Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of compensation on the performance of the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Aceh Regency, the effect of work discipline on the performance of the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Aceh Regency, the effect of career development on the performance of the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Aceh Regency and the effect of compensation, work discipline and career development has a significant effect on the performance of the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Aceh Regency. The sample used in this study were 40 employees. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the F hypothesis test and the t hypothesis test with a significant level of 5%. The test results prove that compensation and work discipline have a simultaneous and partial effect on the performance of BPS employees in South Aceh Regency, while employee career development has a simultaneous but not partial effect

Abstract

Inona Incubator is a company which located in Aceh Besar and engaged in animal husbandry by producing egg incubators. This research using descriptive statistical analysis and linear regression analysis to find out influence component staffing to performance employee. Based on results which obtained, the independent variables are recruitment, selection, training, reward and punishment, and development together have a significant influence on performance employee. Whereas results t-test showing t count as big as 2,936 with significance 0.007 between variables recruitment with performance employee. Based on results the, variable recruitment has influence which big to employee performance. Results t count on variable selection as big as 2,228 and significance as big as 0.036. Just like the recruitment variable, based on these results it can be concluded that the selection variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The training variable gets the results of the t-test with a t count of -0.149 and a significance 0.883 which indicates that the training variable has no effect on employee performance. Then the reward and punishment variables get results t-test with t count of 1.699 with a significance of 0.102. While the variable development gets results t-test with t count 0.531 and significance 0.601. Based on these results, the variables of reward and punishment as well as development do not have the influence that big against performance employee.

Abstract

Tantangan sosial dalam masyarakat yang belum menikah memerlukan pendekatan edukatif yang efektif gunamendorong perubahan perilaku positif terkait pra-nikah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi upayaedukasi pra-nikah dan dampaknya terhadap perubahan perilaku dalam masyarakat Gampong Sibreh, Aceh.Melalui Edukasi Pra-Nikah diharapkan bagi anak muda yang sudah waktunya menikah agar dapat memahamipentingnya persiapan dan pemahaman tentang pendidikan persiapan Pra-nikah agar terhindar dari perbuatan yangdilarang dalam agama dan tidak baik. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah metode Edukasi, dimana pesertadiberikan pemahaman terkait dengan pentingnya ilmu agar menjadi bekal disaat menikah nanti. Hasil yangdiperoleh dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan dan edukasi yang lebih terfokus sertaberdampak pada masyarakat khususnya untuk anak muda yang sudah siap menikah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepadamasyarakat ini bertujuan agar masyarakat Sibreh mampu mempersiapkan diri membina bahtera rumah tanggauntuk mewujudkan keluarga yang kokoh dan mempunyai ketahanan yang tinggi dalam menghadapi era milinealsehingga menjadi daerah cerminan dengan pernikahan dalam bingkai sakinah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan bagaimana dampak keberadaan transportasi online terhadap kondisi transportasi offline di Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis diskriptif.. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bulan Januari 2022 menunjukkan bahwa dengan berkembang pesat transportasi online di Kota BandaAceh berdampak pada melemahnya minat masyarakat untuk memakai jasa transportasi offline di Kota Banda Aceh sehingga terjadi penurunan pendapatan pengemudi transportasi offline yang disebabkan oleh permasalahan tarif transportasi online yang murah dan konsisten sehingga banyak masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh Lebih memilih menggunakan Transportasi Online dari pada transportasi offline yang tarifnya mahal dan berubah-ubah.
