Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the coaching method in enhancing the competencies and performance of students in the Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD) Study Program at STAIN Bengkalis. Coaching is a structured, personalized approach aimed at developing students' potential in both academic and non-academic aspects. A qualitative descriptive method was used, collecting data through interviews, observations, and document studies to explore students' experiences with the coaching process. The findings indicate that coaching positively impacts students' leadership, time management, problem-solving skills, as well as academic performance, communication, and self-confidence. Students reported greater clarity in setting goals and increased motivation. Key success factors include active student engagement, guidance from academic supervisors, and a supportive learning environment. However, challenges such as time constraints and initial confusion about the coaching process were identified. This study concludes that coaching can significantly enhance students' competencies and performance, with proper implementation in a supportive environment. It recommends the broader adoption of coaching in the PIAUD program, tailored to local contexts and needs.

Abstract

This community service activity focuses on assisting the development of character and human resources (HR) among the student organization leaders of the Early Childhood Islamic Education Student Association (PIAUD) at STAIN Bengkalis through a coaching approach. Coaching was selected as it facilitates holistic personal and professional growth, which is essential for shaping future leaders. The program aimed to enhance leadership, communication, and teamwork skills among the student organization leaders. This PkM was created using the method. The results of this initiative show significant improvements in various aspects of character and performance, positively impacting the organization's effectiveness. This program offers a model for HR character development that can be implemented in other student organizations.

Abstract

Health problems that can occur in adolescent reproductive health during menstruation include dysmenorrhea or pain during menstruation. Primary dysmenorrhea is dysmenorrhea that begins to be felt since menarche and no abnormalities are found in the reproductive organs or other organs. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the occurrence of primary dysmenorrhea in female nursing students at the Institut Citra Internasional in 2024. The research design used a quantitative method with an analytical survey method through a cross-sectional research approach and a chi-square test at a confidence level of 95% <α (0.05) with the results in the form of univariate and bivariate analysis. The number of samples is 203, with simple random sampling conducted on May 30 - June 13, 2024. This researcher concluded that Factors Related to the Incidence of Primary Dysmenorrhea in Nursing Science Study Program Students at the Citra Internasional Institute in 2024 were the age of menarche (p = 0.000, POR = 3.154), duration of menstruation (p = 0.000, POR = 15.328), body mass index (BMI) (p = 0.020, POR = 2.179), history of dysmenorrhea (p = 0.000, POR = 8.486). And the most dominant factor is the duration of menstruation. The suggestion in this study is for health institutions to be able to conduct assessments, provide counseling and interventions, especially for adolescent girls, the problem of pain during menstruation and to study more deeply the factors that play a role in menstruation. For female students to study more deeply the risk factors that cause primary dysmenorrhea. For the public, there needs to be additional knowledge about menstrual pain related to reproductive health by seeking references or discussing from various trusted sources Keywords : Primary Dysmenorrhea, Body Mass Index (BMI), Length of Menstruation, Age of Menarche, History of Dysmenorrhe Abstrak Masalah kesehatan yang dapat terjadi pada kesehatan reproduksi remaja pada saat menstruasi salah satunya yaitu dismenorea atau nyeri pada saat menstruasi. Dismenore primer adalah dismenore yang mulai terasa sejak menarche dan tidak ditemukan kelainan dari alat kandungan atau organ lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian dismenore primer pada mahasiswi prodi ilmu keperawatan Institut Citra Internasional Tahun 2024. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode survey analitik melalui pendekatan penelitian cross- sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah semua mahasiswa perempuan Prodi Ilmu Keperawatan Institut Citra Internasional Tahun 2024 yang terdata aktif di akademik sebanyak 411 mahasiswi, pengambilan sampel simple random sampling, jumlah sampel 203 mahasiswi. Data dianalisis secara Univariat dan Bivariat menggunakan uji chi square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% atau α (0,05). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Dismenore Primer Pada Mahasiswi Prodi Ilmu Keperawatan Institut Citra Internasional Tahun 2024 adalah usia menarche (p=0,000, POR=3,154), lama menstruasi (p=0,000, POR=15,328), indeks masa tubuh (IMT) (p= 0,020, POR=2,179), riwayat dismenore (p= 0,000, POR=8,486), faktor yang paling dominan adalah lama menstruasi. Rekomendasi penelitian ini yaitu bagi institusi kesehatan untuk dapat melakukan pengkajian, memberikan penyuluhan dan intervensi, terutama pada mahasiswi Institut Citra Internasional Bangka Belitung, masalah nyeri pada saat menstruasi dan mahasiswi mempelajari lebih dalam lagi tentang faktor-faktor resiko yang menyebabkan dismenore primer dan lama menstruasi tidak normal pada mahasiswi. Kata Kunci: Dismenore Primer, Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT), Lama Menstruasi, Usia Menarche, Riwayat Dismenore.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Anak usia dini memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi namun kemampuan tersebut tidak didukung dilingkungan sekolah maupun  keluarga sehingga tidak dapat mengeksplor kemapuan kreativitasnya  pada hal kreativitas dapat dikembangkan sejak usia dini. Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreatifitas anak usia dini melalui pembelajaran seni kompang di TK Islam   Bengkalis. Dengan Kompang Anak bisa mengembangkan kreatifitasnya  melalui tabuhan  kompang yang bervariasi, tabuhan kompang dimainkan  dengan menggunakan jari atau telapak tangan yang dapat membentuk kelenturan, kekuatan otot secara terkoordinasi    serta melatih keberanian anak.  Kompang sebagai salah satu alat musik tradisioanal yang diwarisi turun temurun sebagai budaya yang dilestarikan oleh masyarakat dan dimainkan ketika  menyambut hari-hari besar agama maupun acara penyambutan tamu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tidakan kelas dengan empat pertemuan dan dua siklus, tahapan dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dekumentasi, Setelah dilakukan pengumpulan data dan analisis data, maka dapat diketahui pengembangan kreatifitas anak usia dini melalui pembelajaran seni kompang di TK Islam  Bengkalis dengan nilai  baik, jumlah presentase 58% dalam katagori berkembamng sesuai harapan. Kata Kunci: Kreativitas, Pembelajaran, Seni Kompang ABSTRACT. Early childhood has high creativity but this ability is not supported in the school and family environment so that it cannot explore its creative abilities in terms of creativity can be developed from an early age. This study aims to develop early childhood creativity through kompang art learning at Bengkalis Islamic Kindergarten. With Kompang, children can develop their creativity through varied kompang beats, kompang beats are played using fingers or palms that can form flexibility, muscle strength in a coordinated manner and train children's courage.  Kompang as one of the traditional musical instruments inherited from generation to generation as a culture that is preserved by the community and played when welcoming religious holidays and welcoming guests. The research method used is classroom action research with four meetings and two cycles, the stages in each cycle consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. data collection techniques using observation and documentation, After data collection and data analysis, it can be seen that the development of early childhood creativity through kompang art learning in Bengkalis Islamic Kindergarten with good grades, the total percentage is 58% in the category of developing as expected. Keyword: Creativity, Learning, Kompang Art
