Abstract

Dalam al-Qur'an dikatakan bahwa semesta dan seisinya bertasbih mensucikan Sang Pencipta. Termasuk dalam hal ini Covid-19, yang menjadi salah satu makhluk bagian dari semesta yang juga turut bertasbih mensucikan-Nya. Upaya berdamai dengan Covid 19 adalah bagian dari semesta termasuk manusia. “Yusabbihu lahu ma fissamawati wal ardl" (QS 59:24). Karenanya gelorakan tasbih kepada sang Pencipta Semesta, karena tasbih tidak hanya sekedar ucapan "Subhanallah" dengan duduk diam bersila, namun tasbih semesta yang sesuai dengan dimensinya, sebagai pohon, batu, gunung, termasuk sebagai virus Covid 19.Kata Kunci: Covid 19; Fikih Ekologi; Tahun Baru Hijriyah

Abstract

AbstractGender Mainstreaming is an action originated from feminism movement closely related to society changes that involves regulation changes, social, economy, politics, and culture. Study about gender issue with all kind of topic that related to religion, especially in Islam, is always catchy to be discussed. In this case, Abdul Karim Zaidan as Islamic jurist in his work “Al-Mufassol Fi Ahkam Al-Mar’ah wa Bayt Al-Muslim” discusses about a life of a woman as a family member as well as a part of society, he carries out academic problem to create an outcome that concern with changing of times, with the aim of reintroducing comprehensively to Moslem women and all Moslems about Islamic Law on women and Islamic household as taught in Islam, and clearly explaining about the rules of life of Moslem women and Moslem family.

Abstract

Abstract.According to Ibn Khaldun, the paradigm of social change starts from people who have been forged with a hard life, poverty and full of struggle. Nomadic society (badawah, badui, wanderer, rural, village) is the initial social organization. They are sufficient to fulfill their primary needs. If these basic needs have been met, then they seek luxury, live well. Then there is urbanization (civilization), urbanization. Ethically the nomadic group is bolder, better than the city population. Urban social conditions form a tendency to act corruptly. From an ethical perspective, the process of urbanization is degradative. The desire to live with prosperity and be free from the hardships of life coupled with ‘Ashabiyyah among them makes them strive to realize their dreams with a hard struggle. The dream that was achieved then gave rise to a new civilization. The emergence of this new civilization is also usually followed by the decline of another civilization. These stages are then repeated again, and so on until this theory is known as the Cycle Theory.Keywords: Social Change, Ibn Khaldun, Society AbstrakMenurut Ibn Khaldun, paradigma perubahan sosial dimulai dari masyarakat yang telah ditempa dengan kehidupan keras, kemiskinan dan penuh perjuangan. Masyarakat nomadik (badawah, badui, pengembara, rural, desa) adalah organisasi sosial awal. Mereka mencukupkan diri memenuhi kebutuhan primer mereka. Jika kebutuhan mendasar ini sudah terpenuhi, barulah mereka mencari kemewahan, hidup enak. Kemudian berlangsunglah urbanisasi (tamadun), peng-kotaan. Secara etis golongan pengembara lebih berani, lebih baik dibandingkan penduduk kota. Kondisi sosial perkotaan membentuk kecenderungan untuk bertindak korup. Dari sisi etis, proses urbanisasi adalah degradatif. Keinginan hidup dengan makmur dan terbebas dari kesusahan hidup ditambah dengan ‘Ashabiyyah di antara mereka membuat mereka berusaha keras untuk mewujudkan cita-cita mereka dengan perjuangan yang keras. Impian yang tercapai kemudian memunculkan sebuah peradaban baru. Kemunculan peradaban baru ini pula biasanya diikuti dengan kemunduran suatu peradaban lain. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut kemudian terulang lagi, dan begitulah seterusnya hingga teori ini dikenal dengan Teori Siklus.Kata Kunci: Perubahan Sosial, Ibn Khaldun, Masyarakat

