dimatikan proses pemulihan berjalan sesuai dengan skenario awal. Setelah gardu relay dilanjutkan, data disimpan mengikuti waktu mati, seumur hidup, durasi, dan periode data.

Abstract

The use of electricity in household sector has increased, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The large number of activities carried out in home such as Work from Home, online schools, and online businesses caused difficulty to monitor the electricity consumption. The absence of electricity usage provisions affects the electricity monitoring process. Hence it takes a real time monitoring application of electricity consumption. Fuzzy subtractive clustering is an unsupervised method to form the number and center of clusters according to data conditions. This method serves to classify the household electricity users with the parameters used, is the amount of usage in rupiah and electric power. The grouping results from this method help users to monitoring electricity consumption in real time. The output describes the level of high, medium and low user electricity consumption. Based on the test results, the best Silhouette Coefficient value is 0.8322535 and three clusters are formed, with an accept ratio is 0.5, a reject ratio of 0.15, a radius of 1.7 and a squash factor of 0.5 hence a high level of use is obtained with an average value of the number of uses in IDR 655,993, power 2757 VA, medium level 240,553, 1071 VA and low level 46,479, 675 VA
