Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kecemasan yang dialami ibu hamil dapat menganggu kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil. Metode : Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasi cross-sectional dengan 80 reponden menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling dan menggunakan Analisa uji Chi Square. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan yaitu usia (p=0,021), usia kehamilan (p=0,024), paritas (p=0,041), keterpaparan informasi (p=0,01), keyakinan akan informasi (p=0,009), dan dukungan informasi (0.021) Kesimpulan : Usia responden, usia kehamilan, paritas, keterpaparan informasi, keyakinan informasi dan kebutuhan informasi dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics, workload and work stress on performance of nurses. This study used quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire measuring devices in the form of Agree-Disagree Scale, in which respondents are all nurses at Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar many as 143 people. In this study, data analysis was performed using SEM assisted by AMOS program 22. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics and work stress have a significant effect on the performance of nurses in Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar. While the workload shows no significant effect on the performance of nurses in Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar. From the results of this study are expected to provide an overview to the management of Kasih Ibu Hospital Denpasar in improving the performance of nurses. Increasing the performance of nurses will have an impact on service delivery to the optimal and sustainable society

Abstract

Basic Life Assistance (BHD) is very important to know by the general public, especially health students because emergency events can be found anywhere and anytime, so they can be a provision to help victims of cardiac arrest.Cardiac Arrest or cardiac arrest is one of the most dangerous and deadly diseases in the world.Cardiac arrest occurs when the heart's electrical system malfunctions. Basic life support measures carried out by people around the sufferer immediately after the incident can increase the patient's survival rate. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of basic life support knowledge and the motivation to help victims of cardiac arrest. This study uses a correlational analytic approach with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 101 respondents who were taken by total sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by statistical inferential. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge of basic life support and motivation to help victims of cardiac arrest in respondents where the p-value was <0.
