Abstract

Abstrak: Gudang penyimpanan merupakan salah satu fasilitas pelabuhan yang berfungsi untuk menyimpan barangyang datang dari kapal atau sebaliknya.Dengan meningkatnya komoditi setiap tahunnya maka diperlukan rencanapembangunan gudang agar mempercepat waktu kapal bertambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan ruangpenyimpanan gudang semen. Dengan desain layout gudang penyimpanan ini menggunakan pola perpindahan baranggaris lurus. Pengolahan data dimulai dari perhitungan kapasitas gudang, waktu barang tertimbun, jarak perpindahanbarang dan utilitas gudang. Dari perhitungan didapatkan bahwa kapasitas gudang penyimpanan semen adalah sebesar2000 pallet dengan luas area gudang adalah sebesar 3.080 m2dan utilitas ruang gudang sebesar 74,34%. Luas area yangterpakai adalah sebesar 2.289,6m2dengan banyaknya pallet adalah sebesar 1.908 pallet. Total jarak perpindahankomoditi semen dalam gudang adalah sebesar 40.690 m.Kata kunci: pelabuhan, pola perindahan, tata letak gudang

Abstract

Kecenderungan jumlah pendudukdi Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Kota Palembang yang semakin meningkat serta diikuti kegiatan kota yang makin berkembang akan menimbulkan timbulan sampah yang meningkat. Timbulan sampah tersebut tentunya mempunyai dampak yang negatif terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya sehingga sangat diperlukan sistem pengelolaan persampahan yang memadai. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dilapangan dapat diketahui bahwa Dinas Kebersihan Kota Palembangmasih belum dapat mengatasi timbulan sampah. Hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya timbulan sampah di Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Kota Palembang sehingga terganggu terhadap estetika. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan besarnya laju timbulan sampah di Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Kota Palembang yang akan dapat memberikan informasi bagi Dinas Kebersihan Kota Palembangdalam kaitannya meningkatkan pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Garbage accumulation certainly has a negative impact on the surrounding environment so that an adequate waste management system is needed. Poor waste management will cause disease, flooding and reduce environmental beauty. In addition to polluting the environment, garbage can also pollute the soil if it is burned and make the soil unhealthy. The smoke from burning garbage will also cause respiratory problems for the surrounding community. Before transporting the waste to the Final Disposal Site (TPA), the garbage is first collected by means of collection, such as garbage carts that pick up trash from houses to Temporary Disposal Sites (TPS) . At this time, the need for TPS and waste transportation equipment in Kertapati Village, is still experiencing many problems. The small number of TPS makes people litter. Garbage that has been wrapped in plastic is thrown away along the median of the Kertapati Village Palembang road. The garbage that is in the median of the road will be taken by the Palembang City Sanitation Service officer using a dump truck to the final disposal site (TPA). Garbage collection is carried out twice, namely in the morning and evening. The accumulation of garbage occurs due to a lack of landfills and inadequate means of collecting garbage. The results show that the number of additional TPS needed in Kertapati Village Palembang in 2019 is 3 units with a projected waste generation of 36,246 m3 / day. In 2024, the demand for TPS in Kerapati Village will increase to 4 TPS units with a projected waste generation of 44.875 m3 / day. The waste collection tool needed in the Keratapati Village, in the planning is 3 units.  Keywords: Solid waste; Garbage Transport System

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kebutuhan sehari-hari air bersih sebagai air minum bagi makhluk hidup sangatlah penting, dan perlu suatu analisis jaringan perpipaan untuk mencukupinya. Analisis jaringan perpipaan sangat komplek dan perhitungannya harus akurat. Sistem jaringan distribusi untuk air minum tentunya penggunaan pipa adalah yang utama, dimana perlu diperhatikan faktor kehilangan tinggi tekanan (headloss). Dan perlu diperhatikan debit dan tekanan yang terjadi, karena semakin besar debit dan kehilangan tinggi tekanan pipa, maka akan berdampak pada distribusi air yang tidak lancar. Kehilangan suatu energi adalah faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kapasitas pipa sebagai sarana distribusi air, karena debit aliran air akan berkurang. Kehilangan energi disebabkan oleh koefisien gesek pada pipa, perubahan penampang penampang yang ada pada pipa, dan belokan pipa di sepanjang pipa yang digunakan dan panjang pipa juga dapat mempengaruhi kehilangan energi pada pipa. Pada tahun 2019 untuk wilayah pengaliran Booster Kenten pada jaringan pipa distribusi air bersihnya mengalami kehilangan tinggi tekan (hgs), dan yang terbesar pada pipa blok 5 yaitu 1,82 atm, sementara pipa blok 12 yang terkecil yaitu 0,01 atm dengan kehilangan tinggi tekan rata-rata 0,33 atm

Abstract

The project is a series of sensitive work mechanisms because each aspect of the project is interconnected with each other. The purpose of this research is to determine the planned duration, critical path activities, and probability in the implementation of the Dexa Medica warehouse construction project in Palembang. Primary data used for estimation of work time, while secondary data used time schedules (S-curve) and work plan drawings. The methods used are the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). The planned project completion duration using the CPM calculation method is 39 weeks. The activities known to be on the critical path are preparation, earthworks and others on the 1st floor, concrete work on the 1st floor, architectural work on the 1st floor, site development, and genset room work. The planned project completion duration using the PERT calculation method is 40.2 weeks. The probability (Probabiliti) with the PERT method is found to be 0.7324, meaning that there is a 73.24% probability that the project will be completed within 41 weeks.

