Abstract

This research designs and implements a web-based attendance application using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm at SMK Negeri 4 Bekasi. The aim is to address common issues in manual attendance processes, namely, lack of efficiency and accuracy. The methods employed include designing a responsive website interface, implementing the CNN algorithm for facial recognition, and configuring an efficient data management system. Evaluation encompasses attendance accuracy, operational efficiency, and application responsiveness in real-world school environments. The research findings indicate that the web-based attendance application utilizing the CNN algorithm offers an effective solution for attendance recording at SMK Negeri 4 Bekasi.

Abstract

CV. Anjas Group Indonesia and its subsidiary, Anjas Konveksi, are business entities that focus on the production and sale of clothing such as t-shirts, shirts, jackets, and the like. The availability of various products often confuses some customers in making choices that suit their desires. To overcome this, a recommendation system is needed that can help customers find products that match their preferences, facilitating the buying process. In this research, the Item Based Collaborative Filtering approach is used, which aims to find similarities between the purchasing patterns of one product and another (item similarity). The system will look for similarity values between products based on cosine similarity. After getting the rating value between products, the Item Based Collaborative Filtering method will be used to provide recommendations to customers according to their preferences.

Abstract

Badminton is a sport that is in great demand by people, from children to adults. GOR WGN Sport Center is one of the businesses engaged in badminton sports field rental services located in Bekasi City. In terms of field rental services, they still use the manual method by visiting the location directly, which is less effective. With this lack of information, customers do not know the field rental schedule in real time, so information related to the schedule is urgently needed. For this reason, in leasing the field at the WGN Sport Center Sport Center, an information system related to website-based field rental is needed which will make it easier for customers to find information in the field booking process and field rental schedules in real time. The algorithm used is the First In First Out (FIFO) algorithm. In the FIFO algorithm data buffering is regulated and manipulated based on the fact that the first incoming data will be processed first, that is, in its implementation, the first customer to make a field booking will be served first.

Abstract

The purpose of determining the best employees is as an appreciation for employee performance so as to motivate employees to be able to work optimally and be able to survive in the organization for a long time. Although the goal is very simple, however, the process turns out to be very complex, takes quite a long time and costs quite a bit so that this creates the opportunity for errors to occur in determining who is the right person. Especially if the company has employees with abilities that are not much different from other employees, the determination is sometimes very subjective. Actually there are several assessment criteria in the decision-making process for selecting the best employees, namely: an assessment based on the criteria for attendance, loyalty, and tardiness and employee performance. Because it is necessary to build a system that can assist decision making to determine the selection process objectively by using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method.

Abstract

The Bina Mulia cooperative store sells school books and stationery. Information about the inventory of goods in the store is recorded, requests for goods, processes goods out and reports are made without a computerized system, resulting in errors in searching for the required data. The best solution to solve existing problems is to create a web-based inventory system. Constructed information system with FAST method and system design with UML. With the existence of an information system that is made it can make it easier to get information related to transactions. On the main web page there is graphic info that shows the stock of goods making iteasier to monitor available goods. Printing reports on goods received and issued at the store can be done easily by accessing a menu that is easy to find on the system display.
