Abstract

This study intends to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance at PT. MBA. In this study, a sample of 59 non-managerial employees was used with purposive sampling technique. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that there is an effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. MBA. Meanwhile, there is no influence between organizational culture and motivation on the performance of PT.MBA employees.

Abstract

The MBKM program aims to provide opportunities for students to learn about the work environment directly and develop their abilities. As HR – Recruitment intern, the author is responsible for assisting the recruitment process, managing candidate and employee data at MAP Active. In addition, the author also created a project entitled DarwinBox Recruitment Guidebook as a tool to assist the recruitment process. Overall, the MBKM program has effectively and efficiently helped develop the self-qualities of the participants. The MBKM program makes a positive contribution to participants, companies and society.

Abstract

This MBKM final report contains the author's overall activities during internship in Lazada's Key Account Management Digital Goods division. This report will be preceded by an introduction that covers the government's MBKM program in outline. After that, the report will be continued with the activities carried out by author, both routine and non-routine, complemented by the process to constraints and solutions. Where, author's main activity during internship in this division was to manage operations and also the final project in the form of UX optimization on Lazada mobile top up page. This report will also focus on the knowledge, abilities, and other things that author has gained during internship. Author also provide evaluations that could be useful for the next batch of MBKM programs.

Abstract

This internship report is intended to explain the author's activities during the internship at MAP Retail Academy through the Independent Campus Certified Internship Program organized by the Ministry of Education. This report will explain the author's daily activities as part of the HR Training Intern. This internship report contains the author's activities as a trainer in the Academic division at MAP Retail Academy. In addition to the daily activities regarding the work given, this report will also explain non routine activities provided by MAP Retail Academy and projects outside of the author's daily activities. This program has been running effectively and efficiently in training apprentices to be able to apply learned knowledge, skills, and attitudes such as effective communication, time management, and project management into work related to training.

Abstract

This internship report aims to explain the author's activities during the internship at PT. Mitra Akademi Perkasa (MAP Retail Academy) through the Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program organized by the Ministry of Education. This program is held to improve abilities and skills, so that they are in accordance with the needs of the world of work in the future. This report will explain about the company, the daily activities of the Author as part of the training and development team and how the work is divided. In addition to daily activities regarding the work provided, this report will explain other activities such as project that provided by PT. Mitra Akademi Perkasa.The results of the program that has been carried out for four and a half months are felt to be effective and efficient. Because in less than 5 months the author gain valuable experience and can fully contribute to the work done, especially in the field of human resources

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine what factors can affect employee performance at Finance Department at PT X. The variables which going to be examined are Training, Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline. The research design used in descriptive research and causality research. The sampling in the study used 77 respondents with saturated sampling techinque. This research used the multiple linear regression method with statistical data processing tools. The result showed that Training has no influence to Employee Performance, but for Compensation, Motivation and Work Discipline has influence to Employee Performance.
