Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial arning Per Share (EPS), and profitability on Stock Return in Consumer Non-Cyclicals companies, particularly in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. This research employs a quantitative method with purposive sampling in selecting the sample. The data is obtained from publicly available financial reports and analyzed using panel data linear regression to examine the impact of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that managerial ownership has a significant partial effect on Stock Return, while institutional ownership, EPS, and profitability do not have a significant impact. These results provide valuable insights for investors in making investment decisions and for corporate management in enhancing financial performance and competitiveness in the capital market. The implications of this study also serve as a reference for stakeholders in formulating more strategic policies to foster corporate growth in the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of electronic word of mouth variables through promotions on social media. The use of social media to market products is very interesting to observe, especially in terms of looking at customer behavior. The sample for this research is consumers who have purchased Somethinc products, who have seen promotions on social media about Somethinc products and are active followers of Somethinc social media. The sample for carrying out this research test was 100 people who were calculated using the hair formula. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, f tests and t tests. The results of the following research show that the electronic word of mouth variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Social media promotion has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The influence variables of electronic word of mouth and promotions on social media jointly influence purchasing decisions. Suggestions for Somethingc to improve e-WOM, promotions on social media to increase purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to determine the impact of the Monday effect and Weekend effect on the daily stock Returns of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from April 2020 to April 2021. The research analysis method used multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. A total of 11 companies from the sub-sector were selected as the population for this study, and after applying purposive sampling method, a sample of 9 companies was obtained from the total population. The daily stock Returns calculation in this research was based on the closing prices. The study found that the Monday effect variable had no significant partial impact on stock Returns. However, the Weekend effect variable had a significant partial impact on stock Returns, and both the Monday effect and Weekend effect variables together had an impact on daily stock Returns. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and dividend policy on firm value in healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 14 companies. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis on panel data, namely classical assumption test, model feasibility test and hypothesis testing. The results show that: 1) profitability has no effect on firm value, 2) liquidity has no effect on firm value, 3) dividend policy affects firm value, 4) profitability, liquidity, and dividend policy simultaneously affect firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and activity on firm value with profitability as intervening variables. The research population is the food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. This study use quantitative methods with secondary data obtained from financial statements and use panel data. There are 23 samples from purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method is multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed: liquidity have no effect on firm value, solvency have an effect on firm value, activities have an effect on firm value, liquidity have a significant effect on profitability, solvency have no effect on profitability, activity have a significant effect on profitability, profitability have an effect on firm value, profitability can mediate liquidity on firm value, profitability is not able to mediate solvency on firm value, and profitability can mediate activity on firm value.
