Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor pendidikan menuntut pengelolaan administrasi yang terintegrasi dan efisien. Di Pesantren Insan Kaffah, pencatatan pelanggaran santri masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga data tidak terintegrasi, rentan kesalahan, dan memperlambat pelaporan serta pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem manajemen pelanggaran santri berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, keamanan, dan transparansi data. Metode yang digunakan adalah Waterfall melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu mengelola data secara terintegrasi, mempercepat proses pencatatan dan pelaporan, serta menyediakan akses informasi real-time. Implementasi sistem berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas manajemen administrasi pesantren.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong industri jasa otomotif meningkatkan kualitas layanan, termasuk pemesanan service kendaraan. Di PT Bintang Auto Semesta, pemesanan masih manual melalui telepon atau kedatangan langsung, menimbulkan keterbatasan pengaturan jadwal, antrian menumpuk, dan kurangnya transparansi informasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis kebutuhan serta mengembangkan sistem booking service berbasis website yang terstruktur, efisien, dan mudah diakses. Metode Agile diterapkan untuk pengembangan iteratif, memungkinkan penyesuaian kebutuhan dan umpan balik berkelanjutan. Hasil menunjukkan sistem meningkatkan akurasi pendataan reservasi, mempercepat proses pemesanan, dan memperbaiki pengalaman pengguna. Metode Agile mendukung pengembangan yang fleksibel dan sesuai operasional perusahaan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem ini memberikan nilai tambah bagi PT Bintang Auto Semesta. Saran pengembangan meliputi integrasi payment gateway dan perluasan ke platform mobile untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan pengguna.

Abstract

Implementation of information system quality testing is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of company operations. This study aims to implement an information system and conduct software quality testing based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard at PT Snapdev Digital Indonesia. Quality testing is carried out by measuring seven main characteristics, namely Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, and Portability. The research methods used include observation, data collection, and analysis of test results based on indicators in each ISO/IEC 25010 characteristic. The measurement results show that the percentage value for each aspect of system quality is in the range of 79%–83%, which indicates that the system has met most of the established quality criteria. The overall average value of 80.97% places the system quality in the very good category. This indicates that the system has efficient performance, adequate levels of security and reliability, good ease of use, and can be maintained and run in various environments. However, there are still opportunities for improvement in several aspects to improve system quality to be more optimal. Overall, the implemented information system is considered suitable for use and complies with international software quality standards.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation in various sectors, including housing community administration. Advances in information technology over the past few decades have transformed data management patterns across various sectors, including small-scale organizations such as housing management. Administrative digitization has become a crucial need to improve the speed, precision, and accuracy of information processing. Web-based information systems are a widely used solution because they integrate data recording, storage, and reporting processes in a single, easily accessible platform. The management of the Residential Property (IPL) at the Situ Indah Kedaung Sawangan Housing Complex is still carried out using conventional methods, resulting in inefficiency, data inaccuracy, and limited financial transparency. The manual recording process causes data fragmentation, complicates payment monitoring, and increases the risk of administrative errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based IPK Payment Monitoring Information System that integrates resident data management, billing records, payment transactions, reporting, notifications, and regulatory management into a centralized platform. The system was developed using an Agile methodology, emphasizing iterative and collaborative development to ensure alignment with user needs. The results of the study show that the implemented system improves administrative efficiency, accelerates the monitoring and reporting process, and increases transparency and accountability in housing financial management through real-time access to information.
