Abstract

Open defecation behavior is still practiced by some people who have obtained trigger pillar 1 society based total sanitation. The objective of the study is to analyze the factors that influence open defecation behavior after triggering implementation pillar 1 society based total sanitation.The research design used in this research is survey expansion. The population is the head of family with the behavior of open defecation that has obtained trigger pillar 1 in society-based total sanitation at Tulungagung regency. The sample size is 100 respondents by using Cluster sampling technique. Data were collected by using questionnaire, then the data were analyzed by using logistic regression. The results showed that a bad Open Defecation (57%), low economic status (97%), good knowledge (100%), bad culture of defecate (79%), good family support (95%), less community support that is 58 respondents (58%), good community leaders support (100%), distance of house where chapter other than closet (98%). Statistical test results in Overall Statistics with a significance value of (p) 0, 000 which means that there are variables that affect the behavior of OD . When viewed the value (p) on each independent variable is economic status variables have a value (p) of 0, 043; knowledge has value (p) of 1,000; attitude has a value (p) 0.383; cultural variables have value (p) 0,000; family support variables have (p) 0.046; the community support variable has (p) 0.004; support of community leaders have value (p) 0,125 and the distance of trowing feces place another of water closet variable has the value (p) 0, 215. Open defecation behaviour after implementing the tringger of pilar 1 in Society-based total sanitation affected by factor cultur, community support, economic status and family support.

Abstract

Child development is the result of maturation of organs, especially the central nervous system. Development occurs throughout life consisting of several stages, one of which is toddler. The toddler age occurs from 1 to 3 years old, where child development occurs very rapidly and is a golden period in children. Success in mastering developmental tasks at toddler age requires a strong foundation during the period of growth and development. This study aims to analyze factors that influence the development of toddler age children in terms of history of infectious diseases, nutritional status and psychosocial stimulation in Ponorogo Regency. The research design used is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with a propopotional stratified random sampling method. The samples were taken as many as 302 mothers and toddler age children in the Ponorogo regency. The test used in this study was ordinal regression. The results showed the effect of value infectious disease history variable (wald = 10,356, P value = 0,001, estimate = 1,386), nutritional status value (wald = 810,900, P value = 0,000, estimate = 13,303). The value of psychosocial stimulation (Wald = 7,952, P value = 0,005, estimate = 1,309). at α = 0.05, the influence of the development of toddler age children is influenced by a history of infectious diseases, nutritional status and pshycosocial stimulation significantly. The development of toddler age in Ponorogo Regency is influenced by a history of infectious diseases, nutritional status and psychosocial stimulation. It is recommended that mothers pay more attention to adequate nutritional intake so that toddler-age children are not susceptible to infectious diseases. And supported psychosocial stimulation for optimal development. Nutritional status is the most dominant factor contributing to the development of toddler age children

Abstract

Patient satisfaction depends on the quality of service. Stewardship is all the efforts made to meet the desires of its customers employees with services that will be provided. A Ministry is said to be good by the patient, is determined by the fact of whether the services provided can satisfy the needs of the patient, the patient's perception by using of the services received. The purpose of this research is to influence the utilization of health services against the interest of the visit in the RSUD SLG Kediri. This research uses a type of quantitative research descriptive research analytical survey method using cross sectional design. This is the entire research population the average outpatient visits a month in RSUD SLG Kediri who totaled 294 visits. the number of samples in this research is 170 respondents. Sample retrieval techniques in the study using the method of Purposive Sampling. Bound variables in this study is of interest re outpatient visits in RSUD SLG Kediri. The free variable used is the utilization of health services. The data collected with a questionnaire san tested with simple linear regression test. The results showed from 170 respondents, the majority of respondents said has been utilizing health service in RSUD SLG Kediri with a total of 94 respondents (55.3%). While the views of interest re-outpatient visits most respondents have done repeated outpatient visits in RSUD SLG Kediri with a total of 116 respondent (68.2%). There is the influence of utilization of health services against the interest of the repeated outpatient visits in RSUD SLG Kediri (p value 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho denied). Expected delivery of inputs, criticisms and suggestions regarding various matters related to the utilization of health services can motivate patients to perform repeated visits regularly.

Abstract

Pre-school children are am early age where children before stepping on school.this period unfolds childhood 3-5 years old at this time the child uses his biological functions to determine various things in his world, children like to play in a very close position to each other, using their mouths,eating and blowing their conditions can have an impact on the high incidence of infection in pre-school children because of the easy spread of some infectious diseases through the hands.The purpose of this study was to determine the relashionship of the role of mother with the habit of washing hands with soap in pre-school childrennin kindergarten Dharma Wanita in Suru village Ngetos sub district of nganjuk district. the research design used in this descriptive analytic and cross-sectional methods. the number of mothers samples was 32 people data collaction using a questionnaire.Data analysis with sparman rho test. The results of the research on the role of mothers are known to be good, namely 21 respondents (66%), 9 respondents (28%)  and less 2 respondents (6%).the habit of washing hands with soap is well known to 14 respondents(44%) , only 16 respondents (50%) and less than 2 respondents (6%).the habit of washing hands with soap is well known to 14 respondents(44%) , only 16 respondents (50%) and less than 2 respondents (6%).spearman rho test results obtained p= value 0.000 with α : 0.05 p value < α (0.000<0.05) which means that HO is rejected H1 is accepted then it can found that there is relationship. the conclusion of the research is that there is a relationship between the role of mother with the habit of washing hands with soap in pre-school childrennin kindergarten Dharma Wanita in Suru village Ngetos sub district of nganjuk district.Mothers should often follow counseling about clean and healthy living done by health workers so that it can be input for mothers understand the importance of washing hands with soap to prevent di sease.
