Abstract

Sumatera Barat adalah sebuah provinsi yang terletak di barat kepulauan Sumatera yang memiliki kekayaan alam, budaya dan kuliner yang sangat banyak dan juga menarik. Kekayaan alam tersebut dapat mendatangkan pendapatan bagi daerah tersebut bila dikelola dan dipublikasikan dengan baik. Walaupun saat ini mudah untuk mencari informasi, akan tetapi diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat saling mengintegrasikan antara objek wisata, penginapan dan transportasi, sehingga wisatawan dapat menjangkau seluruh objek-objek wisata berikut penginapan dan transportasi yang dapat digunakan menuju objek wisata yang diinginkan. Metode Waterfall dengan Unified Modelling Language (UML) dipilih sebagai metode perancangan dan pengembangan pada aplikasi Tour Guide ini. Dimana dalam penelitian ini akan memberikan nilai tambah berupa penambahan fungsi-fungsi pada aplikasi yang dapat diakses melalui internet dan memberikan saran kepada para wisatawan, objek wisata mana saja yang dapat dijangkau dari titik dimana keberadaan mereka saat ini.

Abstract

Sering terjadinya antrian yang sangat panjang namun diberi durasi lampu hijau yang singkat, menyebabkan terjadi penumpukan antrian yang selanjutnya berakibat kemacetan panjang. Dari kondisi tersebut kemudian dipertimbangkan untuk dibuatkan perangkat simulasi mengikuti kondisi maupun gerakan sesungguhnya dengan diawali pembuatan bagan alir, diagram proses antar perubahan keadaan (state transition diagram), rancangan antarmuka yang menjadikan dasar pembuatan simulator sesungguhnya untuk jenis jalan dengan banyak arah perpotongan seperti pertigaan, perempatan, perlimaan, dan seterusnya.  Hasil perancangan simulasi ini dapat digunakan untuk menampilkan semua proses pengendalian lalu lintas yang sedang berjalan secara realtime dengan tujuan untuk dapat mempresentasikan alternatif solusi untuk mengatasi masalah lalu lintas

Abstract

Cassava tape is a type of food made from the result of fermentation involving yeast in the manufacturing process. Detection of temperature, humidity and weight is carried out to observe the fermentation process in cassava into tape. The purpose of this study is to design a device that detects whether tape has reached the desired state automatically using the Dht11 sensor and load cell sensor, with the Arduino uno as the microcontroller. The result of this study showed that cassava tape which was fermented at 30-35 degrees Celsius in 24 hours was said to be in the perfect state and this was marked by the change in texture, aroma, color and taste of the cassava tape. So it can be concluded that tape fermentation using the detection device can improve the quality of the tape produced.

Abstract

Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals (KARS) is an independent institution on assessment of the hospital as well as providing a recognition that will be given by the government on the management of the hospital , because it has met the standards set . In improving the international standard accreditation system should also be done on the development of information technology systems in order to tune and support business processes . In the development of Information Technology Systems required a strategic planning and information technology systems development as outlined in the IT Strategic Plan document. By combining the analysis method Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT), Critical Success Factor, External Environmental Analysis, Internal Environmental Analysis and IT Balanced Scorecard can produce a strategic plan for the development of information technology described in the KARS’s IT Strategic Plan document. The results of the strategic planning of information technology systems are KARS strategic planning document in the development of information technology so as to enhance the international accreditation standards, improve business processes and gain recognition from the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua) as an institution of international healthcare accreditation assessor.

