Abstract

Information System Application Reporting Departure and Arrival of Transport Equipment of the Jambi Immigration Office is a system of convenience in making reports on recording ship departures and ship arrivals at ports from things such as data recap, report entry and also ease of inspection on ships dating and departing. From where in building the system in this system development tools are used, namely Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Context Diagrams, as well as using the PHP and HTML programming languages ​​and MySQL as databases.

Abstract

Abstract

Within the scope of the company, the system is something that is needed and implemented in it so that the company's operational activities can run well. Monitoring of the running of the system is also necessary so that every job goes according to the rules, which will affect employee performance and as evaluation material for the company to develop an even better system. As in the work on new installations at PT Telkom Access Jambi, it is often found that technicians are slow in updating their work processes in the field and sector heads are also slow in updating order status in their recaps, so this affects the number of installations (active services). less. To minimize these constraints, we need a system that can monitor and update orders so that the processing process is clear, easy and transparent.

Abstract

Efficient assessment of medical employees is crucial for delivering quality healthcare services. This research proposes a Web-based Decision Support System (DSS) employing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to evaluate top employees and outstanding medical staff in the Kei Medika startup. The system assigns weights to evaluation criteria, generating rankings for employees. System evaluation results demonstrate efficiency and consistency in assessments. This technology aids in enhancing medical service quality by identifying high-performing staff.

Abstract

Direct Cash Assistance is a government assistance program that provides cash for the poor. Poverty is also a factor in people's inability to meet their daily needs, causing difficulties in meeting their basic needs. For data collection, secondary data came from various literature related to direct cash assistance. Based on the data that has been explained, the findings in the implementation of direct cash assistance are not yet optimal because various kinds of problems are still found, such as discrepancies in providing direct cash assistance, which aims to assist in the calculation process according to those who are less fortunate or who deserve assistance. cash straight away. To classify recipients of this assistance, the K-Means method is used to analyze an object that is included in the class attribute in the algorithm. The K-Means method is a method that aims to group several data based on the characteristics of the data quickly and efficiently. The tool used is Rapidminer software to calculate the data accounting level.

Abstract

Technology is currently needed in all fields, especially in the education sector. Technology in education can be used for all kinds of activities, one of them is teaching and learning. On this situation, technology can be used to build interactive learning media, which must also be paired with an attractive user interface. Therefore, it can give a new impression to students and increase their enthusiasm for learning. In building learning media with an attractive user interface, supporting software can be used, such as Adobe Flash and Canva since this learning media requires attractive images, colors and animations to eliminate students' feelings of boredom. The school as the destination for this thesis research is SMP Negeri Satu Atap 2 Tungkal Ulu which still used a learning method that could be said to be monotonous, sometimes they still used a system where students only listened and took notes without any other activities. This situation made students tend to be easy getting bored. One interesting subject for learning is English, with material taken is narrative text and storytelling. This learning media contains a menu of instructions, materials, discussion videos, quizzes and evaluations, assisted by a good user interface. The development of this learning media turned out to be able to help raising students' enthusiasm, as evidenced by the questionnaire that was carried out which gave a result of 72.3% and was included in the satisfactory category.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing a web-based office information system for Dwigital.id (CV. Klik Anugerah Ciptareka) using the CodeIgniter framework to enhance internal work efficiency and accelerate customer interaction through WhatsApp API integration. The research employs a qualitative approach with the Waterfall development model, consisting of stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system includes main features such as CRUD Withdraw, CRUD Sales System, and Monitoring System integrated with WhatsApp for direct communication with customers. The testing process uses the Black Box Testing method to evaluate the functionality an reliability of each module. The results show that the system runs effectively and meets user needs, improving administrative performance and real-time customer engagement. The developed system is declared feasible for operational implementation and contributes to improving Dwigital.id digital service management.
