Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the efficiency of conventional banking especially Bank Persero, Mix Bank and Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) using a non-parametric analysis of DEA. This research calculates the value of efficiency to the Bank under the category Business Activity (BUKU) as seen from the core capital approach. The sample in this study amounted to 43 banks consisting of 4 Bank Persero, 13 of mix Bank and 26 BPD. The data is published financial statements of banks concerned with the study for 5 years starting from 2008 until 2012. Analysis of the performance efficiency using the Performance Improvement Management Software (PIM-DEAsoft-V3.2) to determine the efficiency of each bank, and then conducted a one-way ANOVA test and two-way to test differences in the average of each category of banks. Bank Persero gain greater efficiency than conventional Bank and BPD and 4th BUKU already doing business more efficient. Keywords: Bank Efficiency, DEA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examines the antesedents of capital structure. The object is 42 companies in the property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 periods. Regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the firm size variable had a significant effect on the capital structure, the profitability variable had a significant effect on the capital structure while the asset structure variable had no effect on the capital structure. And together with company size variables, profitability and asset structure affect the capital structure. Keywords: Profitability, Asset Structure, Capital Structure

Abstract

Purpose- This research is structured in order to measure the potential impact of human resources and natural resources potentiality on the socio-economic quality of life index in the Citarum River Basin area, as well as constructing its impact on the formulation of the strategy of a social life reconciliation program that stirs regional economic development. Design/methodology/approach- This research uses a field research method with a qualitative approach, in which data collection and data processing techniques using the technique triangulation and source triangulation. Findings-The results showed several findings, first, the potential of HR is quite low which correlates with the decline in the quality of socioeconomic life. Second, the availability of natural resources has the potential to support regional economic development. Third, there are obstacles in the regional management system, at any various levels, i.e. individual, organizational, and government institution level. Fourth, tourism-based area revitalization is the key strategy for regional economic development. The revitalization of tourism-based zones, supported by the historical, cultural, and natural potentiality, is a key recommendation point for stakeholders, both at the local, provincial, and central levels. Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to determine the impact of the Monday effect and Weekend effect on the daily stock Returns of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from April 2020 to April 2021. The research analysis method used multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. A total of 11 companies from the sub-sector were selected as the population for this study, and after applying purposive sampling method, a sample of 9 companies was obtained from the total population. The daily stock Returns calculation in this research was based on the closing prices. The study found that the Monday effect variable had no significant partial impact on stock Returns. However, the Weekend effect variable had a significant partial impact on stock Returns, and both the Monday effect and Weekend effect variables together had an impact on daily stock Returns. Abstract

Investasi merupakan kegiatan mengalokasikan dana kedalam instrumen untuk memperoleh keuntungan. Keberhasilan investasi berdasar dari kemampuan dan pengetahuan, serta keberanian dan keyakinan sehingga keputusan investasi yang diambil dapat memberi keuntungan kepada investornya. Studi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh literasi keuangan, pendapatan, dan locus of control terhadap keputusan investasi perempuan di Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, dan data diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 127 orang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel locus of control tidak memengaruhi keputusan investasi, sedangkan pada variabel literasi keuangan dan variabel pendapatan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi.

Abstract

This Community Service Program has been implemented in April 2024 at the Al-Ayyubi Ornamental Fish Cultivation and Consumption Group Jl. Pancoran Barat IXG, RT08/RW03, Kelurahan Pancoran, Kecamatan Pancoran, South Jakarta 12780. The problem faced by the Al-Ayyubi Ornamental Fish Cultivation and Consumption Group is that the management of ornamental fish cultivation and consumption ponds has not been maximized. The aim to be achieved is to motivate the group in managing ornamental fish cultivation and consumption ponds. The method used is a social approach method in the form of counseling and training. This program begins by educating the public with knowledge about the use of fish farming ponds through counseling and assistance, then continues with practicing in the field or in ponds near the RT office. So that the community can practice and develop fish farming management patterns in the group. The achievements that will be obtained after training and counseling are carried out, the group can manage, carry out fish cultivation properly, correctly and can make optimal use of fish cultivation pond land, therefore it can increase the income of community empowerment groups.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and dividend policy on firm value in healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 14 companies. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis on panel data, namely classical assumption test, model feasibility test and hypothesis testing. The results show that: 1) profitability has no effect on firm value, 2) liquidity has no effect on firm value, 3) dividend policy affects firm value, 4) profitability, liquidity, and dividend policy simultaneously affect firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and activity on firm value with profitability as intervening variables. The research population is the food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. This study use quantitative methods with secondary data obtained from financial statements and use panel data. There are 23 samples from purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method is multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed: liquidity have no effect on firm value, solvency have an effect on firm value, activities have an effect on firm value, liquidity have a significant effect on profitability, solvency have no effect on profitability, activity have a significant effect on profitability, profitability have an effect on firm value, profitability can mediate liquidity on firm value, profitability is not able to mediate solvency on firm value, and profitability can mediate activity on firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji apakah ada pengaruh Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Return Saham pada Perusahaan logam juga mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan empat variabel independen, yaitu ROA, ROE, EPS, dan NPM, serta variabel dependen, yaitu Return Saham. Metode analisis yang dipakai merupakan regresi data panel diolah dalam Eviews 12 for Windows, tahun 2022. Simpulan tulisan memaparkan fakta ROA juga EPS mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan pada Return Saham di instansi logam juga mineral dalam BEI. Namun, tidak ditemukan bukti bahwa Return On Equity dan Net Profit Margin memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of work environment, workload, and work motivation on employee performance. The study focused on employees working at a hospital in Jakarta, and data was collected through a voluntary questionnaire from 112 respondents. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing revealed that work environment, workload, and work motivation have a combined effect on healthcare employee performance. This study provides valuable insights for decision-makers in healthcare systems, health organizations, and government agencies to enhance the quality and efficiency of health services. It also highlights the importance of maintaining a favorable work environment, including the physical environment and workload, for employee well-being.
