Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini memberi gambaran mendalam serta bukti langsung terkait pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga serta promosi pada keputusan pembelian di Bir Hana Cooking Jakarta. Penelitian memakai metode analisis regresi linier berganda memakai 100 responden yang pernah membeli produk bir Pletok. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah. Kualitas produk memberikan pengaruh signifikan ke keputusan pembelian, persepsi harga memberikan pengaruh signifikan ke keputusan pembelian, serta promosi memberikan pengaruh signifikan ke keputusan pembelian. Kualitas produk, persepsi harga, serta promosi semuanya punya dampak yang signifikan di waktu bersamaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan  citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan pizza yang bebih dari dua kali membeli di Restoran Pizza Hut Koesen Jatiasih Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden dan analisis ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh sebesar 9,24% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh sebesar 6,96% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, variabel citra merek berpengaruh sebesar 7,39% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan dari hasil tersebut analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan cita merek berpengaruh terhad kepuasan pelanggan pada Restoran Pizza Hut Koesen Jatiasih Bekasi baik sebagian maupun secara bersamaan. Artinya variabel bebas yang terdiri dari kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan citra merek secara simultan sebesar 63,68% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36,32% merupakan variabel lain yang tidak tercantum dalam model penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana citra merek, promosi, dan kualitas layanan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Pelanggan atau konsumen yang berbelanja di Miniso Trans Studio Mall Cibubur menjadi fokus polling ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel meliputi sampel acak sebanyak seratus responden. Analisis ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden untuk pengumpulan data dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 29%, faktor promosi sebesar 53%, dan variabel kualitas pelayanan sebesar 21%. Di Miniso Trans Studio Mall Cibubur, citra merek, promosi, dan kualitas layanan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara keseluruhan atau sebagian. Akibatnya, citra merek, promosi, dan kualitas layanan memengaruhi 63 persen pilihan pembelian secara parsial atau bersamaan. Sisanya 37% terdiri dari variabel yang tidak termasuk dalam model survei.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of employee performance analysis through compensation, work motivation, and work discipline at PT Sinar Jernih Sarana. This research uses accidental sampling research technique with non-probability sampling. Employees of PT Sinar Jernih Sarana became the population in this study with a total of 100 people who could be used as a sample of people who happened to meet the researcher considered suitable as a data source. This research method is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sinar Jernih Sarana. Simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sinar Jernih Sarana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan (X1), Fasilitas (X2), dan Lokasi (X3) terhadap kepuasan penghuni (Y1) di Apartemen Taman anggrek jakarta barat. Skala Likert digunakan sebagai instrumen pengukuran dalam penelitian ini, dan sampel acak sebanyak 30 peserta dipilih untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas data. Dalam analisis statistik, sampel terdiri dari 100 responden, dan metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS-25 digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis mengenai pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Metode roscoe digunakan untuk menentukan ukuran sampel yang sesuai. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan penghuni di pengaruhi kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan lokasi secara simultan. Kepuasan penghuni dipengaruhi secara positif oleh kualitas layanan, fasilitas, dan lokasi, yang semuanya secara positif dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan penghuni.

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this study specifically is to reveal how much the contribution of career development factors, the organizational culture of education and training, to the work performance of Bekasi flora Vocational School teachers. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive correlational analysis. Design/methology/approach- The objects that were sampled in this study were 63 teaching teachers in the Bekasi Flora VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, sampling was done by a saturated sample method in which all populations were sampled. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire instrument developed from variables (X1) career development (X2) organizational culture (X3) education and training (training) and variables (Y) teacher work performance. Data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. Findings- Based on the results of the research separately, it can be seen the influence of career development factors (X1 on Y), 42.3%, organizational culture (X2 against Y), 68.7%, while education and training on teacher work performance (X3 against Y) 72.4%. Simultaneously the factors of career development, organizational culture, education and training (X1, X2 and X3 against Y) were 75.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly in the context of a business engaged in the culinary field. The instrument was developed using a Likert scale. Respondents were 80 consumers and 30 respondents to test the validity and reliability. This study uses a quantitative method, using Path analysis. The results of this study indicate a direct effect of the variables Service Quality, Brand Image, and Customer Satisfaction on the Customer Loyalty variable. The indirect effect of the variables of Service Quality and Brand Image affects Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan; Citra Merek; Kepuasan Pelanggan; Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study intends to determine whether the analysis of employee performance at L'Avenue Office & Residences has an impact on job satisfaction, compensation, and work discipline. In this research using accidental sampling research technique with non-probability sampling. L'avenue office & residences employees as many as 100 people who can be used as a sample of those who happen to meet with researchers are considered as a reliable source of data. This research method is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show that job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at L'avenue offices & residences. But simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on employee performance at L'avenue office & residences

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the impact of Product Quality and Price Perception on Promotion and Purchase Decisions, both directly and indirectly in the culinary business context. A sample of 100 respondents. With research methods using questionnaires in collecting data obtained from survey results. This method uses quantitative methoes using Path Analysis. The results of this study show the direct influence of product quality, price perception and promotion variables on purchasing decision variables. The indirect influence of variable product quality and price perception affects purchase decisions through promotions.
