Abstract

Abstract

Kata Kunci: Kepatuhan, Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Covid-19, Strategi Perubahan Perilaku, Literature Review of Community Behavior Change Strategies towards Compliance in the Prevention and Control of Covid-19Background: The high number of Covid-19 cases is due to the community's low compliance with implementing health protocols. Behavior change strategies are key to the effectiveness of compliance in implementing health protocols. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of community behavior change strategies on compliance in the prevention and control of Covid-19.Methods: The research method uses a literature review. The technique of collecting data by conducting a journal search through google scholar obtained 11 appropriate journalResults: The results of the 11 journals reviewed were 6 journals discussing the Jogo tonggo strategy and government encouragement, 3 journals on compliance, and 2 journals discussing health education with discussions related to strategies for changing community behavior towards compliance in the prevention and control of Covid-19.Conclusion: The jogo tonggo strategy and education as a strategy for changing people's behavior towards compliance in the prevention and control of Covid-19 can be carried out with the cooperation of the government and the community. Keywords: Behavior Change Strategy, Compliance, Prevention and Control of Covid-19

Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Clinical learning aims to make students independent for the demands of development and the need for competitiveness. However, until now, there has been no clinical learning that can provide learning experience in the field, especially in community-based families of stroke patients that can improve not only knowledge, but also the affective and psychomotor skills of nursing students. This research aims to provide student clinical learning with the concept of Caregiver Empowerment Program Based-On Adaptation Model (CEP-BAM) in improving quality of life and family ability in helping adaptation of stroke patient training.Method: The research used a quasi-experimental study design with a pretest and posttest in the intervention and control groups. Research instruments: Student Knowledge Level Questionnaire, WHOQOL-BREF, Family Role and Responsibilities Instrument. The sample consisted of 2nd semester nursing students (ners profession) and nuclear family members of stroke patients, the 1st attack who were in the rehabilitation stage of 60 respondents (intervention and control) with simple random sampling. Data were analyzed with Wilcoxon signed ranks test and MANOVA. The research was carried out in 4 health center where nursing students practiced for their clinical practice. Results: The p-value of 0.001<0.05 in all groups which means that there is a difference in the average value of the quality of life and the ability of stroke patients' families between the intervention group and the control group. Conclusions: There is a difference in the average value of the intervention and control groups before and after each intervention.

Abstract

The lack of knowledge and skills of PMR members is one of the factors of their ineffectiveness in managing sports injuries, especially in ankle sprain injuries. Improper handling can cause more serious problems, ranging from injuries, complications, to permanent disability. RICE management training for ankle sprain in sports injuries using simulation methods can improve the skills of PMR members, because training with this simulation method, participants will find it easier to understand, remember, repeat and apply their skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of training with simulation methods on RICE management skills for ankle sprain in sports injuries by PMR members. The method used is quantitative research using a pre-experimental design with a one group pre-test and post-test approach with a population of 48 PMR members The sampling technique used total sampling. Respondents were given an intervention in the form of RICE management simulation training for ankle sprain in sports injuries which was given in one meeting and used a measuring instrument in the form of an observation sheet for handling ankle sprain injuries. Data analysis used the wilcoxon signed ranks test. Based on the results of the study, a p value of 0.000 was obtained (p => 0.05). Training with the simulation method has a significant effect on the level of RICE management skills in ankle sprain in sports injuries.