Abstract

Abstract:The case of theft with a small value of goods which is now being tried in court is quite under public’s spotlight, public are generally considering that it is very unfair if the cases are threatened with a penalty of 5 (five) years as determined in article 362 of the Criminal Code. Since the punishment is not comparable to the value of the stolen goods, these cases have also encumbered the court, both in terms of the budget and public perceptions of the court. After analyzing the problem, the authors concluded that the application of PERMA Number 2 of 2012 as for Adjustment of Light Crime Limits and the Amount of Mulcts in the Criminal Code has not been used as a Court or Judge as a material consideration or a reference to decide criminal acts whose goods value is below IDR 2,500,000.00 (two million five hundred thousand rupiah).Keywords: Supreme Court Regulations, Mild Crimes, Fines Abstrak:Perkara pencurian dengan nilai barang yang kecil yang kini diadili di pengadilan cukup mendapat sorotan masyarakat, masyarakat umumnya menilai bahwa sangatlah tidak adil jika perkara-perkara tersebut diancam dengan ancaman hukuman 5 (lima) tahun sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 362 KUHP. Oleh karena tidak sebanding dengan nilai barang yang dicurinya, perkara-perkara tersebut juga telah membebani pengadilan, baik dari segi anggaran maupun dari segi persepsi publik terhadap pengadilan. Setelah melakukan analisa terhadap permasalahan, penulis berkesimpulan bahwa penerapan PERMA Nomor  2 Tahun 2012 Tentang Penyesuaian Batasan Tindak Pidana Ringan dan Jumlah Denda dalam KUHP belum dijadikan Pengadilan atau Hakim sebagai bahan pertimbangan atau pun acuan untuk memutus tindak pidana yang nilai barangnya di bawah Rp. 2.500.000,00 (dua juta lima ratus ribu rupiah).Kata Kunci: Peraturan Mahkamah Agung, Tindak Pidana Ringan, DendaАннотация:Дело о краже с небольшой стоимостью товаров, которое сейчас рассматривается в суде, находится в центре внимания общественности, общественность, как правило, считает, что очень несправедливо, если этим случаям грозит штраф в 5 (пять) лет, как определено в статье. 362 УК РФ. Поскольку наказание несопоставимо со стоимостью похищенных товаров, эти дела также обременяют суд, как с точки зрения бюджета, так и общественного восприятия суда. Проанализировав проблему, авторы пришли к выводу, что применение PERMA № 2 от 2012 года в отношении корректировки пределов легкой преступности и количества элементов в Уголовном кодексе не использовалось в качестве суда или судьи в качестве материала для рассмотрения или ссылки на принимать решения о преступных деяниях, стоимость товаров которых ниже 2 500 000,00 (два миллиона пятьсот тысяч) рупий.Ключевые слова: постановление Верховного суда, легкие преступления, штрафы

Abstract

Nasakh or abrogation of the Qur’anic law by the sunna is one of debated subject between ulama. A well-known view on this is that the jumhur ulama reject the view on hadith can abrogate the law of the Qur’an. For the reason the position of the Qur’an is above the hadith. On the contrary of that, we cannot deny that many ulama agreed that hadith or sunna can remove it. This last group expressed their opinion using a strong argument. This debate raised negative things not only for the scholars in person, but also for the teaching of Islam, where some group appeared to insult the the Prophet’s companions, to falsify Prophet’s hadith and deny it. Ibn Qutayba discusses this abrogation in detail in his book Ta’wîl Mukhtalaf Hadîts. Ibn Qutaibah is well-known as an expert in various disciplines of scholarship and Arabic linguistics. In his work, Ibn Qutayba gives an explanation which is supported by historical facts and the hadiths, and proves that the sunnah of the Prophet also has the authority to create, move, regulate, and even remove the law of the Qur’an. With this work Ibn Qutaibah can be the bridge as well as conciliator for the Muslim groups who are in quarrel.

Abstract

Qowaid Ushuliyah dan Qowaid fiqhiyyah adalah kaidah-kaidah universal yang didalamnya terkandung bagian-bagian persoalan yang sama, yang dapat dikelompokkan dalam satu garis besar yang sama yang kemudian melahirkan berbagai macam cabang-cabang fiqh. Kaidah-kaidah hukum tidaklah disusun dalam suatu kurun waktu tertentu. Hukum-hukum itu baru tersusun secara sistematis di kemudian hari sejalan dengan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan ijtihad di kalangan para pakar dan pendiri madzhab dalam hukum islam. Hukum Islam dan ijtihad dalam hukum Islam dan keberadaan Qowaid Ushuliyah dan Qowaid fiqhiyyah, ibarat dua sisi mata uang yang tidak dapat dipisahkan antara satu dengan yang lain, saling mengisi dan melengkapi. Interelasi kedua kaidah hukum ini adalah bahwa Qowaid Usuliyah berfungsi sebagai landasan hukum yang bersifat fundamental sedangkan Qowaid Usuliyah bersifat instrumental dalam menyimpulkan dan merangkai teknis penerapan hukum tersebut. Selain itu interelasi antara Qowaid Ushuliyah dan Qowaid Fiqhiyyah adalah sebagai connector penghubung antara kesempurnaan Illahiah dengan pemikiran fana manusia dalam memahami maksud dari sang pencipta alam semesta Allah SWT.

