Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of Islamic law on the Julo-Julo social gathering in Paraman Ampalu Village, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, using a phenomenological approach. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the practice of debt and receivables in the practice of Arisan Julo-Julo carried out by the people of Paraman Ampalu Village, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency is illegal. Because, it contains usury nasi'ah, which is exaggerating the payment of goods or money owed due to delays in paying the social gathering money. Then, in terms of the Julo-Julo Arisan Practice contract in Paraman Ampalu Village, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency using a wadi'ah savings contract. The goods deposited are in the form of cash, money deposited by the arisan member to the manager which is then carried out by drawing lots. Furthermore, with regard to the pillars and conditions of the person who makes the deposit and the person who receives the deposit, the person who receives the deposit is the manager, while the person who makes the deposit is the arisan member.

Abstract

This research focuses on the application of mudharabah accounting in companies based on PSAK No. 105. The issues raised are how large companies apply mudharabah accounting in their respective Financial Institutions, understanding mudharabah and affirmation from the sources of the Qur'an and Hadith in profit taking. The method used is qualitative research method, Furthermore, qualitative research is a process of discovery and understanding based on methodology. In this approach, researchers paint a complex picture, examine books and detailed reports on views. Qualitative research is an attempt to present the social world, and its view of the world, in terms of concepts, behavior, perceptions, and issues about the people studied.

Abstract

This research aims; to evaluate the role of MSMEs in driving the growth of E-wallets or Digital Wallets in Southeastern Padangsidimpuan District; to analyzethe effects of using E-wallets as a non-cash payment method by MSMEs in Southeastern Padangsidimpuan District. The research respondents consist of 20 MSMEs that use E-walet for data processing. Data is analyzed using statistical formulas, and the research results indicate that MSMEs play a role in increasing the use of E-walet. The use of E-walet seen an increase, and the research also shows that using Digital Wallets as a non-cash payment method helps MSMEs avoid the need for change.

Abstract

Musibah Covid 19 yang oleh WHO (World Health Organization) telah ditetapkan sebagai pandemi ini bukan hanya sekedar masalah kesehatan belaka, jauh dari itu meliputi seluruh aspek yang juga melemahkan kondisi perekonomian. Tiongkok, sebagai negara yang menjadi episentrum penyebaran pertama virus ini yang notabenenya negara ini merupakan negara dengan ekonomi terbesar kedua di dunia, tentu saja sangat mempengaruhi laju perekonomian global. Beberapa lembaga riset kredibel dunia pun memprediksi dampak buruk dari wabah ini terhadap laju ekonomi global. Termasuk Indonesia, mentri keuangan, Sri Mulyani Indrawati pun memprediksi dampaknya terhadap ekonomi dengan skenario terburuk bisa mencapai minus 0,4 %. Diantara bentuk upaya yang diserukan dan dilakukan oleh dunia untuk mengurangi penyebaran wabah ini adalah dengan social distancing, di Indonesia sendiri lebih diberlakukan physical distancing (Jaga jarak fisik). Namun sayangnya, gerakan ini berpengaruh pada penurunan aktivitas ekonomi secara keseluruhan. Upaya ini memberi kebaikan di satu sisi namun juga berakibat pada penurunan Agregate Supply atau penawaran agregat dan Agregate Demand permintaan agregat akibat pembatasan aktivitas dan hanya berdiam diri di rumah yang juga mempengaruhi pada penurunan terus menerus jumlah produksi. Maka akibat pandemi virus Covid 19 ini, sangat besar dan potensi perannya dapat dimaksimalkan demi kemajuan perekonomian khususnya di Indonesia. Saat ini masyarakat tentunya sangat memperhatikan kesehatan, salah satunya mengonsumsi dan membeli produk yang higienitasnya terjamin. Maka produk halal lah yang akan mengambil posisi pasar pada perekonomian era new normal. Tujuan penulisan adalah ingin mengetahui bagaimana peran industri halal dalam membangun kembali perekonomian di era new normal ini. Adapun metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, merupakan upaya memahami berbagai konsep yang ditemukan dalam proses penelitian, dengan menggunakan teknik kontent analysis (Analisis isi) dan riset kepustakaan (Library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proyeksi industri halal di era new normal yang potensial dengan kesesuaiannya dengan kondisi, peluang, dan upaya pemerintah dalam pengembangan ekonomi di era new normal. Maka di era kebiasaan baru ini, pemerintah, pelaku bisnis, dan masyarakat dapat beradaptasi dengan pola ekonomi baru demi memajukan perekonomian di era new normal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas rendahnya pemanfaatan fitur ZISWAF online oleh nasabah BSI, yang disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan dan kepercayaan terhadap layanan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, kepercayaan, dan kemudahan terhadap minat masyarakat menyalurkan ZISWAF secara online melalui mobile banking. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil uji t pada taraf signifikansi 10% menjelaskan bahwa pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menyalurkan ZISWAF dan kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh  terhadap minat menyalurkan ZISWAF, sedangkan kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap minat menyalurkan ZISWAF. Sedangkan pengetahuan, kepercayaan dan kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat menyalurkan ZISWAF secara online.

Abstract

Buying and selling is an exchange of ownership of objects with the exchange, according to the form permitted by sharia. The application of buying and selling ethics in Islam must be applied in all aspects of the economy, including consumer knowledge regarding the halalness of the products they will consume. The beginning of this research is determining the Islamic law review of buying and selling food at street vendors in the Sadabuan complex. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, and the type of use is field data research. Data collection techniques include data reduction, data integration and conclusion. These results and research. The majority of street vendors in the Sadabuan complex still need to get a reviewed business license. According to Islamic law, humans are allowed to carry out any business or buying and selling transactions to fulfil their daily needs. Meanwhile, ownership of a business license is not legally obligatory because it is not a condition for buying and selling transactions in the Islamic context.

Abstract

This study aims to determine people's perceptions in paying zakat in BAZNAS, West Pasaman Regency where people still pay zakat according to the traditions in the area. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, using a phenomenological approach. Methods of data collection through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are still many people who do not know and understand the importance of the function, purpose and benefits of zakat in the payment or distribution of zakat through the Amil Zakat Institute in BAZNAS, West Pasaman Regency. Most people think that giving zakat directly to people in need is more affordable than BAZNAS. Then, because the community still lacks confidence and is not sure of the responsibility of an institution in handling zakat management and the ineffective existence of zakat collection units (UPZ) in the area.  Keywords: Perception, Zakat, BAZNAS

Abstract

The development of Fintech and e-commerce during the Covid-19 pandemic has given its blessing. Fintech and e-commerce can be used as a solution to strengthen the economy. Moved by monetary administrations, changes in individuals' ways of life towards digitalization, and backing from the public authority through clear guidelines and legitimate systems. Animun's high movement of people's activities to gadgets has a positive impact on the country in saving the national economy in the midst of the world's economic downturn. The results of research show e-commerce and fintech have played a role in the Indonesian economy during the COVID-19 pandemic, both for businesses, consumers, and the government.
