Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) telah menjadi instrumen yang sangat vital dalam pengelolaan destinasi wisata dengan memungkinkan analisis spasial yang komprehensif dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk merancang suatu Sistem Informasi Geografis yang dapat digunakan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Pasuruan untuk meningkatkan manajemen dan promosi destinasi wisata di wilayah tersebut. Metode pengembangan sistem melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan struktur database geografis, dan implementasi aplikasi berbasis web. Pengguna, termasuk petugas Dinas Pariwisata dan masyarakat umum, dapat mengakses informasi dengan mudah melalui antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif. Penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan aspek keberlanjutan dan pengelolaan data geografis yang dinamis. Implementasi SIG ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Dinas Pariwisata, memfasilitasi promosi pariwisata, dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih memuaskan bagi pengguna akhir. Selain itu, penelitian ini fokus pada integrasi mekanisme umpan balik dari pengguna, memungkinkan penyempurnaan konten dan fitur berdasarkan kebutuhan aktual. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan adaptabilitas sistem terhadap perubahan tren pariwisata dan preferensi pengguna, mengoptimalkan interaksi antara pengguna dan platform. Dengan memadukan teknologi informasi dan pemetaan geografis, diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif pada perkembangan sektor pariwisata Kabupaten Pasuruan dan menjadi pedoman untuk menerapkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dalam manajemen destinasi wisata di wilayah lain.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Geografis, Destinasi Wisata, Dinas Pariwisata, WebGIS, Pengembangan Aplikasi Berbasis Web Abstract - Geographic Information System (GIS) has evolved into a crucial tool in managing tourist destinations, enabling in-depth spatial analysis and more effective decision-making. The objective of this study is to create a Geographic Information System capable of utilized by the Tourism Office of Pasuruan Regency to enhance the management and promotion of tourist destinations in the region. The system development methodology involves analyzing requirements, designing the structure of the geographic database, and implementing a web-based application. Users, including Tourism Office staff and the general public, can easily access information through an intuitive user interface. This study also considers the aspects of sustainability and the management of dynamic geographic data. The integration of GIS is anticipated to enhance the operational efficiency of the Tourism Office, streamline tourism promotion, and offer an improved experience for end-users. Additionally, the research focuses on integrating feedback mechanisms from users, allowing for content and feature refinement based on current needs. This is anticipated to enhance the system's adaptability to changes in tourism trends and user preferences, optimizing interactions between users and the platform. By combining information technology and geographic mapping, The anticipated outcome of this study is to positively contribute to the advancement of the tourism sector in Pasuruan Regency and serve as a guide for implementing GIS in the management of tourist destinations in tourist destination management in other areas.Keywords: Geographic Information System, Tourist Destinations, Tourism Office, WebGIS, Web-Based Application Development

Abstract

The form of service to customers in an appropriate, fast and easy way is the main thing that every business actor needs to pay attention to. Including how to communicate with customers virtually through messaging applications. With the sophistication of information technology, it can be used to create new opportunities for business actors. One of them is Natural Language Processing or NLP technology which allows machine interaction with human natural language. This study aims to provide messaging services to customers effectively and efficiently. Implementation is done by using a chatbot on the messaging application. Chatbot is designed to be able to respond to customer messages automatically and in real-time by implementing the NLP method. Based on the observations made, it is known that the three categories of questions most frequently asked by customers are location, price list, and pick-up service. The results of the study show that chatbots created using natural language can be easily understood and used by customers. Business actors are also facilitated because they no longer need to reply to customer messages one by one, so that service to customers becomes more responsive and optimal.

Abstract

The trend of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the form of coffee shops continues to grow in Indonesia, including those that are currently often found in the Kepanjen area, Malang Regency. For communication needs, these shops form a community as a means of sharing information. Even though there are many benefits gained from the community, the platforms used are still limited to social media. This research aims to develop a website-based information system which will make it easier to manage activities that are being or will be carried out by the coffee shop community in the Kepanjen area. The Dynamic Systems Development model is used in this research as a benchmark for developing information systems. The results of system functional testing show that the website built can run well and is suitable for use. Through this information system, coffee shop owners located in Kepanjen can register to be promoted on the website. Apart from that, the information system created can make it easier to find information about coffee shops in the Kepanjen area.

Abstract

The urgency of this research is to provide a solution to these challenges by introducing a technology-based system called e-Mudharabah, leveraging a Decision Support System (DSS) with the Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) method. The aim of this research is to develop a digital platform that facilitates financing for MSMEs by using the CBA-based DSS to assess business feasibility and reduce the risks associated with the traditional Mudharabah scheme. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of modern technology with Islamic finance principles through the e-Mudharabah platform. Unlike conventional Mudharabah schemes, this platform introduces CBA and DSS to evaluate business feasibility, thus minimizing financial risks. The inclusion of consultants further enhances the process by providing guidance and support to both MSMEs and financiers, ensuring better decision-making and successful partnerships. The implications of this research are impactful for both Islamic financial institutions and MSMEs. The adoption of the e-Mudharabah platform can significantly reduce risks for financiers while improving access to capital for MSMEs. The platform also promotes transparency and fair cooperation in financial transactions, contributing to the sustainability of MSME growth in alignment with Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