Abstract

Empowerment programs with intensive assistance are an alternative to accelerating community economic growth. This study aims to analyze how community pasticipation in the “Desa Gemilang” Empowerment program is run by LAZ Al Azhar, and the problems and obstacles that arise in its implementation in the field. Trough qualitative research methods using a descrptive approach. This data collection. Technique is done by interview, observation and document study. The research was conductes in Puncu Village, Puncu District, Kediri Regency, East Java Province. The Results of this study indicate that community participation in this program is quite good. The program focuses on four sectors, namely : Economy, Education, Religion, and Health. The community is very enthusiastic and participatory with various kinds of activities that are carried out and of course have a significant impact on change. However, there are some people who tend to be volatile because they have not been touched by the benefid of the programs being implemented.

Abstract

A dichotomous science paradigm must be changed. The curriculum emphasizes intelligence. Curriculum development will continue to innovate and assess students' talents and learning interests. The researcher proposed the thesis "Development of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Curriculum at MA Mamba'ul Ulum Tunjungmuli Purbalingga" with the following research subjects. Tahfidz al-Qur'an curriculum planning (2) Tahfidz al-Qur'an curriculum implementation (3) assessing tahfidz al-Qur'an curriculum. This case study research is qualitative. Participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation collect data. Flow model analysis was used for data reduction, display, and conclusion. (1) Creating the tahfidz al-Qur'an curriculum using curriculum planning, syllabus, and lesson plans. (2) The tahfidz al-Qur'an curriculum uses the Talaqi, Takrir, and Tasmi memory methods. (3) Formative and summative assessments evaluate curriculum (rewards to students, semester exams, student report cards).

Abstract

Productive waqf, also known as misti'mâry waqf, capitalizes on Islamically permissible goods and services. Benefits become mauqûf and usable after the product or service is finished. Productive denotes result, work, goods, or stuff produced. This definition defines productivity as something that can generate. Waqf funds are maximized to serve the common welfare. Thus, empowerment strengthens social and economic positions to increase shared welfare through empowering individuals through waqf money for production companies. Productive waqf manages public waqf donations by producing them to create a sustainable surplus. Waqf contributions can be cash, precious metals, land, or buildings. This productive waqf surplus provides long-term funds for education, health, and communal welfare.

Abstract

Religious moderation for Muslims is a necessity. The practice of religious moderation has even been carried out since the time of the Prophet. The Apostle is not extreme and does not fully allow religion. For example in the commitment to nationality, the Prophet has set an example through the Medina Charter he made. Even though the term nationality did not exist at the time of the Apostle because this term was a new term that emerged in the modern era. Moderation of Islam as an object of scientific study is considered important to continue to be developed and prioritized for the community. This is because a mature and quality understanding of Islamic moderation is seen as very influential on diversity and socio-cultural life. The concept of the holy land of Medina in the hudaibiyah agreement. Hudaibiyah is a city located about 26 kilometers from the Grand Mosque. Currently, the area is also known as the border area of the Haram Land, so it is often used as a miqat for Muslims who perform the pilgrimage or umrah. The name Hudaibiyah is actually taken from the name of the lake which is also known as the Asy-Syumaisi lake. Islamic history mentions, Hudaibiyah became the entrance to the brilliance of Muslims in conquering the City of Makkah (Fathul Makkah). This article is an article written by the author who refers to Religious Moderation in the Prophet's Era: Rereading the Concept of the Holy Land of Medina in the Hudaibiyah Agreement which explains moderation and reviews the concept of hubaidiyah agreements that existed at the time of the Prophet Muhammad. The purpose of writing this article is to find out about religious moderation in the Prophet's Era: Rereading the Concept of the Holy Land of Medina in the Hudaibiyah Agreement. The research method used by the author is a qualitative literature study, which uses descriptive methods, interpretive analysis of the text of the story of the apostles. By using the constructive comparative argumentative method, this research uses various sources of literature, such as books, journal articles, and dissemination on website pages. Religious Moderation in the Prophet's Era: Re-reading the concept of the Holy Land of Medina in the Hudaibiyah Agreement which can be seen from several aspects, namely the Traces of Moderation, Religious Moderation in Islamic Education as outlined in a book entitled "Religious Moderation in Indonesia"keywords: religious moderation, hudaibiyah agreement.
