Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud tokoh dalam novel ”Pesantren Impian” karya Asma Nadia serta nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat pada novel Pesantren Impian karya Asma Nadia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu menemukan bentuk pendiri berupa (1) Alur, novel “Pesantren Impian” memiliki alur gabungan karena dalam novel menceritakan konflik di awal cerita. (2) Tema novel “Pesantren Impian” bertema cinta, teka-teki dan kematian. (3) Tokoh-tokoh yang berhubungan dengan novel “Pesantren Impian” yaitu Si Gadis, Umar, Tengku Hasan, Rini, Inong, Sissy, Paklik Kusno, dan Mas Bagus. (4) Konteks, setting novel “Pesantren Impian” adalah pulau Aceh. (5) Gaya bahasa, yang dimajukan penulis dalam novel “Pesantren Impian” ialah metafora, hiperbola dan personifikasi. (6) Sudut pandang, menggunakan orang ketiga. (7) Amanat, terkandung amanat hargai masa mudamu. Kecuali bentuk pendiri pada novel pengkaji juga mengkaji tentang nilai-nilai karakter dari novel “Pesantren Impian”. Dalam novel “Pesantren Impian” karya Asma Nadia terdapat 9 kutipan yang mengandung nilai pendidikan karakter, yaitu: nilai religius (4 tanda kutipan), nilai rasa ingin tahu (1 tanda kutipan), nilai mandiri (1 tanda kutipan), nilai kebenaran (1 tanda kutipan), nilai kebersamaan (1 tanda kutipan), dan nilai peduli sosial (1 tanda kutipan).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of inner conflict in the main character and the implementation of Indonesian language learning in Junior High School. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative, which produces sentence and dialogue data. Data collection techniques were carried out through reading, marking, and recording techniques. The research data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the inner conflict of the main character includes anxiety, doubt, and sadness. sadness, doubt, and anxiety in the main character that cannot be expressed. The id character of the main character is to do whatever he wants, even though it is very disturbing to people, as a balance to the deeds done by praying. Meanwhile, the form of his superego is that Bahar is willing to surrender himself to the police as the perpetrator of the main market arson, even though it was not his doing. The implementation of the main character's inner conflict in Indonesian language learning in high school is used as teaching material for teaching class XII literature in Indonesian language high school, according to KD 3.9, which analyzes the content and language of novels.
