Abstract

This study aims to, know and analyze the contribution of PBB-P2 on revenue in North Minahasa Regency in 2013 until 2015.The data collection technique used is the type of qualitative and quantitative data, primary and secondary data sources, observation, list of questions (questionnaire), the study documents.While the analytical technique used is the technique of contribution analysis.North Minahasa Regency is a new expansion area is carved out of Minahasa, Minahasa estimated first been inhabited by humans for thousands of years before Christ.The results of data analysis showed that (1) Total realized PBB-P2 in North Minahasa Regency annually increased,(2) The contribution of the PBB-P2 to the regional income shows, PBB-P2 has a good contribution to local revenues North Minahasa Regency that tax revenue from the sector PBB-P2 reliable as a source of revenue. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of micro-credit to the increase in customers of PT Bank Sulutgo in Manado. The sample in this study were 60 customers as respondents. The data in this study using statistical parametric approach correlation analysis. Results indicate micro credit effect on the increase in customers. Therefore, PT Bank Sulutgo leaders must pay attention to micro businesses in order to increase the number of clients continues to contribute to the development of micro-enterprises in the city of Manado. Abstract

The business activities of the bank are always faced with risks that are closely related to its function as a financial intermediation institution, required the assessment of the level of health of banks to increase public confidence against a bank research purposes of knowing the level of Bank Health on PT. Bank SulutGo reviewed aspects ofRGEC in 2014-2016. Based on reviews of existing problems, this research was conducted with the use ofex-post facto approach. The study was conducted to examine the events that have happened and then meruntut back to find out the factors that may cause the incident the results of the research and data analysis that has been done shows the risk profile (Risk Profile) SulutGo bank using two indicators of credit risk factors, namely by using the ratio of NPL and liquidity risk ratio LDR during the year 2014-2016 in a roware in healthy condition; Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Bank SulutGo in 20142015 composite gained 3 which shows quite well in the implementation of corporate governance and in 2016 rose to composite 2 which reflects that corporate governance is getting better; entabilitas (earnings) bank SulutGo by using the indicators i.e.ROA, ROE, NIM and BOPO during 2014-2016 are in a healthy condition, the value ofthe average ROA, ROE, NIM and BOPO obtained shows that the bank SulutGo has successfully run their operations effectively; The results of the assessment of capital(capital) SulutGo Bank during the year are in healthy condition is 20142016, which is above the minimum standard set by the Bank of Indonesia that is 8%. Abstract

Conflict comes from the Latin verb configere which means to hit each other. Sociologically,conflict is defined as a social process between two or more people (or groups) where oneparty attempts to remove the other by destroying it or making it powerless. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the effect of conflicts that occur in the performance of employees atPT. Pegadaian (Persero) Manado samples taken as many as 30 respondents. Data collectionmethods used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed usingdescriptive research method of research that is research which combine between qualitativeand quantitative method. In this research, the result of simple correlation shows strongcorrelation or influence between conflict variable and performance equal to 0,87% and basedon that calculation hence sought the amount of contribution of conflict to performance withresult of 75,69%. And in this research the authors get the result of conflict impact terhadapaemployee performance that has a positive impact. The conclusion of this research result showsthe reality of Manado Pegadaian employees handling and managing employees conflicts doneefficiently and effectively then positive impact will arise through the behavior that is seen byemployees as potential human resources with various consequences such as improving order,discipline in using work time, increasing productive cooperative relationship, work motivation.And suggestions to try to improve or sustain the application of existing conflicts through theapplication of a conscious presence of role conflict, accepting the conditions and stressfulsituations in work caused by the conflict, trying to be able to tolerate conflict, will have animpact on the improvement of employee performance.Keywords : Conflict, Employee Performance

