Abstract

This report is prepared as a brief explanation of the activities carried out during the implementation ot the MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) Internship program at PT Hashmicro Solusi Indonesia. The Implementation of the Internship activities is carried out in the business development division, the client sub-division. Work in this division focuses on mining data for cold calls, entering leads data into the company’s system, collecting information related to client needs and offering the system needed by clients, confirming meeting schedules or presentation demos, and filling out daily report on business development, client service, and cold calls.

Abstract

In the era of Globalization 4.0, competition of work field is the world of work is increasingly challenging, where fresh graduates are required to prepare themselves starting from soft skills and hard skills. Therefore, the government provides a place for students by providing opportunities to develop skills to work directly on real projects. Participating in the internship activities, the author gains insight and learns new things. This report contains the author's experience in conducting internships at PT HashMicro Solusi Indonesia as a Business Development Executive with the role of Trainer and Implementation. Author’s job and responsiility are, teaching clients how to use the recruitment system to find the best qualified candidate, reporting if clients have any problem, and checking client’s database for any error that may occur.

Abstract

This internship report was prepared to explain the author's experience in participating in the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) program at Hashmicro. In this program, the author has the opportunity to become a Talent Acquisition Intern and is responsible for recruitment activities from the marketing department and business development department positions. This report will consist of three sections, including an introduction (containing the background of the participation and responsibilities of the author in the MBKM program), analysis and discussion (containing repetitive routine activities, non-routine activities, and skills and knowledge utilized and acquired during the program MBKM is in progress), and closing (contains conclusions, limitations, and the author's recommendations for this MBKM program)
