Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on research that has been done a few years ago, about the dynamics performances Ngarot ceremonial mask, which is a cultural activity or practice of traditional ceremonies for the community to reach a meeting of Indramayu transcendental. The departure of this study encourage curiosity on the phenomena that occur on the object to be studied, it can be identified several issues that will be the basis to learn more about the phenomenon that is no change in the philosophical values, function and role in culture Ngarot mask performance, which is so Problems are how to form a mask dance in Ngarot transformation from time to time? The main problem will be revealed in this study is the change seen from asfek philosophical values, functions and roles. This study used a qualitative method, because of the problems of this research is in the area of art that narrow space, simple yet complex variable at the level of content, questioned the meaning, and questioned the phenomenon. While the approach adopted is to use a multidisciplinary approach to art, culture approach, and the approach to sociology. Target outcomes to be achieved from this study resulted in deepening the concept of meaning, and or innovat- ing dance masks to the public. The resulting concept can be used as one of the guide also to be creative/work in an effort to revitalize and innovate other mask dance. Keywords: Performance Masks, Ngarot, transformation, change    ABSTRAK Berdasarkan riset yang telah dilakukan beberapa tahun yang lalu, tentang dinamika per- tunjukan Topeng dalam upacara adat Ngarot, yaitu sebuah kegiatan atau praktik kultural ten- tang upacara adat bagi masyarakat Indramayu untuk mencapai pertemuan transedental. Ke- berangkatan penelitian ini mendorong  keingintahuan atas fenomena yang terjadi pada objek yang akan diteliti, maka dapat diidentifikasikan beberapa masalah yang akan dijadikan dasar untuk mengetahui lebih jauh tentang fenomena tersebut yaitu ada perubahan nilai-nilai filoso- fis, fungsi dan peran pertunjukan topeng dalam budaya Ngarot, yang jadi problematikanya adalah bagaimana wujud transformasi tari topeng dalam Ngarot dari masa ke masa? Masalah utama yang akan diungkapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah perubahan dilihat dari asfek nilai- nilai filosofis, fungsi dan peran.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif,  karena ma- salah-masalah penelitian ini ada dalam wilayah ruang seni yang sempit, variabel sederhana namun rumit dalam tataran konten, mempersoalkan makna, dan mempertanyakan fenomena. Sedangkan pendekatan yang diterapkan adalah multidisiplin dengan menggunakan pendeka- tan seni, pendekatan budaya, dan pendekatan sosiologi.Target luaran yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini menghasilkan konsep pendalaman makna, dan atau menginovasikan tari Topeng untuk masyarakat. Konsep yang dihasilkan dapat dijadikan salah satu panduan juga untuk berkreasi/berkarya dalam upaya merevitalisasi dan menginovasi tari Topeng lainnya. Kata kunci: Pertunjukan Topeng, ngarot, transformasi, perubahan

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Education held in the community includes Islamic educational institutions, that have existed since the early development of Islam in Indonesia and plays a very important role of the formation of national identity and community. This system is called “pesantren” (Islamic boarding school). The research is to reveal and analyse in descriptive method about the role of “kyai”, or the religious scholar and leader, in implementing the discipline values to the students at the “peantren” of Darul Arqam in Garut, West Java, Indonesia. The theory being used in the analysis is regarding the value meaning and essence, value education essence and goals, the essence of discipline value and the meaning of the “kyai”, students, and value education in the “pesantren”. Qualitative approach is used as being more suitable than others, and the data gathering is using the following techniques: observation, interview, and textual study. The research objects are the school activities, and the role of the “kyai” in implementing discipline among the students. The research shows that by combining traditional and modern education, this Islamic boarding school is able to encourage the students to more discipline in doing compulasory prayers together, doing dawn prayer, and guidance-seeking prayer. Abstract

Reaksi seluler kondrosit osteoartritis pada lutut ditandai dengan peningkatan sitokin tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF-?).TNF-? mengaktifkan fibroblas dan makrofag sinovial untuk menyekresi enzim degradasi dan menekan sintesis proteoglikan rawan sendi sehingga memberikan gambaran histopatologik kartilago yang mengalami perubahan. Osteoartritis sekunder terjadi akibat trauma sendi yang menyebabkan nyeri. Terapi obat seperti non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) yang digunakan menyebabkan efek samping merugikan jika digunakan dalam jangka panjang. Fraksinasi sarang semut papua (Myrmecodia pendans) diketahui memiliki kandungan salah satunya flavonoid yang berfungsi sebagai anti-inflamasi, antioksidan dan pelindung sel. Berdasar hal tersebut maka ingin diketahui potensi fraksinasi sarang semut papua pada osteoartritis kartilago lutut kelinci dalam menghambat enzim proinflamasi, yaitu TNF-? dan memberikan perbaikan secara histopatologik dibanding dengan kontrol. Penelitian menggunakan uji eksperimental hewan dengan desain experimental comparative menggunakan 8 kelinci ras New Zealand yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok yang diberikan fraksinasi sarang semut papua dengan dosis 2,5 mg/kgBB intra-artikular. Kemudian dilakukan