Abstract

Bullying that occurs among students is not only done directly but is mostly done indirectly (online). The purpose of this service is to assist students in preventing cyberbullying so that students have an understanding of cyberbullying behavior among students, help students know how to avoid cyberbullying, increase the confidence of students who experience cyberbullying, and prevent students from bullying behavior. The steps in the implementation of this service are the preparation and implementation of (1) initial assessment, (2) provision of material, (3) practical assignment, (4) final assessment. The result of this service is an increase of 57% related to the understanding of cyberbullying for students.

Abstract

This research intends to examine the impact of the Paired Storytelling method on the narrative writing abilities of fifth graders at SDN Inpres Rasabou. The motivation behind this study stemmed from the students' inadequate skills in crafting narrative texts, which resulted from the limited teaching methods utilized by instructors. A quantitative research approach using a One Group Pretest-Posttest experimental design was utilized. The participants in the study were composed of 18 students. Techniques for data collection included essay assignments and observations in the classroom. Findings indicated an improvement in the average scores of students, rising from 33. 61 during the pretest to 85. 44 in the posttest. The Paired Sample T-Test indicated a significance level of 0. 000.

Abstract

This study investigates whether female directors enhance corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure in Indonesia’s Sharia banking industry. Using panel data from four Islamic commercial banks from 2019 to 2023, CSR disclosure is measured with the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) Index, while female board representation is defined as the proportion of women on the board of directors. Firm size, profitability, and leverage are included as control variables. Panel regression techniques were employed after Chow and Hausman tests to determine the appropriate model. The results show that female directors do not have a significant influence on CSR disclosure, indicating that gender diversity has not yet improved reporting practices in Indonesian Islamic banks. In contrast, firm size displays a positive and significant relationship with CSR disclosure, suggesting that larger banks have greater resources and institutional capacity to implement and communicate CSR initiatives. These findings emphasize the importance of structural and institutional factors in shaping CSR transparency and suggest that the effect of gender diversity may be constrained by limited female representation and existing governance norms. The study contributes empirical evidence from a sector governed by unique ethical and regulatory principles and provides insights for policymakers seeking to strengthen sustainable governance.

Abstract

Delays in BPJS claims remain a significant issue for many hospitals because they can slow the disbursement of funds and disrupt service continuity. This study aims to identify the barriers that cause BPJS claim delays and to formulate appropriate improvement recommendations using a systematic literature review approach. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted by searching Google Scholar and Garuda, followed by screening of titles, abstracts, full texts, and quality assessment. From 326 initial articles, 17 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using thematic synthesis. The review identified five main categories of problems: inaccuracies in diagnosis and procedure coding, incomplete medical records, administrative and internal verification obstacles, limited use of the Hospital Information System (SIMRS), and frequent BPJS policy changes. These findings show that claim delays arise from multidimensional factors related to documentation quality, human resource competence, workflow accuracy, and information system support. The study concludes that improving coder skills, strengthening medical record audits, standardizing SOPs, optimizing SIMRS, and enhancing inter-unit coordination are necessary. The implications provide a scientific basis for developing better claim management strategies to help hospitals accelerate reimbursement processes.

Abstract

Pending klaim BPJS masih menjadi persoalan penting di berbagai rumah sakit karena dapat memperlambat proses pencairan dana dan memengaruhi keberlangsungan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan berbagai kendala yang menyebabkan klaim BPJS tertunda serta merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikannya melalui pendekatan kajian literatur sistematis. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dilakukan dengan menelusuri dua database utama, yaitu Google Scholar dan Garuda, kemudian memilih artikel melalui tahapan seleksi judul, abstrak, full-text, serta penilaian kualitas. Dari 326 artikel awal, 17 studi memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan sintesis tematik. Hasil kajian mengungkap lima kelompok masalah utama, yakni ketidaktepatan kode diagnosis dan tindakan, ketidaklengkapan rekam medis, kendala administratif dan verifikasi internal, keterbatasan penggunaan SIMRS, serta perubahan kebijakan BPJS. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pending klaim merupakan isu multidimensional yang melibatkan kualitas dokumentasi, kemampuan SDM, ketepatan alur kerja, serta dukungan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas coder, audit rekam medis yang lebih ketat, standarisasi SOP, optimalisasi SIMRS, dan koordinasi lintas unit. Implikasi dari studi ini adalah tersedianya dasar ilmiah untuk menyusun strategi perbaikan manajemen klaim sehingga proses pencairan pembiayaan di rumah sakit dapat lebih cepat dan efektif.