Efektivitas operasional dalam industri transportasi travel sangat bergantung pada sistem yang mampu mencatat aktivitas secara rapi dan mudah digunakan. Penelitian ini berangkat dari dua fokus utama, yaitu bagaimana memastikan sistem berjalan sesuai fungsinya, serta bagaimana mengukur tingkat usability sistem berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Proses perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan waterfall, yang mengutamakan alur kerja terstruktur dari tahap analisis hingga implementasi. Tiga fitur utama dikembangkan dalam sistem ini, yakni pencatatan pesanan, fee mitra, dan gajian supir. Untuk menjamin keandalan sistem, dilakukan uji whitebox pada setiap fungsi inti, dan hasilnya menunjukkan tidak ada kesalahan logika. Kemudahan penggunaan sistem kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan uji usability dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS), dengan melibatkan tiga responden yang berperan sebagai pengguna sistem. Skor SUS yang diperoleh adalah 75, mengindikasikan bahwa sistem dinilai mudah digunakan. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa sistem tidak hanya bekerja secara teknis, tetapi juga memenuhi harapan pengguna dari sisi kenyamanan interaksi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sistem operasional yang baik tidak hanya bergantung pada fungsionalitas, tetapi juga pada kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan kemudahan dalam penggunaannya.

Abstract

This research evaluates the service quality of the Access By KAI application developed by PT. KAI using the E-GovQual method. This application provides various features such as ticket booking, travel information, and additional services. With a survey of users in Malang and analysis using SPSS. The research results show that the Access By KAI application has good quality, but there are several areas that require improvement, such as effectiveness and service.

Abstract

Abstrak Komunikasi tidak terbatas hanya pada pertemuan fisik, tetapi seiring berkembangnya teknologi komunikasi dapat dilakukan secara virtual. Melalui aplikasi chatting masyarakat dapat saling berkirim pesan teks, suara, gambar serta dapat melakukan panggilan telepon suara ataupun video. Telegram merupakan aplikasi instant messeger yang berbasis cloud. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi permasalan pada ulasan pengguna aplikasi chatting Telegram memiliki permasalahan usability. Sistem dengan usability yang rendah cenderung mendorong pengguna meninggalkan aplikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberi evaluasi dan juga rekomendasi kepada aplikasi chatting Telegram menggunakan metode Usability Testing dan USE Questionnaire sehingga aplikasi dapat mengetahui fitur mana yang memperlukan peningkatan dan membutuhkan perbaikan. Usability testing ialah metode untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan dan kemudahan aplikasi serta memberikan solusi atau rekomendasi dalam bentuk rancangan prototype, dalam pengumpulan datanya perlu melakukan wawancara dan pembagian kuesioner kepada pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini pada pengujian awal mendapatkan nilai usability sebesar 71% namun pada pengujian akhir setelah diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan nilai usability mengalami penginkatan sebanyak 21% menjadi 92% dalam parameter penilaian termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Abstract Communication is no longer limited to physical meetings; with the advancement of technology, it can now be conducted virtually. Through the chat application, people can send text, voice and image messages to each other and make voice or video calls. Telegram is a cloud-based instant messenger application. Based on the results of problem identification in user reviews, the Telegram chat application has usability problems. Systems with low usability tend to encourage users to abandon the application. The aim of this research is to evaluate and also recommend the Telegram chat application using the Usability Testing and USE Questionnaire methods so that the application can find out which features need improvement and need improvement. Usability testing is a method for measuring the level of success and ease of application as well as providing solutions or recommendations in the form of a prototype design. In collecting data, it is necessary to conduct interviews and distribute questionnaires to users. The results of this research in the initial test obtained a usability value of 71%, but in the final test after recommendations for improvement were given the usability value increased by 21% to 92% in the assessment parameters, including in the very good category.

Abstract

This study proposes a multi-class classification framework for monitoring blockchain system performance as a step toward integration within blockchain-based learning management systems (LMS). Reliable performance monitoring is essential because smart contracts in educational settings depend on timely and accurate system responses to ensure valid grading and credential issuance. A dataset of 3,081 transactional logs was generated from simulated blockchain testbed, capturing throughput, latency, block size, and send rate. Throughput values were discretized into seven qualitative categories ranging from “Very Poor” to “Very Good” using quantile-based binning. Preprocessing involved data cleaning, categorical encoding, Z-score normalization, and label encoding to ensure model compatibility. Five algorithms: Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) were trained and evaluated using stratified 80–20 partitioning and 5-fold cross-validation with grid search for hyperparameter tuning. Performance metrics included accuracy, macro precision, recall, and F1-score. Random Forest achieved the best results with 91.35% accuracy, 0.910 macro precision, 0.911 recall, and 0.910 F1-score, outperforming other models by handling complex feature interactions and reducing variance. Decision Tree offered strong interpretability (88.32% accuracy), while Logistic Regression (84.97%) and SVM (84.86%) provided stable performance. KNN showed balanced results (87.78%) but incurred high computational costs. The findings demonstrate that multi-class stratification provides more actionable insights than binary methods, supporting low-latency decision-making for smart contract execution in decentralized LMS ecosystems. The novelty of this research lies in applying multi-class classification instead of binary methods, enabling nuanced monitoring. Future work will validate the framework in real blockchain-LMS deployments.
