Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of Tour de Flores event for tourism development in economic, social and environmental aspects. The 100 respondents are randomly selected from local communities with Slovin formula. Multiple linear regression model is used to analyze the impact of Tour de Flores event on tourism development in West Manggarai. The results of this research have partially proven that tourism development in economic area has a positive impact which is proved by t-test where the value of t count > t table (3,209 > 1,985). Positive impact has shown in environmental as well where the value of t count > t table (2,449 > 1,985) This results means that both variables have a positive impact or H0 is rejected. While the negative relationship or H0 accepted is the impact of tourism development from social where the value of t count < t table (0,314 < 1,985), it means that Tour de Flores event has no social impact on tourism development. Simultaneously, the results of this research show that the three independent variables; tourism development have a positive impact on economic, social and environmental. It is shown by F test that where value of F count > F table (86,723 > 2,699) so that H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Stock returns are very important and become the main reason or objective for investors in investing. This study studies the effect of market capitalization and financial ratios on corporate stock returns. The independent variables used in this study are market capitalization to symbolize a company's market value and financial ratios such as earnings per share, debt to equity, return on assets, and current ratio. While the dependent variable is stock returns. The objects used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2012-2017 period. The samples used in this study were collected using non-probability methods with purposive sampling techniques. Researchers use multiple regression models to examine the effect of independent variables that affect stock returns. The results showed that market capitalization had a positive effect on stock returns. While earnings per share, debt to equity, return on assets, and current ratio have no effect on stock returns

Abstract

This research has a purpose, and that is to determine the effect of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, total asset turnover, and price to book value on stock return. This research use Mining Companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012–2020 period as the population. In this research, the sampling method that used is a purposive sampling method with a total of 11 companies. Causal research is implemented in this research to determine the effect between the independent variables and dependent variables. This research uses multiple linear regression to process the data. Based on the test result, Return on equity, Debt to equity, Current ratio, Total asset turnover and Price to book value does not have effect on stock return.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the factors that influence the company's capital structure. The independent variables in this study consist of Dividend policy, liquidity, tangibility, asset turnover and company growth. The data for this research are Consumer Goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 to 2020. This study uses 66 samples and the sample selection procedure used is the purposive sampling method. This research test uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that Dividend policy has negative effect on capital structure. Company growth has positive effect on Capital structure. Liquidity, tangibility and asset turnover have no effect on Capital structure

Abstract

Mengenalkan Strategi Sun Tzu bagi siswa-siswi SMA Permata Indah sebagai salah satu upaya dalam menumbuhkan, mengidentifikasi kemampuan leadership dalam diri mereka serta memotivasi mereka untuk selalu siap dan memiliki rencana terbaik berkaitan dengan proses belajar sebelum memasuki jenjang pendidikan S1. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal dan wawancara dengan beberapa guru sekolah dalam praktek proses belajar mengajar yang diterapkan sempat mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan aturan kebijakan pemerintah yang secara nasional memberlakukan pembelajaran secara daring. Kesiapan kurikulum, media dan teknologi baik bagi para siswa maupun guru sangat memerlukan perhatian khusus dan toleransi yang besar sehingga proses belajar mengajar tetap terlaksana di masa pandemic Covit 19. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini akan dilaksanakan di lingkungan sekolah SMA Permata Indah secara ceramah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present a model that describes the general influence of technological capability, social capital, entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance through absorptive capacity in the food and beverage packaging industry in Indonesia which is tested with a structural equation model by processing data from 168 respondents. This study found that technological capability, social capital and absorptive capacity have a positive and significant effect on firm performance. Meanwhile entrepreneurial orientation has a positive but not significant effect on firm performance. Absorptive capacity partially mediates the relationship between technological capability and social capital on firm performance and absorptive capacity fully mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance

Abstract

This internship report is intended to explain the author's activities in the internship process with KLY (Emtek Digital) through the MBKM program organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This program aims to provide opportunities for college students to experiencing work professionally in a company, understanding the company's work culture, gaining various knowledge and skills needed in the world of work. This internship report contains the author's activities as part of the Campaign Manager Intern including the tasks within the Campaign Management division and some of the main tasks that was trusted by the mentor for author to do. As for this report, it will explain author's activities as a Campaign Manager for Kapanlagi Youniverse in collaboration with several teams from other divisions. The MBKM program trains author to be able to implemented the skills that have learned such as effective communication, project management, and analytical thinking into work related to managing campaigns.

Abstract

The MBKM Program aims to provide opportunities for Indonesian students to gain work experience from quality partners, and improve their competencies so they can compete in the world of work. This final report describes the writer’s experience while participating in an internship at PT Vidio Dot Com as accounts payable intern a subdivision on accounting division. In this MBKM activity the writer is assigned to assist operational activities in the finance and accounting division which will be explained more fully in this report, such as manage invoices, recording of asset number, data recapitulation, reconciliation of E-Commerce SVOD Revenue data, and making Accounts Payable Performance Report. Through this MBKM activity, the writer have the opportunity to improve their skills, for soft skills such as the ability to communicate across functions and organizational levels and presentation skills, for technical skills such as using Microsoft Excel in analyzing data, Google Workspaces (google slides, google sheets, and email), and Smartsheet.

Abstract

This internship report was prepared to explain the author's experience in participating in the Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM) program at Hashmicro. In this program, the author has the opportunity to become a Talent Acquisition Intern and is responsible for recruitment activities from the marketing department and business development department positions. This report will consist of three sections, including an introduction (containing the background of the participation and responsibilities of the author in the MBKM program), analysis and discussion (containing repetitive routine activities, non-routine activities, and skills and knowledge utilized and acquired during the program MBKM is in progress), and closing (contains conclusions, limitations, and the author's recommendations for this MBKM program)

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dasar kepemimpinan siswa-siswi SMA Methodist wilayah Jakarta Utara. Diawali dengan pendampingan pengenalan ajaran Sun Tzu untuk menjadi leader sebagai pelatihan dasar leadership kepada siswa-siswi di sekolah menengah atas tersebut. Selanjutnya untuk mengenali diri mereka apakah mereka berpotensi sebagai seorang leader atau follower maka diberikan test communication style melalui metode test tertulis menjawab pertanyaan indicator dominant dan sociability. Hasil test kemudian dibahas agar mereka lebih mengenali diri mereka masing-masing. Program ini kemudian diakhiri dengan memotivasi mereka untuk dapat membangun jiwa leadership dan berproses serta meyakinkan mereka untuk kemajuan studi dan karier dimasa mendatang.
