Abstract

Literasi siswa sangat rendah, inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran juga rendah. Role playing sebagai salah satu metode pengajaran yang inovatif dipercaya dapat meningkatkan literasi bahasa mahasiswa. Beberapa penelitian sudah dilakukan tentang permasalahan ini namun belum terlalu detail sehingga diadakanlah penelitian ini. Tulisan ini menjelaskan pengaruh metode role playing untuk meningkatkan literasi Bahasa siswa SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode role playing terhadap minat baca dan sadar literasi siswa kelas V SDN Suka Maju Kecamatan Wera. Metode yang digunakan adalah ekperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan control group pretest-posttest design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Sampel berjumlah 10 orang untuk kelas kontrol dan 10 orang untuk kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan minat membaca pada kedua kelompok siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dimana kelas kontrol 36,4% dan kelas eksperimen 41%. Sedangkan untuk post-test kedua kelompok yaitu rata-rata kelas kontrol 75,1% dan kelas eksperimen 92,4%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode role playing terhadap minat baca dan sadar literasi siswa SD.

Abstract

Permasalahan kesehatan yang ada di Indonesia masih menjadi perhatian bagi pemerintah. Kurangnya kesadaran untuk menerapkan pola hidup sehat dapat memberikan dampak buruk bagi kesehatan. Oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan kegiatan pengalaman belajar lapangan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prioritas masalah kesehatan, sehingga dapat ditentukan prioritas pemecahan masalah dan silakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Pada Kelurahan Pondok Jaya diidentifikasikan 10 masalah kesehatan untuk dijadikan prioritas masalah kesehatan, Penentuan prioritas masalah kesehatan pada Kelurahan Pondok Jaya yaitu dengan Metode Bryant. didapat daftar masalah utama yaitu penyakit hipertensi, dengan penetapan RW 02 di Kelurahan Pondok Jaya sebagai tempat Pengalaman Belajar Lapangan, dilakukan pula penyusunan akar masalah kesehatan penyakit hipertensi dengan menggunakan fish bone didapatkan permasalahan faktor perilaku hipertensi, faktor lingkungan, faktor pelayanan kesehatan dan faktor keturunan, dari identifikasi prioritas masalah dan hasil akar masalah Kesehatan yaitu hipertensi dilakukan sosialisasi berupa musyawarah masyarakat desa dengan dihairi oleh pengurus RW 02, Kader Kesehatan, perwakilan Puskesmas dan masyarakat disampaikan tujuan sosialisasi dan persamaan persepsi, penyampaian hasil prioritas masalah Kesehatan, musyawarah terkait akar masalah serta strategi intervensi, perencanaan kegiatan bersama dengan elemen masyarakat dan penguatan komitmen

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of using word games on students' proficiency of English vocabulary. The method used was an experiment with a quasi-experimental approach, involving two groups of students in the 6th semester of the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program at STKIP TAMAN SISWA BIMA. A total of 40 students were randomly selected and divided into two groups: an experimental group that used word games and a control group that used conventional learning methods. The research instrument is a vocabulary proficiency test (pre-test and post-test). The results showed that the average post-test score of the experimental group increased significantly compared to the control group. The average increase in score in the experimental group was 12.7 points, while in the control group it was 8.75 points. Statistical analysis using the paired sample t-test shows a significant value. (two-tailed) = 0.000, which means there is a significant difference between the two groups with a confidence level of 95%. Based on these results, it is recommended that educational institutions consider integrating word games into the English language learning curriculum to increase the effectiveness of vocabulary learning. This research makes an important contribution to the field of language education by showing that word games can be an effective and enjoyable learning method.

Abstract

Fotokeratitis merupakan peradangan akut pada kornea dan konjungtiva yang muncul setelah terpapar percikan api pengelasan yang menghasilkan sinar Ultraviolet. Pekerja pengelasan termaksud salah satu pekerjaan yang berisiko pekerjanya mengalami fotokeratitis akibat radiasi sinar UV pengelasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor karakteristik individu dan pekerjaan yang berhubungan dengan keluhan fotokeratitis pada pekerja pengelasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Menggunakan data primer. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 pekerja dari total populasi. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan Uji chi square. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Penggunaan alat pelindung mata (P-value = 0,0001), Jarak Pengelasan (P-value = 0,028), Lama Paparan (P-value = 0,012) dengan keluhan fotokeratitis. Serta tidak ada hubungan antara Masa Kerja (P-value = 1,000), Usia (P-value = 0,144) dengan keluhan fotokeratitis. Disarankan agar pekerja tidak terlalu dekat dengan sumber radiasi ketika bekerja, serta menggunakan alat pelindung mata yang sesuai dengan standar khusus pengelasan.

