Abstract

Isu dan fenomena konkrit tentang keberadaan BUMDES Di Kecamatan Laenmanen ialah: kondisi tempat usaha yang memprihatikan, belum ada pemetaan potensi ekonomi di Desa yang dapat dikembangkan oleh BUMDES, keterbatasan kemampuan manajerial pada tingkat pengelola dan kerjasama bisnis yang saling menguntungkan, kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam menunjang usaha BUMDES. Tujuan pengabdian ini ialah untuk melakukan menyusun rencana bisnis BUMDES di kecamatan Laenmanen, pemetaan potensi ekonomi yang dapat dikembangkan BUMDES, untuk melakukan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada pengelola BUMDES untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial dan kerjasama bisnis yang saling menguntungkan; dan melakukan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat Desa dan mitra bisnis dalam menunjang usaha BUMDES. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang eksistensi BUMDes serta bagaimana cara pengelolaan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terutama para pengurus BUMDES tentang bagaimana melakukan pembukuan. Rencana pendampingan akan dilakukan selama 3 bulan dalam hal pembukuan, identifikasi dan pemetaan potensi desa, dll

Abstract

Porter adalah  sebutan bagi orang yang membantu membawa barang bawaan para pelaku perjalanan ketika tiba di bandara, pelabuhan, stasiun maupun terminal serta di pos-pos lintas batas. Keberadaan Porter sangat membantu masyarakat ketika berlibur atau berwisata. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan Porter kepada masyarakat seperti yang terjadi pada para Porter di PLBN Motaain baik untuk para pelintas batas negara Indonesia – Timor Lesta dan sebaliknya maupun untuk para wisatawan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini ialah untuk memberdayakan dan mendampingi  para Porter di PLBN Motaain untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan mereka kepada masyarakat. Metode pemberdayaan yang ditempuh ialah melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan dan simulasi pelayanan yang baik kepada para tamu. Demi mengdukung kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan maka langkah lain yang ditempuh ialah dengan membuat sebuah sistem pelayanan yang rapih dan professional seperti system antrian atau Shift selain itu para Porter juga akan diberikan seragam dan tanda pengenal.Target kegiatan ini meningkatnya keberdayaan para Porter yang terlihat dalam meningkatnya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan serta kepuasan para pengguna jasa Porter yang akan diukur 1 bulan setelah kegiatan program pemberdayaan ini dilakukan. Pemberdayaan ini diberikan kepada kurang lebih 40an PORTER yang hadir dan berlangsung selama 2 jam. Penekanan dalam pemberdayaan ini diberikan pada kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi unsur Bukti Fisik,Kehandalan, Ketanggapan, Jaminan dan Empathi yang dikemas dalam teori, simulasi dan praktek pelayanan.

Abstract

Stunting has become a serious problem today. Data shows that East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province first ranks in stunting nationally. Based on the 2021 Indonesian Nutritional Status Study (SSGI), 15 districts in NTT are categorized as red (stunting prevalence >30%). South Middle East (TTS) and North Middle East (TTU) districts have a prevalence of >46%. This study aims to discuss the model of community empowerment in dealing with stunting which has become a serious problem today in South Middle East District (TTS). The method used is direct education (a method that involves delivering information and knowledge directly to individuals or groups). The results show that community empowerment to reduce stunting is a collective work between pentahelix elements, community empowerment programs in Haumenbaki Village rely on the strength of local wisdom, namely manonop (cooperation) and three important actors of community empowerment elements in Haumenbaki Village, namely the community, village government, and external institutions (agencies, universities, NGOs, and the media).

Abstract

The LQ-45 stock index is a reference for investors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) because it consists of industries with large liquidity and makes it easier for investors to sort some shares but represents the total stock market performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in performance and optimal risk of the Single Index Model (SIM) and Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) portfolios for the period August 2020 – January 2023. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is a documentation study. Based on the calculation results, it is found that there are differences in MIS portfolio returns to CAPM, there is no difference in MIS portfolio risk to CAPM, there are differences in MIS portfolio performance evaluated using the Sharpe, Treynor and Jansen methods and no differences in CAPM portfolio performance evaluated using the Sharpe, Treynor method, and Jensen.

Abstract

This research aimed at Knowing the factors influencing the employees working productivity at the Secretariat Devision of West Sumba Regency.Some variables considered as the influencing factors toward the employees working productivity (Y) in this study were the leadership style (X3),working mativation (X2),and Education and Training (X1).The sample was 60 employees taken from the population of 210 employees working as staff members at the Secretariat Division of West Sumba Regency.The Analysis namely multiple linear regresion.The results of the study indicated that the leadership style (X3),working motivation (X2),and Education and Training (X1) Influenced the employees working productivity ((Y) at the Secretariat Division West Sumba Regency.The coefficient determination was 25,9%,while the rest of 74,1% was contributed by other factors excluded in this study.