Abstract

Education is something important for human life. Islamic boarding schools are religious, educational facilities, so complete facilities are needed to meet student's academic and non-academic needs. Costs play an essential role in project implementation. Therefore, cost budget planning must be designed and prepared well based on an estimation concept to produce precise and economical cost estimates. The Cost Budget Plan calculates the costs required to implement the project to determine the price of materials and wages, as well as other costs required in implementing the project in detail. The Girls' Dormitory Construction Project at the At-Tauhid Sriwijaya Islamic Boarding School is one of the construction projects whose value has experienced a relatively high rate of increase compared to civil construction and other unique construction. This activity was carried out to improve services at the At-Tauhid Islamic Boarding School because the number of students is increasing yearly. By providing an estimate of the cost of building a girls' dormitory at the AtTauhid Islamic boarding school. This aims to make it easier for the At-Tauhid Islamic boarding school to calculate the draft budget for constructing the girls' dormitory. The budget planning for the construction of the girls' dormitory at At-Tauhid was carried out based on the plan drawings that had been made previously. The community service method in this activity uses the Service Learning method. This activity's result is to  facilitate the plan to build a girls' dormitory at the At-Tauhid Islamic Boarding School so that it can be realizedmore quickly. This cost budget plan is made with efficient and effective cost estimates. In order to increase the effectiveness of community service, further research suggestions are actors that affect the cost of building a girls' dormitory, as well as developing a model that is more effective in estimating the cost of building a girls' dormitory.

Abstract

Road pavement is composed of layers that are hardened with a mixture of aggregate and asphalt (flexible pavement) or aggregate and cement (rigid pavement). Each of these types of pavement has a different behavior. Environmental factors such as high rainfall can influence pavement performance where flexible pavement is very susceptible to waterlogging, therefore there is a type of porous asphalt called porous asphalt. This article discusses the results of a literature review of the development of existing porous asphalt from 2017 to 2021 using an international journal database. The results of the literature review show that there are several modifications to the porous asphalt mixture, namely by using rubber materials, polymer materials, fiber materials, and filler materials. Each of these materials produces a different performance. For this reason, further research is needed regarding the use of rubber and fiber materials in modifying porous asphalt mixtures to complete information regarding the development of porous asphalt.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi yang sangat berperan penting dalam mengalirkan arus lalu lintas. Saat ada ruas jalan yang terjadi kerusakan, maka akan berdampak yang cukup besar pada arus lalu lintas. Kerusakan jalan dapat dianalisis untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya dan alternatif penyelesainya. Prasarana jalan yang terbebani oleh volume lalu lintas yang tinggi dan berulang-ulang akan menyebabkan terjadi penurunan kualitas jalan. Sebagai indikatornya dapat diketahui dari kondisi permukaan jalan, baik kondisi struktural maupun fungsionalnya yang mengalami kerusakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Dalam metode PCI, tingkat keparahan kerusakan perkerasan merupakan fungsi dari 3 faktor utama yaitu: tipe kerusakan, tingkat keparahan kerusakan, dan jumlah atau kerapatan kerusakan. PCI ini merupakan indeks numerik yang nilainya berkisar diantara 0 sampai 100. Nilai 0 menunjukkan perkerasan dalam kondisi sangat rusak dan nilai 100 menunjukkan perkerasandalamkondisi sangat sempurna. Dari hasil perhitungan metode PCI didapatkan hasil 70% diklasifikasikan jalan Jepang Sematang Borang Palembang termasuk baik.

Abstract

Infrastructure development requires innovative approaches to enhance the performance of pavements while supporting environmental sustainability. This study aims to identify the impact of adding LDPE 812 plastic pellets and fly ash on the characteristics of an asphalt mixture in the AC-WC layer using the wet mix method. The tests were conducted with variations in the plastic pellet content of 0%, 6%, 6.5%, and 7%. The additives used were LDPE 812 plastic pellets with a specific gravity of 0.917 g/cm³ and fly ash with a specific gravity of 2.71 g/cm³. The tests included aggregate analysis, asphalt characteristics, and Marshall testing to evaluate stability, flow, voids in mix (VIM), voids in mineral aggregate (VMA), voids filled with asphalt (VFA), and Marshall Quotient (MQ). The results of the study showed that adding plastic pellets improved the stability of the asphalt mixture, especially at a plastic pellet content of 6%. At the 6% plastic pellet and 5% asphalt content, the stability value reached 3092 kg, indicating a significant improvement in resistance to deformation and flow. The flow value for the mixture with 6% plastic pellets at 5% asphalt content reached an average of 4.32 mm, while with 7% plastic pellets at the same asphalt content it reached 3.37 mm. At an asphalt content of 5%, the MQ value for a normal asphalt mixture is 338 kg/mm, while an asphalt mixture with 6% plastic pellets reaches 780.51 kg/mm, but decreases to 311.81 kg/mm at a plastic pellet content of 7%. This study suggests that asphalt mixtures with the addition of plastic pellets and fly ash can be an effective and environmentally friendly alternative for the development of sustainable road pavements.
