Abstract

The effort to increase the working of employees is through paying attention to the stress of working. Stress can happen to every individualy human every time because stress is also a part of human life which can not be avoided. People often experience stress if they can not adapt their will with the fact either from inside or from outside of their self. This research means to know how much is the effect of the working stress to the working of employees at the Kantor Pengelola IT Center Manado. This research used quantitative methode and simple regression, using questionair and observation as s technique to get data and the total of the examples in this research are 32 worker. The counting in this research, the researcher used SPSS software version 21 which can show the corelation between the two variable,and how much the effect of such the working stress to the working of worker. The result of this research show that working stress to the working of employees show negative effect, because the mark of coefisien regression is negative that is 0,34. This negative effect means the working stress is getting less so it. influences the increase of working of employees. Bassed on the result analyses data which was managed, it can be concluded that the effect of working stress to the working of employees is on the stage of. Enough corelation that is 0,152, in rate means the effect of working stress to the working employees is 15,2% while the 84,8% are influenced by other variable that was not researched.

Abstract

In carrying out an activity the company needs to conduct an evaluation (evaluation) on the implementation of human resource programs (HR) that has been developed in achieving the overall objectives of the company to ensure that the function of human resources (HR) has been running and contribute well in achievement success of the company. The purpose of this study are (1) To determine the effect of reward on employee loyalty PT. Columbia Perdana Branch Manado; (2) To know the effect of giving punishment to employee loyalty of PT. Columbia Perdana of Manado (3) To know the provision of rewards and punishment on employee loyalty PT. Columbia Perdana of Manado. Benefits of this research are: (1) for the researcher is to add insight about systematics reward and punishment to employee loyalty; (2) for the library to add collections and reference materials to other researchers in the field of field works; (3) for the company that is able to provide good input for PT. Columbia Perdana Of Manado to improve performance and loyalty and the wider community regarding appropriate rewards and punishments. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with data analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and test done manually and using SPSS application. Based on statistical analysis obtained results as follows: Hypothesis Test Results show that Reward and Punishment simultaneously affect the loyalty of employees of PT. Columbia Perdana Branch Manado, while punishment does not partially effect on employee loyalty of PT. Columbia Perdana Of Manado.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of labor training on employee productivity and theinfluence of labor training and significant on employee at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara. This must be able to improve the quality of its employee who in their activities provide training and education standards for each employee in improving the quality of the company. This training is carried out for new and old employee also need to learn and be trained with aim of improving unfavorable performance, learning new knowledge and technology and new skills, as well adjusting to the developmentof organizational. Education and training is an important factor in the development of human resources. This research uses quantitative research method with regression analysis approach to know the influence between variables, namely labor training (X) and employee work productivity (Y). This research was conducted directly in the object of research. There are two types of methods used namely observation and questionnaire. With the result of this study indicate that labor training and employee work have a positive and significant influence on employee work and productivity, so significant there is influence of labor training and significant of employee work productivity acceptable and indirectly can provide support for several theories that explain that labor training will affect the increase in employee work productivity.Keywords: Labor training, employee, productivity
