Abstract

The Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency of Surakarta City is one of the institutions responsible for managing and developing staffing and staffing information systems. One of the activities of BKPSDM is administrative management. BKPSDM has implemented the archive life cycle as well as possible in its management. This research uses data processing and information collected from interviews and literature studies without measuring instruments or using numbers. The subject of this research is an archivist informant who can explain the current conditions and information about the object of research. Interviews conducted by the author and the archivist of BKPSDM Surakarta City provide results that archive management at BKPSDM Surakarta City is structured in terms of archive life cycle flow but still not optimal in archive management. There were shortcomings in the management aspect of several archive lifelines. Especially in the maintenance and destruction flow. The workforce at BKPSDM Surakarta City does not yet have the awareness to manage archives in an organized and structured manner. In addition, the archive manager in each field has main tasks and functions that do not focus on archives alone, so the archive management of each field has not run optimally. From these problems, the management of dynamic archives in BKPSDM is still not running optimally because human resources, who are archive managers for each field, still do not have the awareness to manage archives properly.

Abstract

Industrial relations disputes between workers and employers that occur in Surakarta City companies can be filed with complaints to the Dinas Tenaga Kerja (DISNAKER) Kota Surakarta. The complaint will be followed up by a mediator. Results of the complaint process will be stored in the form of a recapitulation. To facilitate data recapitulation and data transparency so that the general public knows up to date to Bidang Hubungan Industrial DISNAKER Kota Surakarta, a Data Information System was created Surakarta City Industrial Relations (SIDHARTA). The aim of this research is to take steps to handle and obstacles to Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes through the Surakarta City Industrial Relations Data Information System (SIDHARTA) at DISNAKER Kota Surakarta. The type of research carried out is using qualitative research methods with a focus on in-depth explanations based on experiences carried out when making observations related to observation targets, data sources, system components and obstacles through sources, activities carried out, location, and files used. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. By including several components such as procedures, software, hardware, databases, networks and people. The research resulted in the conclusion that (SIDHARTA) has benefits as a database repository related to industrial relations and provides data transparency information to the people of Surakarta City. However, in its operation it still requires improvements that can be used optimally.

Abstract

Aktivitas administrasi organisasi yang menghasilkan arsip setiap hari membutuhkan sistem informasi pengelolaan secara digital. PT Jasa Raharja merupakan perusahaan asuransi yang menangani asuransi kecelakaan lalu-lintas. Supaya arsip yang dihasilkan memiliki sistem pengelolaan, maka PT Jasa Raharja menggunakan sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip keuangan transaksi ERP. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip keuangan transaksi ERP di PT Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, observasi, dan mengkaji dokumen dan arsip. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pengelolaan arsip keuangan transaksi ERP berbasis website. Tahapan pengelolaan arsip meliputi mempersiapkan file, melakukan alih media dengan cara scanning, menyimpan hasil scan pada folder lalu arsip hard file disimpan pada ruang arsip. Pengelolaan Arsip Keuangan transaksi ERP didukung oleh komponen SMDD yang terdiri atas input, verifikasi, dan otorisasi. Dalam pengelolaan arsip keuangan ditemukan kendala yakni pada Sumber Daya Manuasia (SDM) dan proses penginputan arsip yang tidak sesuai kriteria. Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of internal archive supervision in Kebumen Regency. There are challenges in ensuring authentic and reliable records through internal archival oversight. These challenges include authentic interpretation and reliability, balance between security and access, surveillance effectiveness, and cost and resources. Good records management by ensuring the availability of authentic and reliable records through the implementation of archival supervision. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of interviews, observation, documents study and archives, and recording. The results showed that the final supervision results were 57.68 (sufficient) in 2021 and 71.80 (very good) in 2022. The increase related to the evaluation results of the implementation of bureaucratic reforms regarding the quality aspects of records management reached 88.92 in 2022. The implementation of internal archival supervision seeks to realize and ensure the availability of quality, authentic and reliable records. The value of archival supervision fluctuates because it increases and decreases every year. The recommendations: a. Applying surveillance technology, b. Conduct periodic archival audits. Limitations: Cost, Human Resources, Cultural Change, Technology. More research is needed to develop standards, best practices, and cost-to-benefit models for internal filing oversight.

Abstract

The development of information technology that is developing rapidly and rapidly can create good and efficient digital or electronic archive management. Along with the development of information technology, many problems occur are the lack of public knowledge about archives because of the lack of information sources, the public cannot know what archives have historical value in the government. The purpose of this study is to describe and provide information about the optimization of the use of static archives through the National Archives Information System (SIKN) and the National Archives Information Network (JIKN) in the Library and Archives Service of Surakarta City. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature studies/documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out are Static Archive Management through the National Archives Information System (SIKN) through 4 (four) activities, namely acquisition, processing, preservation and access and use of SIKN and JIKN through 3 (three) ways, namely input, process, output. There are obstacles to the management of static archives through the National Archives Information System (SIKN), namely in Human Resources and obstacles that often occur in the system, namely errors and maintenance in SIKN and JIKN.
