Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kepuasan pasien sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh penyedia fasilitas pelayanan, kepuasan atau ketidakpuasan pelanggan adalah respon pelanggan terhadap evaluasi terhadap ketidaksesuaian yang dirasakan antara harapan sebelumnya dan kinerja produk setelah dipakainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sikap petugas pendaftaran dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di puskesmas gempol. Subjek dan Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross secsional, dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 58 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan simple random sampling dan dengan menggunakan uji resgresi logistik, lokasi penelitian dilakukan di puskesmas gempol. Pada penelitian ini variabel independennya yaitu sikap petugas dan variabel dependennya kepuasan pasien. Hasil: Hasil pada variabel sikap petugas pendaftaran dengan p = 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai p kurang dari sama dengan 0,05 Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap petugas pendaftaran dengan kepuasan pasien rawat jalan.

Abstract

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a syndrome that occurs due to the median nerve being compressed in the carpal tunnel in the wrist. Housework that is done every day has the potential to cause carpal tunnel syndrome because household work is done repeatedly or continuously every day. To broaden the knowledge of the Ngempeng Bangil community, the author submits a community service proposal with the title The Influence of Household Activities on the Potential for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) in the Elderly in Ngempeng Bangil Village. Physiotherapy service activities for the elderly community in Ngempeng Bangil Village on Friday, 17 March 2023 can be implemented smoothly, orderly and on time. This activity was attended by approximately 40 people. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a syndrome that occurs due to the median nerve being compressed in the carpal tunnel in the wrist. In the elderly in Ngempeng Bangil Village, Arbain Housing, there are 20% of elderly people who are positive for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The services used in this activity are cholesterol tests, uric acid tests, tinel tests, phallen tests and starching exercises at young joins.

Abstract

Utilization of health services in Indonesia from 7,300 respondents who experienced hospitalization was 53.36% in urban areas and 46.64% in rural areas in the last 1 year. Most of the patients who experienced hospitalization were treated at government hospitals 49.7%, followed by private hospitals at 28.6% and the rest were treated elsewhere. The utilization of inpatient services at Gempol Health Center is still low because the indicator values for inpatient services are not up to standard. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to interest in utilization and interest in re-utilizing services for inpatients BPJS participants at Gempol Health Center. This research is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this research is 30 BPJS inpatients. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires with univariate analysis. Frequency of respondents based on gender characteristics: 12 men (40%), 18 women (60%), by age category: 7 teenagers (23.3%), 20 adults (66.7%), and 3 elderly people (10%), based on their latest education: 5 people with low education (16,7%), 25 people with higher education (83,3%). The Frequency with which they are interested in service reuse: 18 people are interested (60 %) were not interested as many as 12 people.

Abstract

In Indonesia itself, there is social health insurance called BPJS. In this research, judging from the large number of participating members, BPJS presents the JKN Mobile Application as a bridge between patients and health facilities to access services. This research aims to successfully utilize the JKN Mobile Application and create access to services that are easy and accessible anywhere. The research conducted at Menur Mental Hospital was reviewed from three behavioral theories, namely Predisposing Factors, which are variables within a person in terms of age, education and knowledge in capturing information, Enabling Factors are supporting factors for both facilities and infrastructure, and reinforcing Factors are Reinforcing Factors. Guarantee security in an action. The research method used is quantitative with a quantitative approach, data collection is carried out by interviews and observations by researchers. The results of this research are that users of the JKN Mobile Application at Jiwa Menur Hospital during August only reached 0.05%, for predisposing factors with insufficient knowledge as much as 47%, Enabling factors with the obstacle of not having a device (cellphone) from the patient to support online registration as well as credit which is not available for registration of the JKN Mobile Application, the Reinforcing or strengthening factor is with support from Menur Mental Hospital Promkes officers who carry out outreach 3 times a week.  Keyword: BPJS, JKN Mobile Application, Online Registration
