Abstract

Helminths infections caused by Soil-Transmitted Helminths (STH) are found in manypeople living in developing countries, especially in rural areas. People often use pomegranate asan anthelmintic. The aim of this research is to find out the effects of pomegranate peel (Punicagranatum L.) as an anthelmintic to female Ascaris suum in vitro. The research on the effects ofpomegranate peel extract has been conducted on 900 female Ascaris suum in vitro. Ascaris suumare divided into 5 groups, group I: pomegranate peel extract of dose 25%, group II: pomegranatepeel extract of 50%, group III: pomegranate peel extract of 75%, group IV: 0.9% NaCl as anegative control, and group V is given mebendazole 0.5% as a positive control. The meanpercentage of dead worms in group I is 39%, in group II 61%, while in group III 82%, but itspotential is lower than mebendazole, which kills 100%. The treatment using pomegranate peelextract of 25%, 50% and 75% respectively has significant differences with p < 0.05 againstnegative control (NC) using a 0.9% NaCl. The research concludes that the pomegranate peelextract has an anthelmintic effect against Ascaris suum females in vitro. Keywords: pomegranate peel extract, anthelmintic effect, in vitro

Abstract

Receivables is element important in finance company, but fraud in the billing can become significant challenges. This study designed For to study to what extent does it influence bystander effect and whistleblowing to fraud billing receivables at PT Lotus Pradipta Mulia. With involving all over population company (32 people) as sample through method sample saturated, research that uses method multiple linear regression For measure data reliability, consistency instruments, as well as influence second variable to potential cheating. The test results prove that bystander effect own effect negative to fraud billing receivables, whereas whistleblowing give effect positive. The significance values for both variables are 0.035 and 0.037 (<0.05). Both variable This in a way simultaneous influential to fraud billing receivables, value significant 0.010 (<0.05).

Abstract

This study has several problems, namely te learning taught by educators is lesseffective, based on observatins there are teaching aterials in the form module teaching matrials used by student are: a) there is no problem submision, b) there is no visible hypohesis formulation, c) the color of the image used is less attractive. Based on this, a learning module with themes 2 clean air for health was developed, sub-theme 1 how the body manages clean air learning 1 and 2. This study aims to produce modules that are valid, practical, and efective. This type of research is research an evelopment (R&D) using a 4-D model (define, design, develpment, diseminate). This research was conducted i a lmited manner due to the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the result of the validation of the level of validity feasibility (3.50%), material (3.27%),and language (3.37%). The result of the practicalty test for students get an average value (90%). For learning 1 and (89.9%) for learning 2 proving that the develpment of an integated thematic learning module based on the Inquiry model is valid, practivcal, effective, and feasible to use
