Abstract

Hypertension is often called the silent killer because many hypertension sufferers do not understand the signs and symptoms of hypertension before being examined. So Self-Management is one way to minimize complications that can disrupt a person's quality of life. Intervention in handling hypertension independently is very necessary to minimize the cost of patient treatment, there are several efforts to carry out Self-Management interventions independently. Such as changing and maintaining a healthier lifestyle, stopping smoking and alcohol consumption habits, doing a healthy diet, filling free time with exercise.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kesiapan Satuan Pendidikan Nonformal Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SPNF SKB) Kota Bengkulu dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala satuan pendidikan, pamong belajar, tutor, dan warga belajar. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta diperkuat dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SPNF SKB Kota Bengkulu telah memulai implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dengan langkah-langkah terstruktur, termasuk perencanaan kolaboratif dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Meskipun terdapat tantangan, seperti keterbatasan waktu adaptasi, ketidaksesuaian data kehadiran warga belajar, dan kesenjangan penggunaan teknologi oleh pendidik yang mendekati usia pensiun, secara umum institusi menunjukkan kesiapan yang cukup fungsional dalam mendukung pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran partisipatif dalam penyelenggaraan program Paket C di PKBM Pematang Indah Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta validasi data dengan triangulasi. Strategi pembelajaran meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, tutor mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik dan menyusun pembelajaran yang memperhatikan aspek emosional serta motivasi belajar. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dua kali seminggu dengan metode diskusi, tanya jawab, dan kuis yang mendorong keterlibatan aktif peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan secara formatif dan sumatif, mencakup keaktifan, penyelesaian tugas, dan kehadiran. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi, kemampuan belajar mandiri, serta adanya peserta yang berhasil memperoleh ijazah dan melanjutkan ke pendidikan tinggi. Tantangan utama adalah perbedaan karakteristik peserta dan kesulitan menjaga konsentrasi belajar, yang diatasi dengan strategi pengajaran adaptif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pembelajaran partisipatif efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di pendidikan kesetaraan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the practicality of an environmental care learning model based on family partnerships in creating child-friendly schools in PAUD Melati, Bengkulu City, which consists of 3 parts, namely: practicality from teachers, parents and observers. This research is a type of research and development (research and development). ). This research procedure refers to the stages of the Borg and development model.This research was conducted at PAUD Melati, Bengkulu City with a total of 62 children, 62 parents and 4 teachers from PAUD Melati, Bengkulu City.Data collection in this research was carried out using observation, interviews and response questionnaire techniques. The results of this research are that the implementation of the model gets a score of 86%, the practicality of the model is seen from its usefulness based on the results of the teacher response questionnaire to the model, the percentage score of teacher 1 is 93%, teacher 2 is 89%, teacher 3 is 91% and teacher 4 is 90% in the very good category and in terms of effectiveness using the anova test, a sig value of 0.00 <0.05 was obtained, which shows that there is a difference after the use of an environmental care learning model based on family partnerships in creating child-friendly schools in PAUD Melati, Bengkulu City
