Abstract

Intisari— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peramalan dan kebijakan yang tepat untuk produk pestisida Dharmasan 500 ML supaya meredam fluktuasi permintaan dan meminimasi ongkos total persediaan. Metode-metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah metode peramalan yaitu moving average, weight moving average, exponential smoothing, trend linear dan metode pengendalian persediaan probabilistik model P lost sales dan back order. Metode trend linear memiliki nilai MAPE sebesar 53% dan hasil dari total peramalan bulan Juli 2019 sampai Desember 2019 yaitu sebesar 73.751 unit pestisida. Perhitungan probabilistik model P lost sales menghasilkan safety stock sebesar 10.693 unit pestisida, kapasitas inventori maksimum sebesar 36.043 unit pestisida dan ongkos total persediaan yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp 6.451.599.205 dengan ongkos total per unit Rp 87.478. Perhitungan probabilistik model P back order menghasilkan safety stock sebesar 11.598 unit pestisida, kapasitas inventori maksimum sebesar 39.530 unit pestisida dan ongkos total persediaan yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp6.450.582.729 dengan ongkos total per unit Rp 87.465. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pihak perusahaan untuk meramalkan permintaan dan melakukan pengendalian persediaan dengan metode probabilistik model P sehingga dapat merencanakan proses dagang pada suatu produk pestisida Dharmasan 500 ML. Abstract— This research aims to determine the correct forecasting for the 500 ML Dharmasan pesticide product in order to reduce demand fluctuations and minimize the total cost of inventory. The methods used in writing this research are forecasting methods, namely moving averages, weight moving averages, exponential smoothing, linear trends and probabilistic inventory control methods of the P model of lost sales and back orders. The linear trend method has a MAPE value of 53% and the result of total forecasting from July 2019 to December 2019 is 73,751 pesticides. The probabilistic calculation of the P model of lost sales results in a safety stock of 10,693 pesticides, a maximum inventory capacity of 36,043 units of pesticides and a total inventory cost of Rp 6,451,599,205 with a total cost of Rp 87,478. The probabilistic calculation of the P back order model resulted in a safety stock of 11,598 pesticides, a maximum inventory capacity of 39,530 pesticides and a total inventory cost of Rp6,450,582,729 with a total cost of Rp87,465. This research is expected to provide input for the company to predict demand and control inventories with the P model probabilistic method so that it can plan the trading process on a 500 ML Dharmasan pesticide product

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penentuan rute dalam pengiriman barang di PT Pos Logistics Indonesia. Pada PT Pos Logistik Indonesia kegiatan transportasi masih belum mempertimbangkan rute, karena dalam proses pengiriman pengemudi kurang mempertimbangkan rute yang masih satu rute tetapi lokasi yang berbeda. Pemilihan metode yang dapat digunakan di PT Pos Logistics Indonesia, yaitu dengan matriks penghematan, dalam mencari rute pengiriman barang terlebih dahulu harus mengetahui terlebih dahulu tujuan yang akan dituju. Ini dapat memengaruhi rute pengiriman dan menurunkan biaya bahan bakar untuk pengiriman barang. Penentuan rute menggunakan metode matrix hemat adalah untuk mengetahui rute terpendek yang akan dilalui. Hasil yang diperoleh dari rute terpendek adalah biaya bahan bakar berkurang hingga Rp. 1. 452.300 yang awalnya berjumlah Rp. 5.662.425 dengan penurunan sebesar Rp. 4.210.125. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Genetic Algorithm dengan mutation probability 0.1 melalui 50.000 iterasi,   didapatkan jarak terendah dan efektif (fitness value) sebesar 4222 km.Lebih baik jika PT Pos Logistics Indonesia dalam menentukan rute pengiriman dapat menggunakan metode Saving matrix sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk bahan bakar minyak dapat ditekan dan dapat menggunakan genetic algortihm untuk penentuan rute yang optimal.

