Abstract

This study were aims to determine whether there are differences in learning outcomes of students before and after being taught using videoscribe media and  influence the using of videoscribe media on learning outcomes of students of atomic structure material class X IPA SMAN 2 Sungai Raya. This research is a pre-experimental study with One Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. The subjects in this study were class X IPA 2, amounting to 32 students. Normality test data of the initial test results and the final test using the Shapiro-Wilk test with sig values. test = 0.05 results in initial test scores not normally distributed with sig scores. 0.001 and the final test value is normally distributed, Sig is greater than 0.05 with a significance value of 0.223. Wilcoxon signed rank test results show that the Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) value is less than 0.05, 0.000 <0.05. It can be said there is an increase in student learning outcomes after being given treatment. N-Gain calculation results obtained a value of 0.38 which shows learning using videoscribe media on atomic structure material gives an increase in the medium category in students.Keywords: videoscribe, learning outcomes, atomic structure

Abstract

In a government agency or organization, it is one that requires serving the community well, community satisfaction is one of the factors to assess whether an agency or organization is good or not, work ability and service quality are the ones that can assess whether or not the community feels satisfied. This research aims to determine the effect of work ability and service quality on community satisfaction at the Ciruas District Office, Serang Regency. This research uses the literature review method, which is a research method used to collect, compile and synthesize existing research results. The research results in the study show that work ability influences community satisfaction, service quality influences community satisfaction, and work ability and service quality together influence community satisfaction.

Abstract

Education is a process that takes place continuously and without end, aiming to change human attitudes and behavior so as to produce quality individuals. Language acts as a means of communication used to convey thoughts and feelings through symbols or signs. The ability to speak allows someone to convey ideas or messages orally clearly to others. In a formal context, the use of good and correct Indonesian is very important to convey information accurately. The ability to speak Indonesian has a strategic role because it is the unifying language and is widely used in education. However, in several regions such as Aceh, Madura, West Kalimantan, and Papua, the ability to speak Indonesian is still relatively low. Therefore, this study aims to examine learning methods that can improve students' speaking ability in Indonesian. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the literature review, several effective learning methods were found, such as the carousel method, discussion, assignments, utilization of the environment as a learning resource, and audio-visual methods. The results of the study showed that these methods made a significant contribution to improving students' Indonesian speaking skills. In addition, technology has also proven effective in supporting the improvement of good and correct Indonesian speaking skills.