Abstract

Aplikasi pengajuan pasang baru dan tambah daya listrik dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan informasi dan perkembangan teknologi komputer yang semakin cepat, baik dari sisi perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak. Permasalahan yang yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah banyaknya data dan berkas pelanggan yang tidak sesuai ketika melakukan pendaftaran online saat proses pasang baru dan tambah daya listrik yang menyebabkan adanya daftar tunggu yang dapat menghambat proses bisnis yang ada di PT PLN (Persero) Area Cengkareng. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dirancang untuk membantu dalam memberikan rekomendasi pelanggan prioritas penanganan pasang baru dan tambah daya di PT PLN (Persero) Area Cengkareng dan dapat membantu memudahkan pelanggan dalam memperoleh pemberitahuan permohonan pengajuan pasang baru atau tambah daya yang telah diajukan. Metode yang digunakan untuk membantu dalam menentukan rekomendasi pelanggan prioritas penanganan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). MFEP bekerja dengan mengambil keputusan multi faktor dimana proses pemilihan alternatif terbaiknya menggunakan weighting system, dengan pengolahan data kuantitatif. Sehingga nilai total hasil evaluasi rekomendasi pelanggan yang menjadi prioritas penanganan pada penelitian ini adalah adalah 0.845.

Abstract

Penerimaan Siswa Baru adalah kegiatan tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh semua sekolah pada setiap tahun ajaran baru, tidak terkecuali SDIT Yasir yang terletak di Cipondoh Tangerang. Untuk menjangkau para calon siswa yang berdomisili diluar Cipondoh, diperlukan suatu pengembangan aplikasi Penerimaan Siswa Baru yang berbasis web dengan semua fitur standar yang diperlukan untuk memudahkan calon siswa baru dan pihak sekolah. Terdapat beberapa fitur menu diantaranya registrasi, verifikasi pembayaran, jadwal tes dan laporan pendaftaran siswa baru.

Abstract

Ciaruteun Ilir is a village in the District of Cibungbulang, Bogor. It is located approximately 25 kilometres from the capital of the Bogor Regency. The average population, mostly farming, is on the poverty line and has a low level of education. Formal education facilities are still very limited. Therefore, training and courses from the government and other parties are needed to increase the knowledge, broaden their mind, and improve the skills of the population. The courses that are organized are expected to increase the villagers’ income. While broader mind is expected to increase citizens' awareness of the importance of education. The PKM (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat or community service program) team intends to provide training related to Information Technology to the public, especially regarding the introduction of the Internet. The public will be introduced to the Internet and E-Commerce, which is one of the Internet applications that allows buying and selling transactions through the Internet network. The internet will open opportunities for citizens to increase knowledge and learn from various sources. With E-Commerce training, villagers will be equipped with the ability to be able to introduce products from their villages and doing commercial transactions via the Internet.

Abstract

SMAIT Asy-Syukriyyah is a high school located in Cipondoh, about 12 km from STTPLN. This high school has started to implement the distance learning method via the Internet, or known as E-Learning, as a complement to the existing teaching and learning process. One of the obstacles faced by the school in organizing E-Learning is the lack of human resources. The ability of teachers and the number of teachers who use E-Learning are still limited, as well as the students abilities. Therefore, the PKM Team from STT PLN intends to hold training for new students so that these students know the benefits of E-Learning and get to know the basics of using Google Classroom, as an application for E-Learning chosen by the school. The training is divided into several classes, each of which contains approximately 20 students. Each student is given the opportunity to practice directly through a computer or smartphone. The total number of participants who took part in the training was 82 students. And from the questionnaire given, all stated that the training provided was useful ..

Abstract

SDIT Yasir is one of the schools under the management of the Ibnu Rusydi Islamic Education Foundation in Cipondoh, Tangerang. The school that aspires to create Indonesian young generations that resemble Ibnu Rusydi has several obstacles in carrying out daily teaching and learning activities. One of the issues is the teacher and staff data management. Therefore, the PKM team from the Informatics Engineering Department IT PLN intends to help the Yasir SDIT school by designing a web-based application for handling the employees. The application can be used to manage teacher and employee data, monitor teacher and employee attendances, and provide teacher performance assessments. Abstract

One way to detect breast cancer is using the Ultrasonography (USG) procedure, but the ultrasound image is susceptible to the noise speckles so that the interpretation and diagnosis results are different. This paper discusses the classification of breast cancer ultrasound images that aims to improve the accuracy of the identification of the type and level of cancer malignancies based on the features of its texture. The feature extraction process uses a histogram which then the results are calculated using the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM). The results of the two extraction features are then classified using K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) to obtain accurate figures from those images. The results of this study is that the accuracy in detecting cancer types is 80%.
