Abstract

The IUD is one of the most effective and safe long-term contraceptives compared to other contraceptives. Until now, the use of IUDs is still very low among women of childbearing age (WUS). The use of IUD KB is an alternative choice as a tool for family planning, however this is often avoided and becomes a compulsion because of the side effects experienced by KB acceptors. However, this contraception can be an alternative last resort for (WUS) who have limitations due to health, even though there are many side effects that (WUS) will experience. The purpose of community service is to provide knowledge and motivation for IUD family planning acceptors in choosing IUD contraception. Education or counseling will be held from 27 March to 2 April 2023. At RT 02 RW 02 Sumur Cinde Village, Soko District, Tuban Regency, East Java. This activity was attended by 26 participants of reproductive age women. the implementation of the activity was assisted by 2 students. The method used is lecture, discussion/question and answer. Implementation of activities using leaflet media, providing material using LCD media and laptops. The results of interviews and filling out questionnaires by activity participants regarding the motivation of family planning acceptors in choosing IUD contraception. Obtained Almost all respondents as much as 77% have high motivation, a small proportion of respondents as much as 23% have moderate motivation. The motivation for women of childbearing age in choosing contraception must be seen for themselves whether the contraception chosen has provided a sense of security, comfort, according to their needs and in accordance with their health.

Abstract

Perundungan di sekolah dasar menjadi masalah serius yang dapat berdampak buruk pada perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dalam menangani perundungan di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dengan Kepala Sekolah, Guru Kelas, Guru Mata Pelajaran dan siswa pelaku dan korban perundungan, serta analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dalam menangani perundungan di Sekolah Dasar telah dilakukan, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala. Kendala tersebut antara lain kurangnya pemahaman guru-guru yang ada karena tidak ada guru BK yang mengerti tentang teknik-teknik bimbingan kelompok, kurangnya waktu yang dialokasikan untuk kegiatan bimbingan kelompok, serta kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses penanganan perundungan. Bimbingan kelompok yang dilakukan berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan sosial siswa, pengenalan dampak negatif perundungan, serta upaya membangun lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dalam mengatasi perundungan di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Background: A mother's motivation to know about educational and creative game tools has an important role in optimal child growth and development according to age level so that it can be fulfilled properly. Educational and creative game tools are game tools that can optimise children's development according to their age and level of development. Examples of educational and creative games for children aged 1-3 years are drums, balls with sleighs inside, household items that do not break easily (plastic cups, spoons, plastic bottles, buckets, etc.), large blocks, cardboard, picture books, coloured pencils, plasticine, simple puzzles. The research aims to determine mothers' motivation to learn about educational and creative games for children aged 1-3 years in Tanjungsari Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. Methods: Research design using descriptive, Population 500, sample 50 respondents, using purposive sampling technique, research instrument using questionnaires; this research was carried out on March 20, 2023 - April 15, 2023, with the mother's motivation variable to know educational and creative game tools for children aged 1-3 year. Data were analysed using percentages and interpreted quantitatively. Results: The results of research from 50 respondents showed that all respondents had strong motivation (100%) because the majority of mothers had received information about educational and creative game tools. Mothers' motivation to find out about educational and creative game tools for children aged 1-3 years is influenced by several factors, namely age, education, occupation, whether they have received information, and where the information was obtained Conclusion: It is hoped that respondents will be able to maintain and motivate other mothers to seek more information to broaden their knowledge so that they are more motivated to know about the benefits and uses of educational and creative play equipment for children aged 1-3 years.