pengukuran kadar TNF-? dan skoring secara histopatologik. Penelitian dilakukan di Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Padjadjaran periode Februari-Maret 2017. Pada Uji-t tidak berpasangan untuk TNF-? didapatkan nilai p=0,011; Uji Mann Whitney untuk skoring histopatologik dengan nilai p=0,034 pada kelompok yang diberian fraksinasi sarang semut papua. Terdapat penurunan TNF-? dan perbaikan secara histopatologik pada kartilago osteoartritis lutut kelinci yang diberikan fraksinasi sarang semut papua.Potential of Fractionated Papuan Ant Nest (Myrmecodia Pendans) to Decrease TNF-? and Improve Osteoarthritis Cartilage Histopathological Features in Rabbits Knee Condrocyte cellular reaction in knee with osteoarthritis is characterized by increased tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF-?) cytokine level. TNF-? activates fibroblasts and synovial macrophages to secrete degradation enzymes and supress cartilage proteoglycan synthesis, leading to histopathological changes in cartilages. Secondary osteoarthritis is triggered by a joint trauma that leads to pain. Long term drug therapy, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), will lead to adverse effects. Fractionated Papuan ant nest (Myrmecodia Pendans) is known as containing flavonoid that plays a role as anti-inflamatory agent, antioxidang, and cell protector. This study aimed to identify the potential of fractionated Papuan ant nest to inhibit pro-inflamatory enzyme, i.e. TNF-?, and improve the histopathological features in rabbit knee cartilage with osteoarthritis. This was a comparative animal experiment on 8 New Zeland rabbits that were divided into 2 groups: control group and treatment group conducted at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Padjadjaran, in February-March 2017. The treatment group received 2.5 mm/kgBW fractionated Papuan ant nest as treatment. Measurement was then performed on TNF-? level and histopathological scoring. Statitical analysis was performed using unpaired t-test for TNF-? and Mann Whitney test for histopathological scoring. The results showed that the p-values for TNF-? and histopathological scoring were 0.011 and 0.034, respectively, in the group receiving fractionated Papuan ant nest. Reduction of TNF-? level and histopathological improvement are found in rabbit knee cartilage with arthritis when fractionated Papuan ant nest is given.

Abstract

Pain is a common reason for people to seek healthcare and is one of the most common complaints that arise after patients have surgery. To overcome pain, pain management is needed which includes non-pharmacological and pharmacological management. The Finger hold technique is a non-pharmacological technique for emotions that reduces pain in postoperative patients. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the Finger hold technique on pain intensity in postoperative patients at X Hospital, Bogor Regency. The research method used in this study was Quasy Experiment with a pre-test and post-test approach without a control group. The research was conducted at RS X Bogor Regency with 42 respondents using purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The Wilcoxson test found that before the Finger hold technique was carried out, almost all of the respondents experienced moderate pain intensity of 95.2%, whereas after the Finger hold technique was carried out, more than half of the respondents experienced mild pain intensity of 61.9%. These results state that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Finger hold technique on pain intensity in postoperative patients at RS X Bogor Regency.AbstrakNyeri adalah alasasan umum bagi orang untuk mencari perawatan Kesehatan dan merupakan salah satu keluhan paling umum yang timbul setelah pasien melakukan operasi. Untuk mengatasi nyeri diperlukan manajemen nyeri yang meliputi manajemen non-farmakologis dan farmakologis. Teknik Finger hold merupakan salah satu teknik non-farmakologis terhadap emosi yang menyebabkan penurunan rasa sakit pada pasien post operasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik Finger hold terhadap intensitas nyeri pada pasien post operasi di RS X Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-Experiment dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test tanpa kelompok kontrol. Penelitian dilakukan di RS X Kabupaten Bogor dengan 42 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Uji Wilcoxson yang dilakukan mendapatkan sebelum dilakukan teknik Finger hold hampir seluruhnya dari responden mengalami intensitas nyeri sedang sebanyak 95,2%, sedangkan setelah dilakukan teknik Finger hold lebih dari setengahnya responden mengalami intensitas nyeri ringan sebanyak 61,9%. Hasil tersebut menyatakan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, sehingga dapatat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh teknik Finger hold terhadap intensitas nyeri pada pasien post operasi di RS X Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan bagian integral dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dalam pelaksanaannya tidak terlepas dari dua dharma yangl ainnya, serta melibatkan segenap sivitas akademika :dosen,mahasiswa, tenaga kependidikan serta alumni. Melalui PKM sivitas akademik dapat hadir ditengahtengah masyarakat.Melihat lokasi kampus yang tidak jauh dengan lokasi MTS Mathlaul Anwar, maka sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi Universitas Pamulang (Unpam) untuk ikut serta membantu berbagai persoalan yang dihadapi masyarakat baik yang dekat maupun yang jauh.Ilmu Manejemen Keuangan khususnya Pengelolaan keuangan berkaitan dengan cara mencari tahu tentang pengelolaan dana secara sistematis, sehingga Manajemen keuangan bukan hanya penguasaan kumpulan pengetahuan saja tetapi juga merupakan proses penemuan. Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu tidak adanya media pembelajaran yang memadai untuk menjelaskan suatu konsep. Pembelajaran yang efektif . Namun kebanyakan sekolah masih merasakan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana tersebut.informasi masih cukup sulit didapatkan.Hal ini akan mempersulit masyrakat dalam memahami konsep,jadi penyuluh harus kreatif dan inovatif.PKM dengan judul: “MOTIVASI MENABUNG PADA SISWA”secara umum berjalan dengan lancar dan tertib. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance in Kebayoran Lama Districh Office. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 42,7% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7.424 > 2.002). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 48.7% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (6.546 > 2.002). Job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.334 + 0.428X1 + 0.380X2. The coefficient of determination is 61,4% while the remaining 38,6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (45.384 > 2.770).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh beban kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 55 karyawan sebagai sampel. Dengan analisis data menggunaka uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan analisis  koefisien  determinasi. Hasil penelitian pada uji statistik yaitu  uji t terdapat pengaruh signifikan  beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, hasil uji statistik uji t terhadap pengaruh positif dan signifikasi pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan secara simultan variabel beban kerja dan pelatihan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of work discipline, occupational safety, and health on employee productivity at PT Santoso Teknindo. The research method employed is a quantitative approach, using several tests including data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test (partial test), and f-test (simultaneous test). The objective is to determine whether there is a relationship between work discipline, safety, health, and employee productivity at PT Santoso Teknindo. The results indicate that work discipline positively affects productivity, with a significant statistical value. Similarly, occupational safety also positively influences employee productivity. This suggests that both work discipline and occupational safety have a significant and positive effect on employee productivity when analyzed individually. Furthermore, when examined together, both work discipline and safety & health significantly influence productivity, confirming a strong simultaneous effect. The implications of these findings suggest that improving work discipline and enhancing occupational safety and health can significantly boost employee productivity. Organizations, particularly PT Santoso Teknindo, may consider prioritizing these areas to foster a productive work environment. Implementing policies that support these factors could lead to higher efficiency and performance, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien orthopedi di Klinik Utama Secapa TNI AD Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam konteks pelayanan orthopedi yang bersifat kompleks dan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 40 responden pasien orthopedi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik CRM maupun kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien, dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 98,2%. Implikasi dari hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan interaksi, personalisasi layanan, serta kualitas pelayanan berbasis dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan pasien orthopedi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee productivity at PT Mayora Indah Tbk in West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research used an associative quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique involving 45 respondents. Data analysis includes instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, as well as hypothesis testing via the t test and F test. The results of the analysis show that leadership style partially has a positive effect on employee productivity, with the simple linear regression equation Y = 15.900 + 0.256X1. A correlation coefficient value of 0.465 indicates a strong relationship, and a coefficient of determination of 21.6% indicates that employee productivity is influenced by leadership style by that percentage. The t test produces tcount > ttable (3.638 > 1.301) and is significant at p < 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Partial job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee productivity, with the regression equation Y = 15,900 + 0.200X2. A correlation coefficient of 0.281 indicates a moderate relationship, and a coefficient of determination of 7.9% indicates the contribution of the job satisfaction variable to productivity. The t test produces tcount > ttable (2.195 > 1.301) and is significant at p < 0.05 (0.034 < 0.05), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Simultaneously, leadership style and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee productivity with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 15.900 + 0.256X1 + 0.200X2 The simultaneous correlation coefficient of 0.607 shows a very strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination of 33.9%. The F test produces Fcount > Ftable (12.273 > 3.22) and is significant at p < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This research proves that both leadership style and job satisfaction, partially or simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee productivity.
