Abstract

Face Identification is an important part in digital image processing techniques to determine the size, location and image value. Face detection is a step in the facial recognition system used for personal identification, monitoring system, criminal law, human and computer interaction and so on. This study featuring face detection using Naïve Bayes Classifier with red, green and blue (RGB) model features. This study uses images with variation of facial expression from training data and testing data. The first step is to create a model of facial skin color with RGB model feature which has done normalization process bygrayscaling image, binarying image and filtering image using max filter, then looking for average RGB color of facial skin, followed by building Gaussian distribution showing skin color classification and processed by Naïve method Bayes Classifier (NBC) in determining the classification result.From the test results with a total of 70 test data and a threshold of 0.1, the results of system accuracy reaches 90.25%.

Abstract

An expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence and is also an emerging field of computer science as the development of computer science today. This system works to adopt human knowledge into a computer.Problems often occur on apple farm environment that is pest and so we need an agricultural consultant who is able to diagnose pest in apple crop. Problems can be a complex decision-making for their for involving multiple objectives and criteria. He built a Pest Diagnosis Expert System application Apples With Certainty Factor Method Based Web.Certainty factor calculation method using the data that came from the symptoms - symptoms of apples selected by the user on the application. Pest Diagnosis Expert System Applications Apples With Certainty Factor Method Based on this site are in accordance with refernsi obtained from experts when interviews for data retrieval, and application testing has been done with the user and obtain the respondents amounted to 73.33%, for the accuracy of the results application in addition to the system for determination of the pest must be observed to obtain correct results - absolutely accurate. Keywords, Symptoms, Hama, Diagnosis, Certainty Factor

Abstract

Academic ability is the ability of a person who is included in the academic field with a measure can be in the form of value or so-called academic achievement. With this system helps in grouping students in their fields, and students can find out the competencies obtained based on the achievement index of the courses that have been determined. In making this system, researchers used Visual Studio 2012 and applied the K-Means Clustering algorithm method to get more accurate results in classifying student competencies. This system can be used for all departments, the testing is done at the Informatics Engineering Department of Malang Widyagama University. in this system uses the mysql database for storage. Based on the user test results that have been done, Based on the results of the user trials that have been conducted, of the 5 weighted values that have been determined, there is an average of the results of the trial which is 85.6% strongly agree with the existence of this system to find out the student competency group.It is expected that with this system. Can find out competency groups that are suitable for their fields, so that later they will produce graduates who are competent in accordance with their fields.Keywords : Competence, K-means Clustering, software visual

Abstract

By following the development of the market and the needs of the community, it is increasingly needed a technology to improve the quality and results of its production with careful planning, in order to avoid the level of loss and reduce production in the company. This is experienced by companies UD. Muria PS who is engaged in animal husbandry. Which has several problems in scheduling employees to take their products. Which also has an impact on the gap between employees on the bonus wages they receive. By building a scheduling information system and providing bonus wages, this research uses php programming language and website-based programming and applies genetic algorithms in it to more easily manage employee schedules and provide bonus rewards fairly and evenly. This genetic algorithm process has a parameter of the vehicle, coolie, and time in the scheduling process. and schedule parameters in the employee bonus wage process. Based on the results of the user trial, the respondents strongly agree with the existence of this application. Which of the 14 respondents said it was feasible to apply to the company UD. Muria PS with a result of 87.37%. It is expected that with this application, employee scheduling and bonus wage issues can help solve it. Keywords: Scheduling, Bonus Salary, Genetic Algorithm, PHP

Abstract

Pendidikan mengenai teknologi informasi khususnya topik pemrograman sedang menjadi topik yang paling diminati saat ini sudah banyak metode yang digunakan untuk mempermudah pemahaman siswa dalam memahami pemrograman dan salah satunya adalah penggunaan online judge untuk mempermudah siswa dalam melakukan latihan pemrograman. Sudah banyak penelitian yang mengembangkan online judge mulai dari pengembangan online judge yang mampu mengevaluasi keberhasilan program yang dibuat oleh siswa secara online. Pada penelitian ini dilanjutkan dengan mengembangkan online judge sebagai sebuah service yang berdiri sendiri sebagai backend yang mampu menangani request user yang tinggi sehingga dapat mempercepat proses online judge yang ada sebelumnya, untuk mencapai hasil tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan web service RESTfull yang memanfaatkan Nodejs dan express js serta mongo db sebagai service online judge. Penggunaan nodejs sebagai backend dilakukan karena sifat alami node js yang memiliki kemampuan non blocking I/O hal ini sangat mendukung dalam proses online judge karena satu file dapat di akses secara bersamaan tanpa harus menunggu proses selesai.Dengan metode ini service online judge yang dibuat berhasil melayani 30 user dengan baik sampai 5 request per second dengan mean latency 7.6 ms

Abstract

This study aims to design a document management application called Electronic Archive Information System (E-Arsip) for PT.PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan in the field of general and communication. Currently, the company still utilizes a conventional filing system by storing invoice documents from outsourcing companies collaborating with PT.PLN (Persero) UIKSBS on archive shelves, with data summaries recorded in an agenda book. The limitations of this conventional filing system lead to difficulties in retrieving the required archival documents due to the increasing number of stored documents in the archive shelves. Additionally, there are frequent errors in data entry for the searched letters, making it challenging to locate the data. To address these issues, this research focuses on designing the E-Arsip application to assist the secretarial staff (PIC) of PT.PLN (Persero) UIKSBS in managing incoming and outgoing letter archives. The application will implement the Levenshtein String algorithm to handle data entry errors encountered during system searches. The outcome of this research is a modern web-based application design for managing incoming and outgoing document archives. Furthermore, the use of the Levenshtein String algorithm will help display the intended data in case of typographical errors during data search. By implementing the E-Arsip application, it is expected that PT.PLN (Persero) UIKSBS can enhance efficiency in letter archive management, reduce data search errors, and modernize the overall filing system.

Abstract

The adoption of digital technology in government sectors has become a critical aspect of improving public services and governance in Indonesia. However, its implementation faces several challenges, including infrastructure limitations, human resource capabilities, and regulatory issues. This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities in adopting digital technology within the context of Indonesian governance. Using qualitative research methods, data were gathered through interviews with government officials, policy makers, and technology experts, as well as document analysis. The findings reveal significant barriers, such as uneven technological infrastructure across regions, limited digital literacy among civil servants, and unclear regulatory frameworks. On the other hand, the study also identifies opportunities, including the potential for enhancing citizen engagement, improving service delivery, and promoting transparency in governance. The research concludes that overcoming these challenges requires strategic policy interventions, capacity building, and stronger collaboration between government entities and technology providers.

Abstract

In today's digital era, technological innovation has become a key pillar in enhancing the effectiveness and resilience of public organizations. This study aims to analyze how technological innovation contributes to building resilient public organizations in Indonesia, particularly in the realm of public service delivery. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews and document analysis in government institutions implementing the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). The findings reveal that technological innovation improves service efficiency, accelerates administrative processes, and strengthens organizational capacity in responding to change and crisis. However, infrastructure disparities, low digital literacy, and resistance to change remain significant challenges that must be addressed to achieve sustainable organizational resilience.
