<![CDATA[Raffamart Store is one of the trading business that sells various clothes. This store has not provided product sales service via internet or e-commerce (Electronic Commerce). In the process of selling ordering products as well as transactions, customers must come directly to the store. Customers can not place product orders due to system limitations owned by Raffamart stores. Therefore, a web-based sales system (e-commerce) is needed to assist the store in promoting the product. System development method used is waterfall method. The tools used to illustrate the system model are use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. This website was developed using macromedia dreamweaver, programming language PHP and MySQL as database. With this web-based system, of course, will facilitate the processing of product data for sale and also help in terms of product marketing, because any information provided to customers can be faster.]]>

<![CDATA[Rumah sakit merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang perlu didukung oleh sistem informasi rumah sakit (SIM-RS) dan kualitas keamanan informasi yang aman. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengaruh tata kelola keamanan informasi terhadap pengelolaan risiko sistem informasi rumah sakit, yang mana tata kelola keamanan sistem informasi rumah sakit belum melakukan audit. Tujuan dari penelititan ini dapat mengetahui tingkat kematangan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit di RSUD Muaradua serta bisa memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi untuk kedapannya. seperti yang telah tercantum pada judul penelitian, penelitian ini akan menggunakan kerangka kerja framework cobit 2019 dan penelitian ini nantinya mengambil data yang di proleh dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan semacam kuesioner untuk data yang akan di olah nantinya dengan menggunakan tata kelola kerangka kerja cobit 2019. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa analisa audit sistem informasi menggunakan Framework COBIT 2019 dengan nilai tertinggi didapatkan oleh domain Deliver, service and support (DSS) dengan skor nilai rata-rata 0.71, ini berarti tingkat kefektivan tertinggi ada pada variabel Deliver, service and support (DSS), kemudian nilai terendah terdapat pada variabel Monitoring, evaluate, and assess (MEA) dengan skor nilai rata-rata 0.46.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The research was conducted at TB Bina Karya which is engaged in the sale and purchase of building materials. This research was conducted to predict building materials for the next period. The forecasting methods used in this study are single moving average (SMA), weighted moving average (WMA), and single exponential smoothing (SES). This study also discusses the error calculation of the forecasting method, the forecasting method which produces the smallest error value is used for making decisions in purchasing materials. The purpose of this research is to speed up the decision making for purchasing material inventory. Another goal is to produce more accurate forecasts by comparing 3 (three) methods. Keywords: forecasting; single moving average; weighted moving average; and single exponential smoothing Abstrak: Penelitian dilakukan pada TB Bina Karya yang bergerak dibidang penjualan dan pembelian bahan material bangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk forecasting bahan material bangunan periode selanjutnya. Metode forecasting yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu single moving average (SMA), weighted moving average (WMA), dan single exponential smooting (SES). Penelitian ini juga membahasan perhitungan error dari metode forecasting, metode forecasting yang menghasilkan nilai error terkecil digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam pembelian bahan material. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempercepat dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian persediaan bahan material. Tujuan lainnya adalah agar menghasilkan forecasting lebih akurat dengan membandingkan 3 (tiga) metode. <![CDATA[During the covid 19 pandemic, the use of website technology facilities is very important because it reduces direct interaction between banks and customers to prevent the spread of covid 19. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan and Bangka Belitung were established on November 6, 1957 under the name PT Bank Pembangunan South Sumatra. Complaints faced by Bank Sumsel Babel from customers such as money not being received but debited account, insufficient money received, not making a transaction but account being debited twice, failed transfer to another bank, debited account, transfer via M-Banking failed to debit account, etc. The Complaint Process for South Sumatra Babel customers now has to come directly to the office, customers will take a long time if they are far from the Bank Sumsel office, Customers queue for a long time and have to complete the file manually (physically). The solution to overcome these problems is to build a Customer Complaint File Submission Service system at Bank Sumsel which can be accessed online with the results of the notification of the resolution of the problem obtained by the customer via WhatsApp. This can provide service quality and customer satisfaction. <![CDATA[This research was conducted at Jimmy Fish, which is a business engaged in the sale and purchase of fish seeds including carp seeds, tilapia seeds, catfish seeds, catfish seeds. This research is a development of previous research where previous research applications that were built only used the weighted moving average (WMA) method and there was no error calculation. The development carried out in this study, the application was built using two forecasting methods, namely the single moving average (SMA) and weighted moving average (WMA) methods equipped with error calculations. Error calculation is used to choose which method is more suitable for use in making decisions to buy stock of fish seeds. The application development method used is the waterfall model. The purpose of this research is to determine the appropriate method for purchasing fish stock for the next period, simplifying and speeding up performance.]]>

