Abstract

This study aims to find out how the participation and results of household waste management by the Mawar Merah community through the waste bank in Tugurejo Village. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, the data obtained is through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The role of the red rose community in waste management through waste banks is very large. This refers to 2 (two) roles, namely the role of coaching and the role of mentoring. (2) The results of waste management through the red rose community in the waste bank are organic waste (remaining vegetables, rotten fruits) with soil decomposing products (compost, MOL, and POC), then inorganic waste is made into works of art high selling value such as bags, chairs, flower vases, curtains etc.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by PT. Telkom Akses Yogyakarta has a fairly high employee turnover intention. The causes of turnover intention include compensation and job satisfaction, which are still relatively low. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to: (1) test the effect of compensation on turnover intention; (2) test the effect of compensation on job satisfaction; and (3) test the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The sample in this study was 94 employees of PT. Telkom Access Yogyakarta. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used path analysis with the AMOS program. The results of the study found that compensation had a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention. This can be interpreted that the higher the compensation, the lower the employee's intention to leave, although the effect is not too strong. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that the higher the compensation, the higher the employee's job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention. This means that the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the employee's intention to leave, although the effect is not too strong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses integrasi tazkiyatun nufus ke dalam budaya kampus sebagai strategi pengembangan karakter mahasiswa di STITMA. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya pembinaan akhlak dan penyucian jiwa dalam membentuk pribadi mahasiswa yang berdisiplin, berakhlak mulia, dan mampu mengendalikan diri di tengah tantangan akademik maupun sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan 15 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai tazkiyatun nufus, baik dari aspek spiritual maupun aspek pengembangan karakter seperti kedisiplinan, kejujuran, dan pengendalian diri. Mahasiswa juga merasakan dampak positif dari penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut, meskipun perubahan yang terjadi masih bersifat individual. Hambatan utama yang ditemukan meliputi tekanan akademik, pengaruh lingkungan pergaulan, serta kurangnya kegiatan pembinaan spiritual yang terstruktur dan konsisten. Selain itu, mahasiswa berharap kampus menyediakan program pembinaan yang lebih aktif dan sistematis. Pembahasan model integrasi menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan internalisasi tazkiyatun nufus memerlukan sinergi antara tiga aspek utama: pemahaman nilai, pembiasaan perilaku, dan penguatan lingkungan. Ketiga komponen tersebut membentuk proses berkelanjutan yang memungkinkan nilai-nilai spiritual berkembang dari sekadar pengetahuan menjadi budaya kolektif. Dengan demikian, integrasi tazkiyatun nufus berpotensi besar menjadi pendekatan komprehensif dalam pembentukan karakter mahasiswa apabila didukung oleh program kampus yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan.
