This research aims to find out the use of interactive multimedia archiving based on android and its effect on the learning independence of vocational learners. Research is a type of research and development (R & D). Research methods using experiments are pretend experiments (Quaisy experiment). The research was conducted at Vocational High School Surakarta City in April-June 2021. The population in this study is all students of class X Vocational High School Surakarta school year 2020/2021. The sample used was 1 control class and 1 randomly selected experimental class. All treatment will be given to the same control class and experimental class except on the use of interactive multimedia archival based on android. Interactive multimedia android-based archival was successfully applied in the learning of class X OTKP. There is a significant difference in the increase in learning independence between experimental classes that use interactive multimedia android-based archival and control classes that do not use interactive multimedia android-based archival in the archival learning class X OTKP in Vocational High School Surakarta City school year 2020/2021. Interactive multimedia android-based archiving can be used as one of the alternative learning media that can be used to increase the independence of learning learners.

Era digital menjadikan perubahan sangat pesat, berawal dari sesuatu yang tradisional berubah menjadimodern. Perkembangan teknologi menjadikan perpaduan antara teknologi cetak dengan teknologidigital dalam pembelajaran. Modul cetak yang ada tersebut diubah pada penyajiannya dalam bentukelektronik sehingga muncul istilah buku digital. Buku digital merupakan bentuk penyajian bahan belajarsecara mandiri yang disusun dengan cara yang sistematis dalam format elektronik. Penelitian yangdilakukan merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemanfaatan buku digital kearsipan kurikulum 2013 android padasekolah vokasi di wilayah Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kelayakan bukudigital kearsipan kurikulum 2013 tergolong kategori baik dengan nilai 89%, sedangkan aspekkeefektifan media menunjukkan kategori sangat baik dengan nilai 93% sehingga dapat membantupeserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan data penilaian kelayakan dari ahli materitermasuk pada katagori sangat baik atau sangat layak digunakan dengan nilai 90%, sedangkan hasilpenilaian ahli media termasuk dalam katagori sangat baik atau sangat layak digunakan dengan nilai90%, di samping itu juga uji coba pada peserta didik termasuk dalam katagori sangat baik atau layakdigunakan dengan nilai 95%.

Aktivitas administrasi organisasi yang menghasilkan arsip setiap hari membutuhkan sistem informasi pengelolaan secara digital. PT Jasa Raharja merupakan perusahaan asuransi yang menangani asuransi kecelakaan lalu-lintas. Supaya arsip yang dihasilkan memiliki sistem pengelolaan, maka PT Jasa Raharja menggunakan sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip keuangan transaksi ERP. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem informasi pengelolaan arsip keuangan transaksi ERP di PT Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, observasi, dan mengkaji dokumen dan arsip. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pengelolaan arsip keuangan transaksi ERP berbasis website. Tahapan pengelolaan arsip meliputi mempersiapkan file, melakukan alih media dengan cara scanning, menyimpan hasil scan pada folder lalu arsip hard file disimpan pada ruang arsip. Pengelolaan Arsip Keuangan transaksi ERP didukung oleh komponen SMDD yang terdiri atas input, verifikasi, dan otorisasi. Dalam pengelolaan arsip keuangan ditemukan kendala yakni pada Sumber Daya Manuasia (SDM) dan proses penginputan arsip yang tidak sesuai kriteria. This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of internal archive supervision in Kebumen Regency. There are challenges in ensuring authentic and reliable records through internal archival oversight. These challenges include authentic interpretation and reliability, balance between security and access, surveillance effectiveness, and cost and resources. Good records management by ensuring the availability of authentic and reliable records through the implementation of archival supervision. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of interviews, observation, documents study and archives, and recording. The results showed that the final supervision results were 57.68 (sufficient) in 2021 and 71.80 (very good) in 2022. The increase related to the evaluation results of the implementation of bureaucratic reforms regarding the quality aspects of records management reached 88.92 in 2022. The implementation of internal archival supervision seeks to realize and ensure the availability of quality, authentic and reliable records. The value of archival supervision fluctuates because it increases and decreases every year. The recommendations: a. Applying surveillance technology, b. Conduct periodic archival audits. Limitations: Cost, Human Resources, Cultural Change, Technology. More research is needed to develop standards, best practices, and cost-to-benefit models for internal filing oversight.

The development of information technology that is developing rapidly and rapidly can create good and efficient digital or electronic archive management. Along with the development of information technology, many problems occur are the lack of public knowledge about archives because of the lack of information sources, the public cannot know what archives have historical value in the government. The purpose of this study is to describe and provide information about the optimization of the use of static archives through the National Archives Information System (SIKN) and the National Archives Information Network (JIKN) in the Library and Archives Service of Surakarta City. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature studies/documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out are Static Archive Management through the National Archives Information System (SIKN) through 4 (four) activities, namely acquisition, processing, preservation and access and use of SIKN and JIKN through 3 (three) ways, namely input, process, output. There are obstacles to the management of static archives through the National Archives Information System (SIKN), namely in Human Resources and obstacles that often occur in the system, namely errors and maintenance in SIKN and JIKN.

This research investigates how a mobile-based archive application and digital literacy impact pre-service administrators' understanding of the smart village concept in rural governance. It uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire given to 100 pre-service administrators to evaluate their attitudes towards these factors. Validity and reliability tests were conducted as part of the data analysis, and the data were assessed for normality assumption. The data were then analyzed using a multiple linear regression model. The coefficient of determination, which is 99.3%, suggests that nearly all variables related to the smart village concept can be explained through the archive application and digital literacy variables. Furthermore, the mobile-based archive application and digital literacy have a positive and significant impact on understanding the smart village concept, both simultaneously (0.0000.05) and partially (0.0000.05). We found a negative t value (-5.739) for the understanding of the smart village concept, which can be improved through the mobile-based archive application (9.299) and digital literacy (6.538) variables. The implications from these findings indicate that pre-service administrators in rural governance recognize the need for improvement in their understanding of the smart village concept.
