Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether there is significant relationship between inflation and exchange rate against the company's production costs. The data used are secondary data where the dependent variable data obtained from the cost of production period January 2006 - December 2007, while for the independent variables obtained from inflation and exchange rate for the period January 2006 - December 2007. Methods of data collection is done by using observations. To find out the results of this study, the classical assumption testing and testing hypotheses of multiple regression models with the help of the computer program SPSS version 14.00. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been done, the conclusion that there is significant relationship between inflation and exchange rate against the company's production costs for the period January 2006 –December 2007.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of certain factors on customer loyalty in using Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Makassar Unismuh products. The factors studied include Islamic branding, physical evidence, and relationship quality. The research was conducted from July to August 2023 using a descriptive quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The sample of this study was selected by simple random sampling and consisted of 75 respondents. To analyze the data, this study used multiple linear regression and the SPSS version 20 application. The results showed that partially, Islamic branding has no significant effect on customer loyalty. However, physical evidence and relationship quality partially have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, islamic branding, physical evidence, and relationship quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The implications of this study indicate that factors such as Islamic branding, physical evidence, and relationship quality have a positive impact on customer loyalty in using BSI KCP Makassar Unismuh products. Although Islamic branding does not have a significant effect partially, other factors still make a good contribution to customer loyalty in using BSI products

Abstract

Informan yang menjalankan teknik undercover buyadalah dari personil kepolisian yang menjalankan tugas sebagai penyidik dalam proses penyelidikandan apabila dibutuhkan sekali menggunakan petugas yang di tunjuk berdasarkan pemilihan perekrutan sebagai berikut: 1) Perekrutan informan siapa dan ciri-cirinya dirahasikan oleh pihak kepolisian;2) Tidak dalam perkara atau telah dijatuhi vonis kasus tindak pidana oleh Pengadilan;3) Sudah dewasa;4) Menyetujui dan bersedia tidak dengan paksa, mentaati kode etik. Sedangkanperaturan internal kepolisian yang melindungi setiap tindakan yang dilakukan penyidikdalam pelaksanaan pembelian terselubung di lapangan adalah Surat Keputusan No.Pol SKep/1205/IX/2000/11 September 2000,“tentang revisi Himpunan Juklak dan Juknis proses Penyidikan Tindak Pidana”.Kendala–kendala yang di temui dalam pelaksanaan pemberian perlindungan hukum bagi informan pada teknik pembelian terselubung,justru bersal dari faktor kurang nya kualitas(tidak menguasai teknik penggunaan alat dalam mengungkap kasus, kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi jika menghadapi pelaku yang berkewarganegaraan asing) dan kuantitas sumber daya aparat penegak hukum(polisi), seringna terjadi penggantian anggota I reserse narkotika, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana dalam menjaring pelaku yakni dalam penyediaan perangkat teknologi dan dana operasional, faktor masyarakat yakni paradigm masyarakat yang justru menjadikan peredaran narkotika sebagai bisnis yang menguntungkan serta transformasi budaya barat yang tidak sesuai dengan budaya bangsa melalui pariwisata dimana kebiasaan menggunakan narkotika di Negara mereka tidak dilarang.Kata
