Abstract

Fenomena menarik pada UMKM di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS) adalah adanya potensi tetapi tidak didukung dengan metode bisnis yang kekinian. Para pelaku usaha, khususnya pebisnis lokal masih menerapkan cara-cara konvensional, sehingga usaha tidak berkembang dan kalah dalam persaingan usaha dengan pebisnis pendatang. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah mengenalkan digitalisasi usaha. Digitalisasi adalah perubahan dari sistem konvensional ke digital sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi bisnis UMKM. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan dan penyuluhan, pengamatan lapangan dan diskusi bersama pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten TTS menunjukkan bahwa para pelaku usaha menyadari pentingnya digitalisasi usahanya melalui penerapan e-marketing,  transaksi non-tunai dan aplikasi pembukuan berbasis teknologi.  Untuk itu, pelaku UMKM perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan ketrampilan dalam digitalisasi usahanya. Pemerintah Kabupaten TTS dapat melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan UMKM dengan menyediakan pelatihan, penyuluhan dan fasilitasi pendanaan serta menjalin kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi dan asosiasi usaha dalam mewujudkan digitalisasi UMKM

Abstract

The LQ-45 stock index is a reference for investors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) because it consists of industries with large liquidity and makes it easier for investors to sort some shares but represents the total stock market performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in performance and optimal risk of the Single Index Model (SIM) and Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) portfolios for the period August 2020 – January 2023. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is a documentation study. Based on the calculation results, it is found that there are differences in MIS portfolio returns to CAPM, there is no difference in MIS portfolio risk to CAPM, there are differences in MIS portfolio performance evaluated using the Sharpe, Treynor and Jansen methods and no differences in CAPM portfolio performance evaluated using the Sharpe, Treynor method, and Jensen.

Abstract

Poverty is a scourge on the lives of rural communities. Poverty gives birth to various social problems such as unemployment, school dropouts, malnutrition, crime and household problems such as child neglect and domestic violence. This research aims to describe the strategy of strengthening the household economy of rural communities. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. This approach tries to portray a reality as holistic/whole, complex, dynamic, full of meaning and the relationship is interactive/reciprocal. The types of data used in this research are quantitative data and qualitative data. The data needed in this study were collected by means ofindepth interviews, observation, documentation. Qualitative data analysis. The qualitative analysis model referred to in this study is the model put forward by that qualitative analysis is a series consisting of three streams of activities that occur simultaneously, namely: Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing / Verification. The results of the study show that the human resources of the Taebenu sub-district community are one of the causes of the birth of rural poverty problems characterised by low levels of education and even most of the population does not attend school. However, on the other hand, the potential of agriculture and plantations in the Taebenu sub-district area is very promising such as rice, corn, beans; the availability of large agricultural and plantation land and livestock ownership. Government support in the form of the presence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one solution that can encapsulate and provide solutions to the economic problems of rural communities, especially to maximise the available potential through empowerment.

Abstract

AbstrakDi era digital yang terus berkembang, literasi digital menjadi kunci penting dalam mendorong inovasi dan kreativitas, terutama bagi perempuan yang ingin mengembangkan potensi kewirausahaan mereka. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan digital marketing, agar para mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang kegiatan wirausaha dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam mengembangkan kegiatan wirausaha mereka. Penggunaan metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi mitra dengan target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah mitra dapat memiliki pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan bagaimana mereka dapat menggunakan teknologi digital dalam berwirausaha. Hal ini dikarenakan, kelompok perempuan GMIT Genesaret Danau Ina Kota Kupang adalah mereka yang sudah memiliki skill namun pemanfaataannya belum maksimal karena masih menjalani wirausaha secara tradisional dan belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal tekonologi digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini membentuk pemahaman mitra untuk mempunyai pemikiran kedepan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai literasi digital. Kata kunci: inovasi; kewirausahaan; literasi digital; perempuan; GMIT AbstractIn the ever-growing digital era, digital literacy is an important key in encouraging innovation and creativity, especially for women who want to develop their entrepreneurial potential. This activity aims to provide entrepreneurship and digital marketing training, so that they gain knowledge about entrepreneurial activities and utilize digital technology in developing their entrepreneurial activities. The use of methods applied in this community service activity is lectures, discussions, training and mentoring for partners with the target output to be achieved is that partners can have an understanding and knowledge of entrepreneurship and how they can use digital technology in entrepreneurship. This is because the GMIT Genesaret Danau Ina Kupang City women's group are those who already have skills but their utilization has not been maximized because they are still doing traditional entrepreneurship and have not utilized digital technology optimally. The results of this activity form an understanding of partners to have forward-thinking to utilize digital technology and a deeper understanding of digital literacy.Keywords: innovation; entrepreneurship; digital literacy; women; GMIT.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of empowering the Mutiara Timor Waste Bank, Maulafa Subdistrict Branch, to improve the economy and preserve the environment.. Methodology/approach: The stages of activities carried out in the implementation of PkM include; a. Lecture method; the expert provides tips for managing waste banks and waste bank management. b. Workshop method; community groups are given special training and assistance to manage waste banks in order to improve the economy through marketing superior products from waste processing and environmental empowerment. c. Focus Group Discussion; conducting discussions with waste bank groups, sub-district officials, community leaders and the PKK of Maulafa Village. Results/findings: The PkM results show that empowering waste banks can be an effective solution for improving the economy and preserving the environment in Kupang City. Waste banks can provide benefits to the community, such as increasing income, opening up business opportunities, and helping to keep the environment clean. Continuous support from the government, universities and the private sector is needed to ensure the sustainability and development of waste banks in Kupang City. Conclusion: The study concludes that waste bank empowment enhances community welfare through economic opportunities, environmental conservation, and active participation. It demonstrates the potential of community-based waste management as a sustainable solution for urban areas. Limitations: The limitation of this study is about how to give education and waste management to optimize the increasing waste. Contribution: The study enhances practical knowledge in waste management, boosts public awareness, encourages community involvement, and highlights income-generation potential while promoting environmental sustainability in Kupang.
