Abstract

This article presents an illustration of the application of combining the concepts of Strait Fuzzy Set and Strait Soft Set involving "fuzzy" and "soft" data to solve a problem in the decision-making process. From this illustration, a condition is constructed in such a way that it is possible to form a bijective Soft Set from the results of combining the two concepts of Strait Fuzzy Set and Strait Soft Set. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. An interesting result of this study is that for each parameter it is possible that there is only one group of objects that excel at certain parameters from all the existing parameters

Abstract

In this paper, an application of N-soft set on data with grouped objects will be presented using the construction concept in strait soft set theory to solve a problem in the decision-making process. For each parameter, a weight value will be determined, and from this data, a threshold will be set in such a way that a T-level soft set form is possible. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a case study approach. An interesting result from this study is that an object with the lowest rank can have the highest rank in a certain group of objects

Abstract

Matriks centrosymmetric adalah matriks bentuk khusus dari matriks simetris, yang mana matriks ini memiliki struktur simetri pada pusat matriksnya. Di antara beberapa masalah terkait matriks centrosymmetric adalah masalah penentuan invers dan nilai eigennya. Pada penelitian ini dikaji masalah penentuan invers dan nilai eigen dari matriks centrosymmetric dengan bentuk khusus ordo n × n, n ≥ 3 dengan menggunakan algoritma Leverrier Faddeev. Penelitian ini diawali dengan menentukan Yi dan qi dari setiap matriks centrosymmetric berukuran n × n, 3 ≥ n ≥ 8. Selanjutnya dengan memperhatikan pola invers dan nilai eigennya diperoleh bentuk umum invers dan nilai eigen dari matriks centrosymmetric dengan bentuk khusus ordo n × n, n ≥ 3 dalam dua kasus, yaitu untuk n = 2m + 1 dan n = 2m.

Abstract

Soft set merupakan salah satu teori matematika yang mengkaji tentang ketidakpastian dalam suatu pengambilan keputusan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di sisi lain, sering kali terjadi pengambilan keputusan dengan melibatkan data yang banyak. Terdapat kemungkinan beberapa data tersebut ada yang dapat diabaikan tanpa mengubah keputusan awalnya. Usaha untuk mengabaikan beberapa informasi yang berlebihan tanpa mengubah hasil keputusan awalnya disebut dengan reduksi parameter. Pada penelitian ini, dikaji kembali konsep reduksi parameter oleh Kong, dkk tahun 2008 yang menggunakan suatu metode dimana derajat kepentingan digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mereduksi parameter dalam pengambilan keputusan. Selanjutnya metode ini akan dibandingkan dengan algoritma alternatif yang mana proses reduksinya cukup dengan menghitung kelipatan dari banyaknya objek dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Artikel ini memperkenalkan dua matriks operator baru yang terinspirasi oleh definisi operator vecd, dan kami menyebutnya vecd*. Operator ini terkait dengan operator vech*. Operator ini dibangun dengan cara yang sama seperti operator vec, yaitu matriks berukuran mxn menjadi vektor kolom berukuran mnx1. Perbedaannya terletak pada susunan entri-entrinya yang menjadi vektor kolom. Pada operator vec, semua entri pada matriks mxn akan menjadi entri pada kolom vektor, namun vech dan vecd hanya menjadikan sebagian entri pada matriks mxn menjadi vektor kolom dengan aturan tertentu. Kami mencoba mendefinisikan vektor kolom. Kami juga menggunakan operator vech* dengan konstruksi yang berbeda dari vecd*. Kami secara eksplisit membuat matriks yang mengubah vech*(A) menjadi vecd*(A), di mana A adalah matriks nxn untuk n elemen N. Kami juga memperoleh beberapa properti dari matriks transformasi ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh Work Life Balance, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Tenaga Kesehatan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Bahorok. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada 82 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial work life balance, kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja tenaga kesehatan di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Bahorok. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi yang berguna bagi instansi kesehatan untuk menetapkan strategi yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai. Selain itu Kontribusi teoritis dari penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan bukti empiris mengenai hubungan langsung antara ketiga variabel independen terhadap kepuasan kerja dalam konteks organisasi layanan publik.

Abstract

The commutation matrix is a matrix that transforms any vec matrix , to vec transpose . In this article, three definitions of the commutation matrix are presented in different ways. It is shown that these three definitions are equivalent. Proof of the equivalent uses the properties in the Kronecker product on the matrix. We also gave the example of the commutation matrix using three ways as Moreover, in this study, we investigate the properties of the commutation matrix related to its transpose and the relation between the vec matrix and the vec transpose matrix using the commutation matrix. We have that the transpose and the inverse of the commutation matrix is its transpose.

Abstract

The vec operator is an essential tool in matrix algebra that transforms a matrix into a column vector based on specific rules. This paper introduces two new operators, namely and , which take the main diagonal and supra-diagonal elements of the matrix, respectively. In this paper, we obtain the general form of the matrix , which transform to , with as a matrix of size . In addition, we also develop the general forms of matrices and , which transform into and into , with as a symmetric matrix of size . This study also explores the properties and relationships between these matrices and their relevance to duplication and commutation matrices, providing deeper insights into the structure and operations of matrices.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of motivation and leadership style on the performance of the Environment and Forestry Service of Riau Islands Province. The sample used was 35 respondents from 55 employees. The sampling technique used was census. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. Based on the results of the data analysis, the regression equation is Y = 36,192 + 0.132X1 + 0.602X2 + e. Based on the t test, motivation has no positive and insignificant effect on performance, with another explanation that each reduction per unit of the motivation variable (X1), the performance variable (Y) will decrease by 0.132 or the performance will decrease by 13.2%. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance. This means that each addition per unit of the Leadership Style variable (X2), the performance variable (Y) will increase by 0.602 or the performance will increase by 60.2%. Based on the F test, motivation and leadership style together have an effect on performance. Based on the coefficient of determination, that 30.9% of employee performance is determined by the variable of motivation and leadership style collectively, while the remaining 69.1% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the causality of the relationship between leadership, organizational culture, competence on the performance of civil servants at Batu Aji Batam Public Health Center. This study uses quantitative methods with analysis tools for the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 25. The number of research respondents was 42 samples using a questionnaire. The results showed that (1) leadership had no significant effect on the performance of civil servants at Batu Aji Batam Public Health Center; (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of civil servants at Batu Aji Batam Public Health Center; (3) competence has a significant effect on the performance of civil servants in Batu Aji Batam Public Health Center; (4) leadership, organizational culture, competence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of civil servants at Public Health Center Batu Aji Batam
