Abstract

One type of infrastructure that falls under the jurisdiction of the government is toll roads. Government restrictions provide investors with opportunities to collaborate in the construction of toll road infrastructure, one of which is the BOT (Build Operate Transfer) system. For investors, there are numerous risks associated with the deployment of toll roads with the BOT system. With research limitations at the construction implementation stage, the goal of this study is to pinpoint variables that could end up becoming hazards for investors during the toll road development process. In this study, observation, interviews, and questionnaires for the targeted target respondents were the methods employed. Quantitative statistical analysis is used in data analysis to create categories in the shape of quadrants. The research's findings identified 17 risk factors that are broken down into three risk sub-categories. According to the results of the quadrant charting, 1 variable (inflation factor) was at moderate risk, 2 factors (field conditions and predicted construction costs) were deemed to be high risk, 7 variables were at substantial risk, and 7 variables were low risk.

Abstract

Abstract

There are various methods that can be employed to measure construction labour productivity. However, it is difficult to measure accurately labour productivity. Work sampling is a relatively easy to use methode for measuring productivity. The main objective of this research is to analyze labour productivity on the building project of The Fame Citywalk located on Jalan Rajawali Palembang utilizing work sampling method. The productivity measure obtained from the analysis is labour utilization rate (LUR) and labour daily coefficient productivity of bore file contruction. Besides, this research is intended to investigate factors influencing the LUR in project by using questionnaire. The work sampling analysis shows that ini overall LUR of project of bore file construction was 73.45%. Besides LUR, high productivity is taken from every percent per hour of every work from bore file construction is 6.404 org/m’/hour. The highest labour productivity for all works tookplace on Tuesday. From the result of t-test on questionnare, factors taken influence significantly to labour productivity that is on the level of significant 95% is control and supervision, teamwork, and leadership. Mean while factors of material and equipment, rework, information, present, shedule, motivation, moral and behavior, skill and labour substitute do not influence significantly on labour productivity.

Abstract

The project is a series of sensitive work mechanisms because each aspect of the project is interconnected with each other. The purpose of this research is to determine the planned duration, critical path activities, and probability in the implementation of the Dexa Medica warehouse construction project in Palembang. Primary data used for estimation of work time, while secondary data used time schedules (S-curve) and work plan drawings. The methods used are the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). The planned project completion duration using the CPM calculation method is 39 weeks. The activities known to be on the critical path are preparation, earthworks and others on the 1st floor, concrete work on the 1st floor, architectural work on the 1st floor, site development, and genset room work. The planned project completion duration using the PERT calculation method is 40.2 weeks. The probability (Probabiliti) with the PERT method is found to be 0.7324, meaning that there is a 73.24% probability that the project will be completed within 41 weeks.

Abstract

In Indonesia, solid waste has become a problem for municipalities, which could result in hygienic and aesthetically unpleasant issues. The high rate of population growth will have an impact on waste generation since it will change the needs and lifestyles of city dwellers. The collection, transportation, and final disposal of urban solid waste (TPA) require suitable facilities and infrastructure, particularly hefty equipment. Heavy equipment, specifically waste trucks, and heavy digging equipment, plays a significant part in supporting waste management activities. In particular, the Palembang City region is covered in this study's discussion of the productivity of heavy machinery used in waste management, which might begin with the collecting system, transportation system, and heavy equipment employed at the landfill. The study was conducted in Palembang City's Sukarami District, and data was collected by surveying and observing the current condition of the heavy equipment that was already in place, namely in terms of cycle time variables and the volume of waste that was served. The findings of the study indicate that direct communal and direct individual patterns characterize the region's waste-collecting practices. Dump trucks, which are used to transport waste, had a productivity range of 609.98 to 1266.13 kilograms per hour, while bulldozers and excavators had a range of 759.42 to 1166.17 kilograms per hour. This heavy equipment repair recommendation is targeted at bulldozers and excavators since a field investigation reveals that there are now only 2 pieces of bulldozer heavy equipment and 1 unit of excavator heavy equipment available.

Abstract

The Gandus Camping Ground Access Road Construction Project is required to be completed on time so that consumer confidence is maintained. To achieve this, control is needed which must be known in advance through ongoing project performance. One way to determine project performance is the Earned Value method which integrates aspects of cost, time and work performance. Therefore, this Earned Value analysis is applied to the Gandus Campground Access Road Construction Project. Project performance is analyzed based on cost performance index (Cost Performance Index) and time (Schedule Performance Index). Calculations are based on planned value, earned value and actual costs. Performance control is reviewed for 8 weeks, namely week 12 to week 19. The results of the analysis in weeks 12 to 19 show that the costs incurred were greater than planned and the implementation time was longer than planned as indicated by the average value of CPI = 0.976 (CPI <1) and the average value of SPI = 0.999 (<1). The results of the estimated final project cost are IDR 3,740,377,358.49 with an implementation time of 24 weeks, which means the project will be in accordance with plan.
