Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Location and Service on Interest in Saving at PT BPR Pembangunan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. This study used a type of quantitative research. The samples in this study were Customers Who Save, with the sample collection method of the slovin method, namely data collected through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews to Customers totaling 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study use descriptive analysis techniques, TCR analysis, validity test and reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test. Looking at the test results that have been carried out prove that Location has a significant effect on Saving Interest with a t-count value of t-table > of 4,970 > 1,665 and a significant rate of 0.000 < 0.05, Services do not have a significant effect on Saving Interest with a t-value of t-count > t table of 0.662 < 1.665 and a significant rate of 0.510 > 0.05, Location and Service test results have a significant effect simultaneously on Saving Interest with a value of f calculate > f The table is 17.804 > 2.72 and significant rates are 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that location and service can predict information about Interest in Saving 0.316 or 31.6%, while the remaining 0.562 or 56.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lokasi dan Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Menabung di Bank BRI unit Kuranji Padang. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi banyaknya nasabah yang menabung di Bank BRI. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah para Nasabah Yang Menabung, dengan metode pengumpulan sampel metode slovin yaitu data yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran koesioner dan wawancara kepada Nasabah yang berjumlah sebanyak 75 responden. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, analisis TCR, uji validitas dan uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Melihat hasil uji yang sudah dilakukan membuktikan bahwa Lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Menabung dengan tarif signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Menabung dengan tarif signifikan sebesar 0,005 < 0,05, Hasil pengujian lokasi dan Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Minat Menabung dengan tarif signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi dan Pelayanan dapat memprediksi informasi mengenai Minat Menabung 0,45 atau 45%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,54 atau 54% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This community service was carried out at SD N 09 2X11 Enam Lingkung where many teachers have not taken advantage of business opportunities, so with this socialization, teachers know the steps in utilizing the environment to do entrepreneurship so that it can improve the economic welfare of the family. The initial step of the speaker will provide tips and tricks on business opportunities, and provide solutions to every problem conveyed by the participants. Entrepreneurship Socialization to Increase Interest in Entrepreneurship for Teachers of SDN 09 2X11 Enam Lingkung” generally went well, this was intended to foster the spirit and motivation of teachers in becoming entrepreneurs. And can increase teachers' insight into becoming successful and competitive entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This community service activity, which focused on educating participants about the role of higher education in improving the welfare of the Sungai Limau community in Padang Pariaman Regency, aims to foster enthusiasm among participants to pursue higher education and increase public knowledge about higher education. Currently, many residents of Sungai Limau are from lower-middle income groups, so this outreach program is needed to open their minds to improving their welfare through a better economy. The community of Sungai Limau was very enthusiastic in attending this activity, and the event proceeded smoothly and received a positive response from the local government.

Abstract

The interest rate is the amount of interest determined by the bank for credit loans to customers. The bank's main income comes from the credit distribution process which is inseparable from the risk of increasing the interest rate set. Therefore, to increase interest rates on lending, banks will use various methods, because changes in interest rates will affect the amount of credit disbursed and will also affect income. This research aims to determine the influence of interest rates and income on the amount of credit disbursement partially on the amount of credit disbursement at PT BPR Piala Makmur Sungai Geringging for the 2017-2021 period. The independent variables used in this research are interest rates and income, while the dependent variable is the amount of credit disbursement. The population used in this research is the annual financial reports for the 2017-2021 period, with a sampling technique using the saturated sampling method (Census). The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis then hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The research results show that partially the interest rate (X1) has a significant negative effect on the amount of credit disbursement, Income (X2) has no effect and is not significant on the amount credit distribution. And for simultaneous influence, interest rates and income have a simultaneous (together) influence on credit distribution. From the regression results, the R-Square (R2) value is 0.688. This means that the independent variable is able to explain 68.8% of the dependent variable while the remaining 31.2% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Penjualan Terhadap Laba Bersih Pada Toko Kembar Plastik Padang, yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah sistem pencatatan penjualan yang masih dilakukan secara sederhana dan belum menggunakan standar pencatatan akuntansi sehingga perhitungan laba bersih masih belum akurat untuk itu dilakukan penelitian mengenai judul ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dan data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 23.dengan variable independen yaitu Penjualan sedangkan variavel dependen yaitu Laba bersih. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwasanya Penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Laba bersih ini emmbuktikan perlu adanya sistem pencatatan yang akurat dimana setelah dilakuakn pengujian analisis diperoleh penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih pada toko Kembar plastik Padang dengan besaran kontribusi penjualan sebesar 51,1% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.