Abstract

To build consumer trust through online sales, business people can utilize digital marketing content tools, which are a determining factor in building consumer trust. This research aims to describe how the role of digital marketing content tools builds trust in a person to do online shopping. The object of this research is the people of Kupang City who are active in doing online shopping activities, which are studied using qualitative descriptive methods. The results show that in creating consumer trust for online shopping, social media acts as a facilitator through the right aspects, namely, relationship, communication, content, and connection. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) acts as a credible information center because it is able to map the profile of marketers and their products based on other users' experiences and ratings of marketers' reputation, product quality, and service quality. Pay Per Click (PPC) acts as executive sales and video marketing through its visualization power, acting as a source of information as well as an effective teaching tool to illustrate how the product should be used.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Muslim fashion as a form of personal branding in online shopping through social media, particularly platforms like TikTok. While previous research has explored lifestyle and personality as aspects of personal branding, this study focuses specifically on Muslim fashion and its impact on consumer trust and purchasing decisions. Using a quantitative explanatory research approach, data were analyzed with the Smart Partial Least Squares (Smart PLS) application. The results reveal that Muslim fashion significantly influences sellers' personal branding, with a strong personal brand enhancing consumer trust in the seller. The findings suggest that sellers who align their Muslim fashion with consumer perceptions can build stronger trust, broaden their customer base, attract new buyers, and ultimately increase sales. These insights offer valuable guidance for sellers aiming to improve their marketing strategies through consistent, transparent content and services on social media.

Abstract

NTT merupakan provinsi dengan prevalensi stunting tertinggi di Indonesia pada tahun 2021, dan Kabupaten TTS dengan prevalensi sebesar yakni 37,8%. Salah satu penyebab adalah pola konsumsi makanan bergizi yang belum memadai. Pemanfaatan pangan lokal di TTS untuk tujuan konsumsi menjadi makanan yang diminati belum banyak dilakukan. Pengolahan pangan lokal di tingkat rumah tangga belum berkembang dengan baik, dan masyarakat belum memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait pengolahan pangan lokal untuk meningkatkan nilai gizi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mempersiapkan makanan bergizi menggunakan bahan pangan local serta memperkuat pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal kepada ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki balita stunting denga metode lokakarya, pelatihan dan pendampingan teritegrasi pada keluarga / rumahtangga sasaran. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan baru kepada ibu rumah tangga sasaran mengenai bahan pangan lokal yang bergizi sert cara pengolahannya, memberi pemahaman baru dan perubahan mainset kepada rumah tangga sasaran potensi bahan pangan lokal yang ada di Kabupaten TTS sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga. Selain itu kegiatan ini dapat menjadi model yang bisa diadopsi oleh pemerintah Kabupaten TTS sebagai upaya penanggulangan stunting.

Abstract

The existence of BUMDes becomes a hub of innovation and a platform for the village community to develop a profitable venture. BUMDes Nekaf Mese Oeltua village District of Kupang—NTT has been operating since 2017 and has several MSME groups built. Nevertheless, the facts show that a large group did not operate optimally and was even dissolved. These conditions indicate that the existence of the BUMDes Nekaf Mese village of Oeltua has not fully affected the improvement of the economy of the people. This is predicted by the limited knowledge, capabilities, and skills of the SDM, as well as the perception of marketing methods from a traditional perspective. It is important to carry out a program to improve the productivity of MSME groups through digital marketing content training and education in order to improve their competitive advantage. The results of this activity show a change in the participant's awareness of effective marketing methods in the modern marketing era. In addition, this activity enhances knowledge, abilities, and skills as a capital for business development and increases competitive advantage. As a reflection of these activities, we believe that it is necessary to collaborate with the various parties with their respective roles to contribute through long-term programs so as to create sustainability for the various efforts that have been made to enhance the growth of the existing MSME group. Abstract

Abstrak Saat ini trategi digital marketing menjadi keharusan bagi UMKM agar meningkatkan daya saing, namun hal tersebut belum dilakukan UMKM tenun binaan desa Nifukani karena masih menggunakan metode pemasaran konsensional yang disebabkan olej keterbatasan literasi digital. Atas masalah tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan menigkatkan dan mendampingi kelompok UMKM tersebut agar dapat mengimplementasi strategi digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang bertujuan menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan teknologi bagi kelompok UMKM tersebut dalam mengimplementasi strategi digital marketing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan bahwa kelompok UMKM ini memiliki daya saing berupa kualitas produk, dukungan pemerintah desa dan kepemilikan perangkat teknologi, namun belum mampu mengimplementasi strategi digital marketing karena minimnya pengetahuan digital marketing, sumber daya pendukung, dan keterbatasan program pemberdayaan. Program pelatihan dan pendampingan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengimplementasi strategi digital marketing, yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan penjualan melalui platform digital oleh kelompok UMKM tenun binaan desa Nifkani. Keberlanjutan program memerlukan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, akademisi, dan DUDI untuk menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan teknologi, serta memastikan akses sumber daya yang lebih luas. Kata kunci: digital marketing; kain tenun; budaya timor; Nusa Teggara Timur. Abstract Currently, digital marketing strategies have become a necessity for SMEs to enhance their competitiveness. However, this has not yet been implemented by the weaving SMEs in Nifukani village because they still use conventional marketing methods due to limited digital literacy. Regarding this issue, this activity aims to enhance and assist the UMKM group so that they can implement digital marketing strategies. The method used is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which aims to bridge the gaps in knowledge, skills, and technology for the MSME group in implementing digital marketing strategies. The results of the activities show that this group of SMEs has competitive advantages in terms of product quality, support from the village government, and ownership of technological devices. However, they have not yet been able to implement digital marketing strategies due to a lack of knowledge in digital marketing, supporting resources, and limited empowerment programs. This training and mentoring program successfully enhanced the ability to implement digital marketing strategies, as evidenced by the increase in sales through digital platforms by the weaving SMEs group fostered by Nifkani village. The sustainability of the program requires collaboration between the government, academics, and the business world to bridge the gaps in knowledge, skills, and technology, as well as to ensure broader access to resources. Keywords: digital marketing; woven fabric; timores cultur; East Nusa Tenggara