<![CDATA[BPR Gerbang Serasan Kabupaten Muara Enim is a financial institution whose main activity is collecting funds from the community in the form of savings and deposits and channeling them back to the community in the form of credit. In granting credit, BPR must manage and analyze it as best as possible by paying attention to elements of credit worthiness. However, until now the credit granting process tends to be manual and takes quite a long time to produce supporting documents for the credit committee because it still uses simple methods, namely handwriting and data processing that relies on Microsoft Excel, so this is deemed necessary. lack. effective and efficient because it is prone to errors and data redundancy. Therefore, a responsive web-based application is needed to facilitate the entire credit granting process. The credit scoring model is used to assess potential debtors based on financial and non-financial information. In this research, the application of the credit scoring model in the form of a web application makes it possible to provide accurate credit decisions. In addition, developing a simple system using the waterfall method allows for departmentalization and control, thereby minimizing the possibility of errors. The results of this research are expected to provide a significant contribution to PT. BPR Gerbang Serasan Kabupaten Muara Enim in increasing the efficiency of the credit granting process which is useful in the form of reports and supporting documents for the credit committee.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to design and implement an integrated application for inventory forecasting using the Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method and cost of goods sold calculation using the Average method at TB Amanda, a company engaged in building material sales. The WMA method is applied to forecast future inventory requirements based on weighted historical sales data, while the Average method is used to calculate the cost per unit of inventory based on the weighted average of available stock costs. The system was developed using a structured software development approach and evaluated through functional testing and accuracy testing of forecasting results. The evaluation shows that the implemented WMA method produces forecasting results with a good level of accuracy, while the Average method generates cost of goods sold values that are consistent with manual calculations. In addition, the integrated system is able to automate transaction recording, inventory updating, forecasting, and cost calculation in a single database. These results indicate that the proposed application can support inventory planning and cost calculation processes at TB Amanda more systematically and accurately.]]>

<![CDATA[Aplikasi antrian validasi wajib pajak restoran di Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Palembang dikembangkan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Proses validasi wajib pajak yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual seringkali menimbulkan antrean panjang dan memperlambat pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis aplikasi antrian yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola proses validasi tersebut secara terstruktur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan interview. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode waterfall dengan tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, serta uji coba dan evaluasi terhadap aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi wajib pajak dalam melakukan validasi, mengurangi waktu tunggu, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi di sektor pemerintahan, khususnya dalam pelayanan publik yang berbasis teknologi informasi, serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi instansi pemerintah lainnya dalam mengadopsi tersebut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology requires companies to optimize their IT systems and infrastructure. PT. PUSRI Palembang is one company that realizes the importance of repairing and maintaining computers effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the web-based computer damage repair application application is designed to simplify the process of applying for computer damage repairs at PT. PUSRI Palembang. In making this application, the system development method used is the waterfall method. The stages carried out include needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This application was designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application allows users to submit computer damage repair requests online. Users can fill out a submission form which consists of information about the type of damage, description of the damage, and location of the damage. After the user submits a request, IT technicians will receive a notification and can follow up on the request. Additionally, users can also track the status of their repair requests through this app. Apart from that, this application can also increase efficiency and effectiveness in computer maintenance at PT. PUSRI Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[The Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) of South Sumatra is responsible for supervising and ensuring that local television broadcasts comply with applicable broadcasting regulations. However, the monitoring process, which is still conducted manually, results in limitations in effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a local television broadcast monitoring application to help KPID South Sumatra carry out its supervision more optimally. The application is built using web-based technology that enables real-time monitoring and more systematic violation recording. The development method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of this study indicate that the developed application can improve accuracy and efficiency in the local television broadcast monitoring process, as well as facilitate violation reporting. With this system, KPID South Sumatra can perform its supervisory duties more effectively and transparently.]]>