Bank SulutGo is the Regional Bank of North Sulawesi which has a veryinfluential impact on the sustainability of the economy in North Sulawesi especially inthe Government and Institutional or Community institutions of Bank SulutGo’ svision is Tobecome a Professional banking services company and grow in a healthy way;Transformational leadership is the Process by which people engage with others, andcreate relationships that enhance motivation and morality in leaders, and followers. this typeof leader has an interest in the needs and motivation and morality of followers, and tries tohelp followers achieve their best potential.Collection data is done by spreading the research instrument, the questionnaire thatContains questions to measure transformational leadership and employee performance. theCollected Data Is Further Processed By Using Simple Linear Regression Analysis Based onthe formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is “ to know the effect oftransformational leadership on employee performance on the Bank Sulut Go KawangkoanBranch “Results of data processing show that there is a significant positive effect given byTransformational Leadership on Employee Performance PT. Bank Sulut Go KawangkowanBranch. Thus the higher the Transformational Leadership of PT Bank Sulut GoKawangkowan Branch hence the higher Level of Employee Performance in the company.Statistically Proved that Transformational Leadership Positively influence on EmployeePerformance so that hypothesis accepted.From the results of this study indicates Transformational Leadership is neededsomeone to stimulate employee to work better and make employee as the most valuableasset in the company. Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems found in Bank Prekreditan Rakyat (BPR)office of Prisma Dana Manado, which is in the management of archive that is not veryproductive using work time so that the work quickly accumulate and the limited of humanresources. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence of archivalmanagement to the work efficiency of employees at PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. And theconstraints faced are the maintenance of records that there are still records stacked in thecabinet so that the archive becomes easily damaged and also difficult to recover when neededat all times. This can certainly hamper office work. Therefore, there is a need for good andorganized archive management so that it is easier for employees to reinvent the archivequickly. Arrangement arrangement is one of the aspects that must be applied at the office tosupport the achievement of the goal of increasing productivity and efficiency of office work. Inthis research, the method used is descriptive quantitative research method by spreadingquestionnaire 50 respondents who become sample in this research. The data were collected byquestionnaires that have been tested for their validity and reliability. And our data analysis isdescriptive and inferential statistic, consisting of simple correlation coefficient and regressiondone by using program SPSS for windows version 24.0. The results showed that there is asignificant influence between archival management on work efficiency. From these results aredone and followed by analyzing the data obtained, then there is a significant influencebetween the influence of archival management on employee work efficiency at PT.BPRPrisma Dana Manado and this means the work hypothesis or alternative hypothesis accepted.this means there is a positive influence between the management of archives to the workefficiency of employees with a level of influence of 21.3%. for it suggested more increaseagain the existence of filing system and work efficiency.Keywords: Archives management, work efficiency.

Abstract

Spiritual Leadership is a leader who can apply spiritual values intothe practice of daily leadership. job satisfaction is a set of employee feelingsabout the fun or the absence of their work. The purpose of this study is todetermine the influence of spiritual leadership on job satisfaction at PT.Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Manado. Methods of data collection usingquestionnaires and interviews. Analytical tool is the product momentcorrelation and simple linear regression to know the correlation or influenceof the variable. The result of correlation shows the relationship of spiritualleadership to job satisfaction is moderate. However, hypothesis testing showsthere is a positive influence between spiritual leadership and job satisfaction.Simple regression results show leaders have a spiritual leadership thatimpact on employee job satisfaction. The conclusion that can be taken fromthis research is there is positive and significance influence between spiritualleadership with job satisfaction at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Manado.The advice of this research is to always maintain the spiritual leadership of aleader because it is proven to increase job satisfaction from employees.Key : spiritual leadership, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is influence between spiritual leadership on employee performance, especially at the company PT. Ciputra International Project City Of Blessing Citraland Manado. where the respondents in the company amounted to 49 people, who are employees of the company. and in this study, researchers get a singnifikan result where there is a strong influence between spiritual leadership and employee performance. this study is excellent as a recommendation to the company to maintain the values of spiritual leadership for its employees to be applied, especially for employee. According to (Chopra, 2002) leadership and also spiritrualitas have a huge influence on the Organization as a whole. This research use descriptive quantitative research methods by using the correlation coefficient analysis approach. Then, the results of this research were obtained that support of existing theories, namely the spiritual leadership of the significant effect on the performance of employees. In conclusion, based on the results of research that the degree of spiritual leadership influence on performance of employees at PT. Ciputra International Project of the City of Manado Citraland Blessing are included in the category is strong where it is demonstrated by the results of the correlation coefficient or r = 0.798 or 79.8%. and advice to researchers next expected to be able to improve this independent variable research more deeply, through the selection of the place of proper research and research methods that are different or the same.Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the perceptions of the usefulness of information technology, perceptions of ease of information technology, attitudes, behavioral intentions, and behavioral use of information technology. The research benefits are as a contribution to the study of the use of information technology and human resource development. Utilization of information technology in the business world enables companies to have high competitiveness, which in turn allows the success of achieving the expected benefits. The use of information technology is influenced by many factors, among others by the perception of its users. This research uses descriptive method with analysis technique of frequency distribution and percentage. The data used is a statement of perception about the usefulness of information technology, ease of information technology, attitude, intention and behavior, obtained through questionnaires with Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that employees of Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado perceive the use of information technology is very supportive of the implementation of the task. They believe the use of information technology is very useful in the implementation of work. Employee perception is related to the usefulness of information technology, ease of use of information technology, attitudes toward information technology, behavioral intent to use information technology, and behavioral use of information technology. There is no difference in perception because of differences in sex, age, and education level.
