Abstract

Juragan Wifi Indonesia, PT (JWI) exists as an IT solution company that specializes in providing solutions, system integration, network and data center consulting as well as an Internet Service Provider. Oriented to help build smart network infrastructure in the provision of subscription internet services. In terms of customer service, JWI still uses non-automated and non-integrated services, so service is slower than automated CRM. To be able to compete with other ISPs and attract customers who will subscribe or retain existing customers, CRM should be changed to be automated and integrated. Therefore it is necessary to create a system. CRM information on ISPs to improve business quality and provide customer satisfaction

Abstract

The development of the information system for the Gemanurani Integrated Islamic School experienced obstacles because it was carried out based on the personal needs of the developer at that time. So that the development carried out is not necessarily appropriate or has optimal benefit values ​​in the future. Along the way, there have been many changes to forms, reports and system procedures. This shows that the development of the information system is not based on existing needs, so it is difficult for management to make decisions. The Gemanurani Integrated Islamic School started the development of Information Systems from New Student Admissions (PSB), Finance, Administration (TU), Study Programs (PRODI), Students and Teachers without Human Resources Development (HRD). One of the Operator's routine tasks is inputting school data where the application is still done manually using MS. Excel, problems often arise when calculating teacher valuations, teachers across school programs and employee deductions. By prioritizing the development of administrative information systems according to needs, it is hoped that it will make it easier for Operators in processing employee and teacher data. The goal is to facilitate schools in time management and data security.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an electronic payment system at PT. XYZ who wants to develop a business from server-to-server or B2B to B2C for selling credit products and payments. The existing system does not fully support business development to B2C, such as large operational requirements due to having to use a VPS (Virtual Private Server) and licensing fees, to carry out product purchase transactions still using text format using chat platforms such as Telegram and SMS and the process is slow. system development. After knowing the existing obstacles, the author applies the PHP programming language as a web program that is used by admins to manage product and price data and Java to produce Android applications for use by end users or sellers such as shops, stalls and credit counters. To speed up the development process, the author uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method with the stages of Requirements Planning, System Design, Development Process and feedback collection and finally Implementation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meimplementasikan aplikasi yang memberikan untuk pegawai kemudahan melakukan pemeliharaan pada perangkat IT. Dalam proses pencatatan laporan yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi seperti terdapat sebuah sistem pencatatan dengan menggunakan sistem komputer, dengan banyak menemukan kendala dalam penyimpanan catatan berbasis kertas, yang memiliki beberapa kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan, akses dokumen yang memakan waktu, risiko kerusakan, kerentanan terhadap dokumen. Perlu adanya aplikasi sistem manajeman untuk mengatasi kesalahan pencatatan laporan, dalam analisis dan implementasi menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan dalam Rapid Application Development (RAD) menghasilkan performance yang cukup baik untuk sistem manajeman pencatatan. Pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java untuk Android, database Firebase.

Abstract

With the development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), cybersecurity threats to companies are becoming increasingly complex and diverse, one of which is malware that can attack endpoint devices such as computers/laptops and servers in companies. An effective approach in dealing with these challenges is to implement a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) system that is able to monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents in real-time by implementing an endpoint security monitoring system using the Wazuh platforsm in a structured corporate network environment. The method used in this study is the PPDIOO Method (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize). As a stage starting with (a) prepare is used to analyze needs, (b) plan to design IP addresses, (c) design to design network topology, (d) implement, namely implementing SIEM with wazuh installation and configuration by setting Path scanning warning malware files, (e) operate to monitor and test wazuh, (f) optimize to make modifications to improve system performance. The results of this study are that the test that has been carried out wazuh as much as 1 time can detect malware on one endpoint device and On the Wazuh dashboard, an alert notification appears that the desktop endpoint received a real-time malware attack numbering one and malware warning notifications are sent to telegram bots so that users are immediately aware, this shows that wazuh can be used to analyze, monitor and respond to security incidents

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi yang sangat pesat menumbuhkan berbagai sarana untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan mudah dan cepat. Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi berjalan begitu cepat dan pesat, seperti perkembangan internet (website), komputer, teknologi telekomunikasi, dan lain-lain. Pembayaran SPP pada SMK Penerbangan Bakti Nusantara Kabupaten Bekasi masih sering mengalami kendala seperti pendataan serta proses informasi pembayaran yang dilakukan secara manual dimana laporan rekaman masih menggunakan buku besar sehingga membuat pekerjaan menjadi terbengkala dan menghabiskan banyak waktu serta tenaga bagian keuangan dalam pencarian data siswa serta pengarsipannya. Pada era teknologi saat ini perlu adanya inovasi penggunaan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan untuk membantu administrasi keuangan sekolah agar pendataan serta proses informasi Pembayaran berjalan dengan efektif dan efesien. Dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini akan membahas tentang perancangan sistem informasi pembayaran SPP berbasis web.

Abstract

MYER KREATIF VISION VIBE (MKVI) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri kreatif, menyediakan layanan videografi, fotografi, desain grafis, dan pembuatan Website. Seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan layanan, MKVI menghadapi tantangan dalam proses pengelolaan pemesanan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal ini berdampak pada ketidakmemudahkanan dalam penjadwalan, pencatatan pemesanan, serta keterbatasan dalam akses informasi secara real-time. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi pemesanan jasa Event Organizer berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Prototype. Metode ini dipilih karena sifatnya yang iteratif dan memungkinkan pelanggan terlibat langsung dalam proses pengembangan sistem. Sistem yang dibangun mencakup fitur pemesanan layanan, penjadwalan meeting, pelangganan promo, konfirmasi pembayaran, notifikasi otomatis, hingga pelaporan transaksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat memudahkan proses pemesanan, memudahkan validasi data, serta memberikan dukungan pengambilan keputusan bagi manajemen. Dengan demikian, sistem ini menjadi solusi efektif untuk menggantikan proses manual dan mendukung digitalisasi layanan di MKVI.