Abstract

This research intends to examine the impact of the Paired Storytelling method on the narrative writing abilities of fifth graders at SDN Inpres Rasabou. The motivation behind this study stemmed from the students' inadequate skills in crafting narrative texts, which resulted from the limited teaching methods utilized by instructors. A quantitative research approach using a One Group Pretest-Posttest experimental design was utilized. The participants in the study were composed of 18 students. Techniques for data collection included essay assignments and observations in the classroom. Findings indicated an improvement in the average scores of students, rising from 33. 61 during the pretest to 85. 44 in the posttest. The Paired Sample T-Test indicated a significance level of 0. 000.

Abstract

The low speaking skills of elementary school students, such as difficulty composing sentences, limited vocabulary, and lack of confidence, are challenges in learning Indonesian. This study aims to determine the effect of the role playing method assisted by interactive video media on the speaking skills of grade IV students at SDN 32 Panggi Bima City. The method used is pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample amounted to 29 students who were selected through the total sampling technique. The instruments in the form of oral tests and observation sheets have been tested for validity and reliability with Cronbach's Alpha values of 0.928 (pretest) and 0.975 (posttest). The results of the analysis showed an increase in the average score from 55.48 to 79.14. The Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test yielded a value of Z = -4.705 and a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which showed a significant difference between the pretest and the posttest. All students experienced improved speaking skills. Thus, the role playing method combined with interactive video media has proven to be effective in improving students' pronunciation skills, fluency, and confidence in speaking. This model is recommended as an innovative and fun Indonesian learning strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat keefektifan platform digital terhadap penghimpunan dana zakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research membandingkan, menganalisis, dan menyimpulkan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Dari hasil analisis BAZNAS dan Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) sejak menggunakan platfom digital dalam menghimpun dan mengoperasikan dana zakat mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan. Kenaikan pembayaran zakat digital ini didukung dengan adanya metode pembayaran melalui e-commerce (Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee,dan banyak lagi), e-wallet (gopay, ovo, dana, linkaja, linkaja syariah,dan banyak lagi), serta dapat juga melalui aplikasi mobile banking misalnya saja BSI melalui BSI Mobile. Analisis ini masih terbatas, sehingga penelitian ini diharapkan mampu dikaji lebih luas. This research aims to analyze the level of effectiveness of digital platforms in collecting zakat funds. This research uses the library research method to compare, analyze and conclude previous research. From the analysis results of BAZNAS and the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ), since using digital platforms in collecting and operating zakat funds there has been a significant increase. The increase in digital zakat payments is supported by the existence of payment methods via e-commerce (Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee, and many more), e-wallet (Gopay, OVO, Dana, Linkaja, Linkaja Syariah, and many more), and can also be done via For example, BSI mobile banking applications via BSI Mobile. This analysis is still limited, so it is hoped that this research can be studied more widely.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model on the basic literacy skills of fourth-grade students at SDN Inpres Lesu. The research employed a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design involving 10 students. Data were collected through literacy tests, observations, and documentation. The pretest results showed an average score of 53.9, which increased to 77.9 in the posttest. The Shapiro-Wilk normality test indicated that the data were normally distributed (p > 0.05), allowing for further analysis using a paired sample t-test. The test results yielded a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference before and after the treatment. The implementation of CIRC proved effective in enhancing students’ reading, comprehension, and written expression skills through collaborative group work. These findings suggest that interactive and cooperative learning strategies such as CIRC are highly applicable in Indonesian language instruction at the elementary school level to strengthen students’ literacy.

Abstract

Reading literacy is a basic skill that plays an important role in the learning success of elementary school students. However, observation results show that third-grade students of SDN 24 Kota Bima still experience difficulties in understanding reading texts, finding main ideas, and reorganizing information. This study aims to examine the effect of the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) model on students' reading literacy skills. The method used was a quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design and involved 18 students as a sample. The instrument was a reading literacy questionnaire consisting of 14 Likert-scale statements. The results showed that the average pretest score of students was 62.78, categorized as sufficient, while the average posttest score increased to 83.33, categorized as good. The Shapiro-Wilk normality test showed that the pretest data were normally distributed (p = 0.073 > 0.05), while the posttest data were not normally distributed (p = 0.008 < 0.05). However, the paired t-test results showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. Thus, the implementation of the TaRL model has a positive effect on improving students' reading literacy skills and can be used as an alternative innovative learning model in elementary schools.