Abstract

The article is to examine several pieces of evidence from previous studies to understand higher education governance in the crisis-era related to the challenges of achieving equal distribution of education quality. Data collection involves searching for many published articles, including journals, books, magazines, and websites that discuss higher education governance issues regarding quality and opportunity. The data analysis involves a comprehensive evaluation data coding system, critical interpretation, and comprehensive and high decision making. The data search is done with the help of technology, especially online data sources using keywords such as the quality of higher education, equal opportunity. Based on the findings, explanations, and discussions, we can summarize that the governance of higher education in the crisis era faces various challenges related to equity and the achievement of high quality. When a crisis occurs, the changes are significant, and they cannot carry out various obligations and intellectual rights so that they ignore the quality and equity of higher education. Therefore, this study recommends that high fences be managed by emphasizing finding solutions to address the challenges of service quality and equity by following guidelines and regulations in force in many countries. It is hoped that this study will become an essential input to solve the challenges of higher education afflicted by various crises. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the quality control of the piano cabinet production type Side Arm R / L up polyester model in the Woodworking Department of the Cabinet Sides section of PT Yamaha Indonesia. The Side Arm R / L cabinet is the side part of the piano keyboard that serves to protect the piano keys so that they are stable when played. The problem occurs in product quality, especially on the Cabinet Side. In this study, the method used is the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) method with the Basic Seven Quality Tool as a tool. The PDCA method is used to solve the problem of the Cabinet Sides defect product. The data used in this final project is defect data for the Side Arm R / L cabinet during April 2019-March 2020. Based on the analysis, it is known that defects dominate 80% of the defects that occur, namely chipped, stretch (The results of the cabinet press are not meeting so that there is air going into the press). The main factors for the emergence of the three types of defects are the method, machine, and material aspects. Proposed improvements to address the causes of these defects include monitoring, recording, and evaluating errors in work methods and providing training for new operators and old operators who lack skills, schedule pre-operation inspections, and conduct assessment and maintenance of machines and tools work. As a result of the repair priority, the proportion of defects from May to June 2020 were all within the predetermined control limits, so it could be said that the process was under control. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis pengendalian kualitas produksi kabinet piano jenis Side Arm R/L model up polyester pada Departemen Woodworking bagian Cabinet Side PT Yamaha Indonesia. Kabinet Side Arm R/L merupakan bagian sisi samping keyboard piano yang berfungsi untuk melindungi tuts keybord piano agar stabil ketika dimainkan. Permasalahan terjadi pada mutu produk, terutama pada bagian Cabinet Side. Dalam Penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) dengan alat bantu Basic Seven Quality Tool. Metode PDCA digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan defect product Cabinet Side. Data yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini yaitu berupa data defect kabinet Side Arm R/L selama bulan April 2019-Maret 2020. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui 80% defect yang terjadi didominasi oleh jenis defect yakni gompal, reggang, uki (Hasil pres kabinet tidak rapat sehingga ada udara masuk kedalam pres-presan). Faktor utama munculnya ketiga jenis defect tersebut adalah faktor metode, mesin, dan material. Usulan perbaikan untuk mengatasi penyebab terjadinya defect tersebut diantaranya adalah melakukan pengawasan, pencatatan, dan evaluasi kesalahan metode kerja yang digunakan serta memberikan pelatihan untuk operator baru dan operator lama yang kurang memiliki skill, membuat jadwal pemeriksaan pra-operasi dan melakukan pemeriksaan serta perawatan mesin dan alat kerja. Hasil dari prioritas perbaikan, proporsi defect selama bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juni 2020 seluruhnya berada dalam batas kendali yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga bisa dikatakan bahwa proses telah  terkendali.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs in information systems, especially in the logistics process, is improper management because the machine is not connected to inventory control and not integrated with the operator, so it takes a long time to analyze errors in the logistics process. This study develops warehouse logistics control information to speed up and accurate inventory processes. This study designed the Warehouse Control Tower (WCT) as a strategic development based on Wireless Sensor Network that is connected to a warehouse system and integrated with a computer connected to the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system, AI (Artificial Intelligence) cameras, and barcodes. Value stream mapping is used to map the process flow of warehousing activities and information flow at the level of the total warehouse process flow. Overall, the results of the analysis using the value stream mapping method indicate that the process flow using RFID and Artificial intelligence is more efficient than before implementation.

Abstract

Warehousing is all activities that include receiving, storing, maintaining, distributing, controlling and reporting logistics and logistics equipment so that quality and quantity are guaranteed. This research was conducted directly in the warehouse section of PT Corinthian Industries Indonesia (CII), which wanted to implement a warehouse activity process using the checklist document on material acceptance and procedure for dispensing goods. Methods of data collection include observation, communication, and documentation. Proposals that can be done are in the form of improving warehousing activities that are adjusted to the actual conditions of the company. With these improvements the company can prevent losses caused by problems that occur. That way, a continuous improvement approach can be made.
