Abstract

Productivity is an important indicator in economic activity. Productivity as leverage for national economic growth in the long run. This is one of the reasons many countries are competing to increase their productivity. Indonesia is recorded to have a low level of worker productivity within the Asian region. Increasing labor productivity can increase income so that welfare can be achieved. In addition, labor productivity is also an indicator to achieve high competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work shifts, workload, work discipline, work experience, age, gender, length of service, and work environment on work productivity at gas station operators in Banda Aceh City in 2022. This   research   is   descriptive   analytic   with   cross   sectional   design.   The population in this study were all gas station operators in Banda Aceh City, namely 32 people. Sample. Data collection was carried out for 6 days from 12 to 17 February 2022 using a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis using the Logistic Regression test with the Stata 12 computer program. The results showed that the work productivity of gas station operators was more bad, namely 59.38% compared to good ones, which was 40.63%. The results of the logistic regression test showed that there was an effect of workload (p value=0.001), work discipline (p value=0.001), years of service (p value=0.03), and work environment (p value=0.008) on work productivity. Meanwhile, work shift (p value=0.34 and OR=0.5), age (p value=0.17 and 0.09), and gender (p value=0.17) did not affect work productivity.

Abstract

            Banda Aceh City Qanun Number 5 of 2016 concerning Smoking Free Areas and MPU Fatwa Number 18 of 2014 concerning Smoking in the Islamic view are two regional policies that have been issued and must be implemented optimally to limit and reduce smoking consumption, especially among adolescents and children in Aceh. This study aims to assess the perspectives of tobacco control-related stakeholders on tobacco control policies and practices in Aceh Province for children and adolescents. This study uses a qualitative study design by conducting Focus Group Discussions with twelve people as representatives of stakeholders related to tobacco control efforts in Aceh. The smoking culture of the Acehnese people which has integrated into their way of life has made teenagers and children vulnerable to exposure to cigarettes. But on the other hand, the Islamic view of smoking is in line with the principles of tobacco control where smoking can harm children and adolescents, so it is strictly prohibited in the Islamic view. Therefore, it is suggested that tobacco control interventions in Aceh for children and adolescents can focus on interventions that use a socio-cultural approach. This can guarantee the success of the tobacco control intervention program carried out in certain areas such as Aceh Province, which still has very clear socio-cultural values. In addition, a shared understanding of the dangers of smoking and making clear the law against smoking will strengthen tobacco control in Aceh, where so far the people have carried out everything based on sharia. Strict sanctions for youth and children who smoke and adequate resources are other keys to the success of the practice and implementation of tobacco control policies in Aceh Province.

Abstract

The disease caused by the corona virus, otherwise known as COVID-19, is a new type that was discovered in 2019 and has never been identified as attacking humans before. This study aims to identify the behavioral determinants of implementing the Covid-19 Prevention Health Protocol in Staff of the Aceh Investment and One-Stop Service Office. This type of analytic descriptive research with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all staff of the Aceh Investment and One-Stop Service Office, totaling 48 people. The research sample is the total of the population. Data collection was carried out from 12 and 13 September 2022. Data collection was by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis used statistical tests with Chi-square with α 0.05. From the results of the study it was found that they were not compliant with health programs (22.9%), male sex (58.3%), lack of knowledge (18.9%), positive attitude (31.3%), low confidence (29, 2), media access to information does not exist (14.6%) and does not comply with regulations (18.8%). From the results of statistical tests, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.002), attitude (p value = 0.002), belief (p value = 0.0001) and access to information media (p value = 0.004) and the implementation of the Covid Prevention Health Protocol -19 On the staff of the Aceh Investment and One Stop Service Service. It is hoped that the staff of the Aceh Investment and One Stop Services Service can increase their knowledge about COVID-19 and attitudes about COVID-19 so that they can improve their behavior in preventing COVID-19 by accessing the right information.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan bagaimana dampak keberadaan transportasi online terhadap kondisi transportasi offline di Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis diskriptif.. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bulan Januari 2022 menunjukkan bahwa dengan berkembang pesat transportasi online di Kota BandaAceh berdampak pada melemahnya minat masyarakat untuk memakai jasa transportasi offline di Kota Banda Aceh sehingga terjadi penurunan pendapatan pengemudi transportasi offline yang disebabkan oleh permasalahan tarif transportasi online yang murah dan konsisten sehingga banyak masyarakat Kota Banda Aceh Lebih memilih menggunakan Transportasi Online dari pada transportasi offline yang tarifnya mahal dan berubah-ubah.
